Here's a more natural, personal-sounding review: My first time at Haven Haus Cafe and it definitely won't be my last. Madison was our server and she was awesome. She was super friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and checked on us just the right amount. Even though the place was busy, we never felt rushed, which made the whole experience that much better. The atmosphere is really laid back with great music and an overall good vibe. They have a solid drink menu and plenty of coffee options if that's your thing. Now for the food... it was absolutely bomb. Every single thing we ordered was delicious. Even the side salad, which is usually just an afterthought, was fresh and tasted great. Big thanks to Madison for making our visit so enjoyable. Looking forward to coming back and hopefully having her as our server again! If you want it to sound even more casual--like something you'd actually post on Yelp or Google--I can make it even less polished.

The general decor and music were superrrr cute! But that was about the only thing enjoyable here. I got just a basic breakfast combo, eggs, sausage, hash browns, and biscuits and gravy. The sausage was great! But everything else did not have a lick of seasoning. the eggs and hash browns especially were begging for salt. Gravy on the biscuits you could tell was made from dried gravy powder. Husband got the bacon Avo Benedict which was okay... but missing the avocado. Silverware also felt cheap and flimsy and plates from the dollar tree.. Matcha was not the worst but you could mostly only taste the milk and vanilla. Another trendy brunch spot with less than stellar food :(

First time to this brunch restaurant today with friends and we were so excited because the pictures online looked amazing! We like that we could join the waitlist especially on a weekend to guarantee our place in line. When we arrived we were seated right away outside on the patio. The umbrella at our table fell on us twice which was really inconvenient but the manager was able to take care of us. We loved our drinks! The chai latte was pretty good, the pb & slay was super sweet if you're into that. The ube matcha had great flavor too. The crunchy french toast was so delicious! Great flavor & great texture. The breakfast sandwich was so good, but I just didn't care for the jam on it very much. Huge portions here great menu overall, can't wait to be back again.

Came on a weekday by 10 am to meet a bunch of girl friends, we were 6 . Table are not large so can feel a little tight on the seating. We were charged the large party group so automatically added 20% gratuities. Staff was friendly and attentive, came over several times to ask if we needed anything. The food presentation and taste were both good. Started to get busy around 11:30 pm. They did split our checks which was nice. Would definitely come back again

A 20 minute wait on a Sunday morning was well worth it. Staff were super friendly and the food was amazing. Great size portions for a very reasonable price. A great mix of couples, friends and families give the place a fantastic energy.

Tried Haven Haus for brunch after seeing it recommended on Yelp, and overall it was a pretty good experience. The food was an 8/10, but the drinks were closer to a 4/10. We ordered the crepes since we're big crepe fans. They were a little different than what we expected since they weren't stuffed, but we made it work and they still came out really sweet and enjoyable. I ordered a caramel latte and my husband got a Coke Zero. Even though the drinks didn't hit, the food definitely made up for it. Service was quick, but it felt a bit impersonal since we had three different servers and didn't really get the chance to connect with one. The ambience was really nice -- super chill, and the interior is honestly really pretty if you're into taking pictures. I'd definitely come back and give it another try. I didn't even get to order what I originally had my eye on because the crepes distracted me real quick, so I'm looking forward to trying more of the menu next time.

The food is always great and the service is terrific! If you get the chance to have Kaitlyn as your server she is amazing!! It is definitely the must go spot in old to

Haven House was such a great experience! They have plenty of options to choose from. I love the fact that they have a coffee bar and a regular alcohol bar. We decided to get some nachos and it was the best decision! It was so delicious!! Can't wait to try more options.

This was my first time at Haven Haus Cafe. We showed up on Sunday morning at about 11:15 and it was busy. We had about a 20 minute wait - not bad. They have a nice lounge area at the front of restaurant where you can hangout while waiting for a table. Once we were seated our server got us started with coffee and water. Even though they were busy, she was chill and didn't make us feel rushed, which was awesome. We ordered our brunch and in no time, it was served up hot and fresh. I ordered the Bacon Avo Benny - excellent choice! The eggs... poached to perfection. The spinach... sautéed just right and was seasoned to complement the wonderful Hollendaise sauce. Hollendaise sauce... rich and creamy at the optimal consistency. Bacon... prepared at the ideal crispness and the applewood aspect/flavor was right on. Avocado... ripe, lush, and buttery. The venue has a bright (roll up windows), modern vibe that is undeniable. (They have outside seating too.) Lastly, our server was a Pro. She knew when to check-in on us and was absolutely attentive. We really liked her. (I feel bad because I can't recall her name! Ugh... I'm always great with remembering faces!) We really enjoyed our brunch and will be back to try their lunch soon!

