I LOVE Mimi's Laser Alternatives!! I will recommend this place to anyone that asks!…read more Mimi is just a wonderful, kind, personable lady! She is down-right lovable! She is friendly and always professional, going the extra mile for all of her clients. She goes as far as to recommend the best option for you, which could end up saving you money compared to a more expensive treatment you thought you needed. That cuts in on her income, but she does it anyway because she's just an honest woman looking out for your best interests!! Not to mention, the amount of time she spends with you to explain it all and answer every single question you have! We need more people like her in this world! I did a little bit of digging before choosing to try out Mimi's, and this place is one of the cheapest permanent hair removal locations in the area. I had a 3 session package for underarm hair removal. She started with a lower intensity for safety reasons initially. I thought it had no effect, but the hairs fell out on their own after a few weeks, and I was surprised! The second and third sessions were with higher intensity, and you do feel a bit more during the treatment. The flashes of light hurt a tiny bit, but as most of us women know, it's like a mosquito bite compared to ripping out your hair with an epilator or wax strip! After 3 sessions, you really see the difference! Even after months of leaving it alone, I basically have no more hair growth in my armpits! There are a few stragglers that I could probably take care of with her touch-up appointments, but those stragglers are so fine and thin now, they're hardly noticeable. Every woman sick of shaving/waxing/epilating should visit Mimi!!!

And, there are so many other options on the IV menu to choose from as well as Red light therapy, Cryo Therapy, Compression therapy, Infrared Sauna use, and a multitude of facials to choose from. The staff at Restore get to know each person, providing education and recommendations according to each individual's goals and needs. I've been a member there for quite some time--because the perks of their membership are great! Although, you don't have to be a member to enjoy their services. I highly recommend that you check them out. Tell them that Laurie sent you!

I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 on 9/16/2026. The front desk called while I was on my way…read moreand asked how far I was. I told them I was turning in at 10:35. I was put on hold, and when they returned, they canceled my appointment even though I gave accurate information. This was handled unprofessionally and with no attempt to confirm or resolve the situation. It was abrupt, unnecessary, and a complete waste of my time.I do not recommend this office if you want reliable communication and respectful appointment management.

Was…read morefeeling down and did not want to ask for help, but Ilyssa kindly offered, and I'm so glad she did. She was so kind and knowledgeable, and so patient - I don't know anything about makeup, but I know that it is adjacent to a lot of emotions - so the last thing one wants is to feel in Ulta is any negativity! I've always felt my skin was too splotchy to find a color that matched - which is embarrassing! but she kindly just pulled a couple off the shelf for me to try to color match, and took me into the sunlight to make sure. I appreciated the welcoming sign on the door, and the cashier was very helpful and kind as well. I will take this to heart - whatever one's job is, treat others truly well - it can mean so much.
