There is a long wait, which was expected because of how well known they are, so we put our number down for them to text when they were ready. We never got a text after an hour (expected wait was 45 min), so we came back and asked for an update. They told us they called us already, but I never got the text. We ended up getting seated and it was quite loud inside. The forks were stained and dirty and the food wasn't everything I thought it would be. Better off going to a different brunch spot. read more

Had a pretty terrible experience for brunch this afternoon. We had a simple order. Both my husband and I got an entree each with tater tots instead of hash browns. Both of us got the wrong orders. First they took my husband's plate and replaced it after 15-20mins and then they took mine after that and replaced it after 30mins additional minutes. My husband was almost done eating and the server came back and asked how was the food? He saw I was sitting there with nothing in front of me, so to reminded him I'm waiting for my food and he said oh.. right .. I forgot. Seriously???? Then he comes back and says they are just double checking it's correct and again I waited for 20 more minutes before the food came. When it came he gave me a hasbrown instead of tater tots which again I reminded him I asked for tater tots so again I waited for that. We went to Hatch for an anniversary brunch. We were greeted happily by the host but after that we felt extremely unwelcome. We waited awhile before our server came over. The server was not friendly and actually seemed annoyed to take our order. The coffee was delivered warm and very weak. We would have sent it back but we didn't see our waiter again until it was time for the check. Our meals took a long time to come but once delivered were very good. We were never asked how everything came out and had to flag someone down to get the bowl of fruit we ordered. The wait staff all seemed to be unhappy. Very uncomfortable experience. We have wanted to try this spot for a while, I will say it was just ok. The ambience is fun, though a bit loud due to the loud music and high ceilings. The food is not that impressive, the omelette was dry and the "fillings" weren't cooked into the omelette, the omelette was wrapped around them, and the omelette itself had a rubbery texture all around the edges. The bacon was tough and rubbery, not crispy at all. Pancakes were good, waffles were a little bland, sausages were fine, hashbrowns had good flavor but were dense, tater tots were great, coffee was good. Overall it was just barely ok, we had hoped the atmosphere and the popularity of the place matched the quality of the food but for us, it didn't. A delicious brunch today! The place is so cute and comfortable. We luckily did not have to wait long for a table for 4 but as we were leaving, it sure was busy. Our sever was attentive and helpful. The food was very good! I ordered the Tijuana tacos and half order of chocolate pancakes. You can do that here-get half orders which is great when you are super hungry like we were. Located right on the main strip of the town, this place is really popular. The menu isn't too extensive but what they have is very good. The quinoa bowl with avocado and eggs was really good - light with well balanced flavors and very filling. Corned beef has was elite - large chunks of corned beef mixed with diced potatoes and a tangy sauce. Pancake flight was good albeit a bit too sweet for my taste. Blueberry pancakes are good but the cream was a tad bit of overkill. Pineapple upside down pancake was ok but again just too sweet for me. Service here is fast and friendly. And I got hot chocolate with a side of ham.
