Another severe problem : he actually sold me defective car. i have to replace the ford focus batter in the mid of october. i thought it's normal since the car is 8 years old. but later, i just find out the car regularly lose battery, and it wont start anymore, i would have to jump start it a few time at first. RIGHT NOW THIS FUCKING CAR DOESNT START ANYMORE EVEN WITH A JUMP START. and i spend $350 dollars for the battery in the mid of october, and right now. I have to replace the battery again or my car doesn't start at all. i would have to pay like additional 2-3k to fix the car. I WILL ALSO REPORT HIM TO BBB AND ALL OTHER AGENCY AND PLATFORM. It hadn't even passed smog and they KNEW IT WHEN THEY SOLD IT. they then tried to let them keep the car to "drive it til it passed". By law - they cannot sell wo a smog cert. while looking and at test drive (minimal 4 block) the car had low tire air. They didn't even bother to top off the air when they tried to smog the morning before I looked at it. Yes I got my money back. After paying for a stop payment on check, and having to drive all the way back over there to fill out cancellation paperwork. They really don't seem to know what they are doing. No communication between the people working there. One sales guy was nice, and another called to pressure me to let them KEEP my car for a week or so til it passes smog. When I said no I didn't want the car, he argued w me. I do not recommend this place.
