Pricing is so high now, and it really doesn't match the quality you get anymore. I first started going to their original location in 2020 once lockdown was lifted, and back then they did amazing pedicures, paraffin, hot stone, long massages - all part of the "regular pedi" service. Now the regular pedi doesn't include anything like that, and the price has since gone up. A few weeks ago, I had a scheduled appointment. I got a call asking to come 20 minutes later because the nail tech was running late - ok, cool no problem. I showed up later. Was brought to the pedicure chair and started soaking my feet. It ended up being 45 mins past my original appointment time before the tech started on me. I was so irritated since I was sitting in lukewarm water for 25 minutes. I wish they had just told me up front that she was 45mins behind. I brought this up to management; they apologized and gave me a 20% off coupon. I was hesitant, but went back today. I made an appointment and went in; waited almost 20 minutes for my tech to start on the pedi - no communication that she was late, just me sitting in a tub of water again. Once she started on me, I felt that she was just rushing through. The price of over $100 for a gel mani/pedi should have much better service than this. I gave them another chance, and they failed - many other places in the area I can go to that will give me much better service. Edited to add - after my 2nd visit, management contacted me again - told me they double-checked the cameras and said she wasn't rushing, offered me 15% off next time. Told me to go to their other location because they are short-staffed at this one, and argued that their prices are the lowest around. Not a fan of this customer service and attempt to get me to stay - so many other places out there better than this place.

The experience started badly when I was shown to a foot spa that was still full of dirt and nail clippings from the previous customer. I had to wait while it was cleaned before my appointment could even begin. The salon itself appeared unclean. There were cotton buds, cotton wool, and other debris visible on the floor and in the corners. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, and throughout our visit none of the staff were welcoming or friendly. We were barely spoken to, and unlike many salons, there wasn't even a simple offer of a bottle of water. Another thing that stood out was the lack of proper equipment. Instead of using standard foam toe separators before applying the nail polish, the staff simply stuffed pieces of tissue paper between our toes. I've had many pedicures over the years and have never seen a salon do this. My granddaughter's pedicure was also smudged and had to be redone on one of her toes. The most upsetting part happened after we paid. The total came to $125 for two adult pedicures and one child's pedicure. As we were leaving, an older staff member came running outside shouting, "No tips? No tips?" in front of everyone in the salon. My daughter politely explained that we were unhappy with the service. Instead of listening, he became angry, shouted at us, and even used the F-word in front of our 9-year-old granddaughter. No customer should ever be treated that way. One more thing we noticed was a sign in the salon offering customers a $10 voucher in exchange for leaving a five-star Google review. That made us question how many of the glowing reviews genuinely reflect customers' experiences. We cannot recommend this salon. Between the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, unprofessional practices, rude treatment, and the aggressive confrontation over tipping, this was one of the worst salon experiences we've ever had. Improvements can be made in the area of communication with customers, "please pick a color" instead of " pick a color" which sounds like an order ( "put your feet in water", " wash your hands" etc). They also shout at each other in their native language from one side of the salon to the other side which makes relaxing very difficult. They restarted using the customer reward card which is great. They kindly hand out tubes of lotion as holiday gifts. Over all good experience provided by hardworking staff.
