Mercedes-Benz of El Dorado Hills scammed me into a contract. They used a desktop screen and changed the terms of the contract after I signed. They added $9k of add-ons and bumped the interest rate over 5%. They returned some of the add-ons after I called the DMV to report them, but refused to return the $1495 addon they say they require for purchase. That is illegal. They cannot force add-ons by law. They lied and did not offer a cancellation option on a used vehicle, saying they "don't do that" there. I didn't get a copy of my contract until the day after leaving the lot, and I had to go back and force them to print it, where I discovered they'd altered it and misrepresented the contract. Buyer Beware!