A gent opened the door for us to enter the establishment, very classy! Most definitely a chic environment that screams for photos to be taken. The good news is that the food was quite well seasoned, the staff continually checked in on us every couple of minutes, and the service was fast! We guarantee we will be back to visit

Great place to take family and friends. Good location in Old Town Temecula and this place had a great use of space so you don't feel like you are on top of each other. Our waitress was amazing and cute. Because this was my first time I asked her to order me her favorite and she suggested her favorite omelette to my friend. We shared the Autumn breeze coffee flight it was amazing, Leisa got the Meat Lovers Omelette, and I got the Meat Lovers Skillet both were fantastic. My skillet was packed with meat my eggs were cooked perfect, her omelette also was packed with meat and we both loved our breakfast. We started up a conversation with the group next to us. They ordered the brunch board and it looked amazing can't wait to come try it with a couple of our friends. I was able to take what I had left and give it to my husband for lunch and now he wants to go there. I will definitely come back.

Popular brunch spot, very busy, wait was about 30min for two on a Monday. Ordered the Haven Haus Wrap, really tasty, a lot of flavors and the spinach tortilla wrap adds a nice blend to everything inside it. Highly recommend !! The Double Smash burger is a THICK boy and is a bit overwhelming, it's definitely not smashed at all. The place is cute with high chairs, low chairs and booths, nice little vibe to it with decor everywhere

We gave this place another shot after a few times having bad experiences and we had an awesome waitress named Victoria!!! We had the breakfast platter and it was a perfect amount of food (we had leftovers) to feed two adults and two kids. The coffee drinks were the best part!

Yes, we have air conditioning. The A/C stopped working the last two days but we fixed it yesterday. It's now working great.

Any gluten free options? Gluten free pancakes?

Not a ton, but yes, I am not sure of the pancakes. I don't think so.

My most recent visit... seasoned waitress there brings our food out and places each dish in front of the wrong individual who ordered, gets an order partially wrong, forgets to bring out an order, and passes check (bill) with credit card clearly sticking out place at the edge of the table several times. The restaurant was fairly empty. I ended up having to bring the check up myself to keep from waiting. I get rung up by another waitress who pressed the tip amount for me on her own accord via the handheld device - I was okay with her choice but would have liked to be the one to choose. Second to last visit... if all visits were like this, I would easily give +4 stars. Younger waitress (different one from last) was attentive, got the orders correct, suggested good things, food came out quick as it always does, checked on us regularly (but not overwhelmingly), and was just overall pleasant. Visit prior to that... waitress in training charged us the wrong order. Overall, will I go back? More than likely. However, I will honestly ask my family if they wanna think of another place instead...

My fiancé ordered the chicken parmesan, but whatever showed up on the plate was definitely not chicken parmesan. We also ordered the $30 pull-apart bread. They burned the first one and had to bring us a replacement. Ironically, that ended up being the only thing we ate that actually had any flavor. For the amount of money we spent, the food was shockingly mediocre at best. The atmosphere is unique, but a cool cave can't make up for bad food and overpriced menu items. Overall, a huge disappointment. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

It was about 6:30pm, and there was no line. The two hosts greeted us and quickly sat us at a booth. There were maybe 4 parties sat, and it was relatively quiet which was a nice change from the casino floor. I noticed they updated there menu, and it is now two pages within a nice birch type wood holder. Definitely nicer than previous menus I've seen here before. We were quickly greeted by our server and we decided on spaghetti and meatballs & the Wagyu burger with garlic fries. We didnt wait too long before our food arrived, and boy were we excited after seeing the plates. Right off the bat, the dishes looked picture perfect. A dish that would be handed to you at a fine restaurant (but with affordable prices haha). After taking my first bite, I was very happy! The sauce had SUCH a good flavor and wasn't watery. I have ordered spaghetti and meatballs other places, that were lacking in flavor...and this was far from that! The two slices of crusty garlic bread weren't soggy at all. The meatballs! The server let us know their sauce and meatballs were homemade, and I made sure to tell her they were outstanding! The wagyu burger was exactly how you would expect it to be. Perfectly cooked burger with great taste as a whole! The garlic fries were SUPERB. I just couldn't believe these came from a little casino Cafe.
