The overall experience felt unwelcoming and poorly communicated.

It doesn't disappoint, especially when you add toppings like condensed milk and boba. We usually enjoy their smallest size, since it's filled to the top. Our favorite flavors are Thai Tea, watermelon, and horchata. We tried the ice cream on top but was a little too sweet for us but could be a nice edition for anyone with a sweet tooth.
