I typically don't buy something full price and wait for sales, but even without a discount, the value and durability of the shoes are worth it. I hadn't purchased a pair of Crocs in several years. I decided to take the family to buy some due to our many strolls that require a lot of walking. A couple of the kids were complaining of their feet hurting which as everyone knows, painful feet puts a huge damper on your experience. Crocs at Irvine Spectrum, is located close to Dave n Busters as you're heading towards The Cheesecake Factory. Once we walked in, we were greeted by friendly staff who told us about the specials and gave us coupons for extra discounts. They were very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. There are so many Crocs to choose from, ranging in style and colors. There is a definitely a shoe for everyone. Personalizing with jibbits makes them even better. I have no complaints really...except that the store needs more places to sit for fittings. There was only one little spot close to the back room. If we wanted to get up and grab other shoes, we couldn't leave our stuff there because other buyers would have no place to try on theirs. If staff needed to get by, we were in their way, so it was an odd place to be. Note for online orders, returns or exchanges. I called and confirmed that you can do them in store, however, be sure you are aware. They do not carry everything that the online store offers. So exchanges will be limited. I am already scouting my next pair. Crocs, are super comfy shoes I can walk in for a long time without breaking the bank. That's a win win if you ask me. Also note that Cole Haan often has special offers through your credit card (e.g. $30 off of purchase of $150; 10% off total purchase)...just need to activate that offer through the CC app and then use that same card to pay for purchase...the rebate will get deposited as a credit to your card a few days later.

They had a good variety of brands like Nike, Adidas, Brooks, HOKA, and Skechers all in one place. The staff was friendly and patient while helping customers look for sizes and explaining different comfort options. Granted it wasn't busy when I went after work but all the staff members came by several times to see if I needed help. That was so nice. I also liked that they carry supportive footwear and shoe orthotics/custom insole options for extra comfort, which is great if you spend a lot of time walking or standing which is what I do for work. The next day I checked my email for the order confirmation but did not receive anything which made me concerned so I contacted the store and spoke to Wesley. He said he would look into it and call me back the next day. I didn't think I would hear anything but Wesley was on top of my shoe order and explained to me the status of my order. He said he would contact me and provide me a tracking number which he did. He followed up with me all the way until I received my order. That's great service and treatment which goes a long way.
