I've never actually bought a car here (and after seeing the prices, my wallet immediately filed a restraining order), because the markup on their vehicles is absolutely wild. Like... I always get my car serviced here, and they've been fantastic every time. I have a 2017 Honda Civic Si, and I've never once had an issue with their service department. Shoutout to Melissa, my service advisor, who is honestly amazing. Every visit is smooth, fast, and painless. I'm usually in and out quickly, which in car-dealership time is basically a miracle. Their mechanics actually know what they're doing too. I had this super annoying rear window leak that I couldn't figure out for the life of me. They tracked it down to a bad window seal and fixed it properly. No guesswork. No "let's see if this works." Just... fixed. The place feels professional, trustworthy, and well-run, which is exactly what you want when someone is poking around your car with expensive tools. Here it is 2 months later and they still haven't completed the repair. Luckily I withheld some of the money until they complete the work. On top of that they are horrible about follow-up and communication. I call them a few times a week to see if they have ordered the glass and they almost never call me back. I usually have to go down there to find out what is going on. Also, half (possibly) all the staff is stoned, I walked into the office on one of them rolling a joint and the mechanic was showing me some of the work he had completed and just wreaked of pot. Nicely done folks! You are everything people hate about used car dealerships.

Buying a car can either be a heavenly experience or a miserable one. I've purchased a car from this dealership before (three years ago) and it was an unremarkable, fatiguing experience. However, what made this recent purchase great rests on the shoulders of one person: the general manager, Brehon Quigley. It's not often you find people in this industry with integrity, but he certainly does. Ronnie and Rachel on their sales team were equally as good, but Brehon certainly takes it to another level and is both understanding and responsive and I can see why he runs the show. The finance experience is quicker these days as well versus my previous experience, with the neat electronic document table.

They removed the window sticker from the car before it arrived. After repeatedly asking to see a copy of the price breakdown and being given false promises I, very foolishly, purchased the car. Later, my wife was able to find the information online for the car we had purchased. The dealer had inflated the sticker price grossly. The salesman even briefly showed a screen for a higher price car pretending that it was the car we were purchasing. Seems to me they are cheating seniors at this dealership.
