5 Stars does not justify the type of service that Hawaii Safe's / Seal Masters Delivers. Starting with their customer service, I was communicating with Ms. Tiffany throughout my whole picking out a safe process, as well as coordinating payment, and all the services they provided. Tiffany was very knowledgeable, and providing thorough and fast responses by email and or phone call. Upon picking up the safe, Ms. Tiffany and Ms. Terry provided more than excellent customer service. Providing all the trouble shooting problems, ways to handle things, going over the warranty and as much as fidning savings. It is clear that Ms. Tiffany is not here to try to sell you a safe, the customer service alone makes you want to buy a safe because they treat you like family, and above all they still find ways for you to save and not just after they made the sell that is it. Loading up the safe too, I was not able to get their names but the three braddahs that when help, thank you very match, very kind, professional and you can tell they enjoy the work environment they are in. All in all I had a very great experience purchasing a safe from this location, already recommended to family, co-workers. Their selection is really good and my favorite part about this is how they constantly update their website so you can see it online. Over priced. Decided to buy from Costco online and got delivered for free. Had to wait but paid 1/2 the price. Most safes are made by the same manufacture. Maybe if you're desperate and need a safe right away but if not shop around. Too bad Sports Authority went out of business cause they had good deals locally. read more

Seriously can't say enough good things about this company! All the staff I worked with were extremely helpful and knowledgeable with getting me the security and features I was looking for. They use the products they carry personally which made me feel a lot more confident in taking their suggestions. I got a top quality product for what I consider a very fair price. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They also delivered for free and took so many extra measures to ensure delivery was possible to my location (stairs and space limitations being factors) and that my home was protected while moving the 600+ pound safe into place. The Hawai'i Safes team is as good as it gets in my opinion. All of my questions were answered very quickly and I was particularly impressed on how my question about the power cord length was handled. Instead of regurgitating the standard factory answer, Kia went out of his way to physically measure the cord from edge of safe to the plug so as to give me the most accurate measurements. I was equally impressed with the delivery and installation of the safe. They took extra precautions to protect my investment from the elements during transport and the installation process was flawless. Measurements were taken, protective mats put in place and the safe was expertly navigated into position. They took the time to make sure the safe was level, square and working properly. I was shown how to operate it and guided through the combination set up privately so that I was the only one that would know the combination, it really added to the peace of mind. It was easy to tell they care about the process and that customer satisfaction is definitely a priority. The team here is great.. Very friendly staff, helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for, and more! You need to enter through the seal master entrance fyi.. anyway, I walked out with not only purchasing what I went in for, but more, because they also had a bunch of Vaultek toys that of course I had to have... had to. Haha. I haven't found anywhere else on island that offers what they do.. and it won't be the last time I take my business there and refer my friends and family.
