Another severe problem : he actually sold me defective car. i have to replace the ford focus batter in the mid of october. i thought it's normal since the car is 8 years old. but later, i just find out the car regularly lose battery, and it wont start anymore, i would have to jump start it a few time at first. A dealer cannot legally sell a car that has not passed smog, that the purchaser cannot take home. They got my money, and said oh well we can have the car ready some time next week. There was a reason it didn't pass... so I'd be buying a car w something wrong. Who knows what and why it didn't pass smog. A newer car shouldn't have trouble passing. So, I had to drive over an hour to the dealer, to sign a "cancellation" of the contract and "sell" the car back to them. !!!!!! I had to pay to cancel the check, as they didn't have it anymore to return to me. The whole thing was a miserable expletives. None of the cars were clean, the air was low on the tires and the salesman didn't want to be there. I saw the contrast when I went elsewhere. Just about everyone was more professional than this place. Avoid it.
