She is so sweet and welcoming and made the entire process seem less. Paula was so helpful upon check in and check out. Ethan is so easy going and did not fret when I changed my mind a few times on choosing colors to mix and match I guess that's the Libra in me lol sorry Ethan! To add to this, we needed to be buzzed in so we could enter the premise. Once we were inside, the ambiance changed completely and there were a couple of IG worthy spots to take pictures while checking in. We opted for the spinning art experience since my daughter is too young to partake in the more elaborate ones. Originally, we booked for 4 people but one person got sick so we asked if we could transfer the funds for that person for another experience since there are no refunds. Luckily, was able to contact them the day before and added the bunny paint pour over experience. Ozzie was our guide and he was super kind and gentle with my daughter. We were instructed to pick 5 colors and then we donned our plastic bootie covers, apron and gloves. We entered our designated art room and was blown away by all the colors on the wall. There was even a tire swing which my daughter was all about. The spinning art experience was a lot of fun and I enjoyed seeing my daughter embrace the paint. I think her favorite part was when she had free rein to paint all over the walls. Overall, we had a great time. Only down side is that it does go by super quick and is quite an expensive experience for one hour. However, we get to have a treasured memento which is ready for pick up about 5 days afterwards and we did have a great time. That being said, #noragrats!

I would have continued with the classes but I missed out on the next level classes, and then I moved jobs so I wasn't working in downtown as much. Not only did all of our invited guests have a great time, but even children who happened to be walking by wanted to join in the fun. I received an email saying we were rebooked and the chef was confirmed and that we would receive details a few days before. Yesterday I reached out for details and was told they "dropped the ball" and we had not been rebooked. The customer service agent claimed she had no record of our ever being told we rebooked (I sent her the emails). She said we were refunded, then changed her story when I said I saw no refund and said we were never charged. No offer to book another class. Even a confirmation email from them does NOT mean you have a reservation!
