The predatory pricing of my storage company (90% increase in 2 years!) angered me so much I started doing research for getting help with cleaning out my garage so I could move my storage items into it. Looking on the web, Kari Jane's Simply Organized was so highly rated, I felt confident that she could help. By wanting to pay a good service to help me rather than an out of control storage company month after month after month, I figured I had a good budget to work. Kari was very warm and professional and confident she could help me. After describing my situation and sending photos, she scheduled me promptly. She came over with 2 enthusiastic and hard working staffers and they got to work right away. Very diligent and organized and they made enormous progress. By the mid-day, the garage was completely cleared out. I thought it would take 2 or 3 days at least as I had a ton of crap. They diligently removed everything, sorted it out and categorized what could be tossed, or recycled or donated or would stay. And they diligently carried away several cars worth of donations at the end. The items I kept were put in nice transparent cases with clear labels, and there was a lot of room to move my storage in. I've had my area rugs cleaned several times over the years, but this was the absolute best customer service and quality I've ever experienced. Firstly, the communication was A+ and Dillon was super on top of messaging me to coordinate and match up our availability. Dillon and Jordan arrived promptly in the morning to accommodate my work schedule and were even careful to take off their shoes without my asking. They completed pickup in under 10 minutes, quoted me a timeframe for the rugs, and stuck to it without any hiccups and open communication the entire way. Drop-off was a breeze and, once again, they accommodated my work schedule. I forgot to take a Before photo but have attached an After photo showing how pristine their work was! I'll keep referring people to them because of how amazingly they treated me and my rugs. FIVE STARS for 10/10 customer service and 15/10 quality.

They explained everything in as much detail as I wanted and answered all of my questions. They checked up with me everyday and needed to come out twice: once for an opossum and once for a racoon. They provided suggestions for entry points around the house. Very importantly, once it was called all clear for animals, Ben went under the house and thoroughly checked it all out so that I could close up the vent that was completely pulled out of the opening.
