Love the simple AYCE menu. Just two options A or B. Unlimited "banchan" side dishes. Meat is high quality and they don't skimp out on it. Price is very reasonable too! The owner Gary is awesome and has quite the impressive whiskey and tequila collection. My kinda place! Only criticism I have is some of the sides, bulgogi and galbi was a little too sweet for my liking. Will definitely be coming back. read more

The menu was simple but good quality meats, our kids only go for the brisket and bulgogi so this spot was perfect. The banchan was good, I would recommend not having to ask for kimchi as it's definitely a staple to the KBBQ experience. The service was good, the first time we went in it was pretty slow due to how busy it was, but yesterday there were a few tables occupied. Reasons for -2 stars: I will say the ventilation system wasn't as great as we are used to, both times we were there it was more smoky than what we're used to before getting our grill changed; but they provided us with a fan. As for the grill, we felt hot splatter on our legs towards the end and made it a bit uncomfortable to sit at the table. Also, there was wet paint along the inside of the booths but no sign, but were warned at the beginning. Unfortunately our son's shirt was ruined from the pain and got paint all over his arm even after trying to avoid it. We were down the street at Murietta Hot Springs and decided to come grab dinner, glad we came to Temecula Korean barbecue, the service was amazing, the food was even better. The staff were really friendly and attentive, we even got free ice cream! I would definitely come back! read more

The banchan sides are all very well prepared and I also enjoy the assortment of condiments they have available on the table and upon request. It's been a long time since I tried a KBBQ place I actually liked lol. They serve a lot of meat and endless banchan. Everything was tasty and good quality. Our server was attentive, often checking in, and quick with refills on drinks and banchan, also he was like super handsome lol! This place was pretty good, considering the area. I'm from the San Diego, where Convoy is the main staple for Korean barbecue. Went here on Christmas Day and there were about 4 other families enjoying Christmas dinner here, so it wasn't too busy or loud. Our server was super nice and attentive. The meat itself was okay. The brisket was thick and chewy. The pork belly was good and the short rib was the star of the show. Not sure if it's because it was Christmas, but the rice paper was pretty dry. Also, the drinks are HUGE: maybe 32-40oz, so getting a soda here is worth it. read more

Family first tried this place when our family friend had brought us for dinner. Me and hubby had tried a few Korean bbq places but were never really a fan until we came here. Staff is very friendly. The owner is awesome! Hubby enjoys speaking with the owner who is usually there everyday. The place is always clean and welcoming. Pricing is very reasonable and everything we have tasted so far is delicious. Sides are unlimited. The kids and hubby loved the steamed eggs. My favorite side are the radish and spicy cucumbers and potatoes. We always have a great time here, usually has the game on during the season too. Cups for sodas teas water etc are HUGE! lol. The meats are always fresh and delicious. Overall, we will continue to come to this place. Definitely have recommended this place to family who have already tried and enjoyed it. Came in with a group of friends after work with some clients. The staff was friendly and made space for our large group. The meat selections were amazing, my favorite was the marinated short rib and the bulgogi. The meats were so tender and juicy some of the best I've ever had. The sides were very delicious too. The soju was smooth. We got the pomegranate, peach, tropical and fresh. My favorite was the peach and tropical. So smooth and tasty. Gary is such an amazing owner and treated us like royalty. We both had to order either the option A or B it was only a $4 difference so why not just go with option B to get the BRISKETS & SHORT RIBS... CAUTION: The portions are HUGE! They are generous so make sure you order what you can finish ;) SHORT RIBS: 5/5The STAR is the SHOW! SPICY SQUID: 2/5My teeth were not strong enough to chew it! Too chewy. Needs teeth of steel!! BRISKET: 4/5 just a bit chewy for me CHICKEN: 4.5/5 Really good it reminded me of the Hawaiian Huli huli chicken! TOFU SOUP: 4.5/5 I really enjoyed it. Tofu pieces were HUGE and I added the regular broth into it to make it less spicy. I would add the Kim chi for an enhanced experience ;) Lettuce wraps: fresh! Sides: spicy cucumber was great! Holy smokes!!!! Wish we had come in sooner!!!!! This place is a gem! We usually go to San Diego for Korean bbq but won't anymore! The service was amazing! I believe our server was Jenna. She answered all of our questions and was so helpful with suggestions. We got our orders right away. We did the middle menu option and the meats did not disappoint. I think we tried almost all of the sides at our table (minus the ramen and tofu soup) and they were all really good! Great selection of items to complement the meats. I like the option to select what kind of grill you'd like to cook on. There's plenty of room inside where you're not bumping elbows with your neighbor. If you've been to other Korean bbq spots you know what I mean. There was music playing and the place was packed by the time we left on a Saturday night. Will definitely be back!! read more
