Absolutely love this place! Me and my husband first tried this place out with a Groupon. We joined a membership. I have already been there three times in one month. I love doing a 30 minute sauna (with my husband) followed by a 4 jet and 2 rain fall head shower. Then we get a 90 minute massage followed by 20 minutes the steam room together. No other place that I've been am I able to enjoy all this with my husband beside me. The massage therapists are very knowledgeable and give the best massage. I signed up for the membership prior to my first service and I'm very satisfied with my choice. I chose Hawaiian spa because I wanted to support a local business over a chain and my love of Lomi massage. I feel I've found a great value and quality, and look forward to receiving my monthly massages. The cost of a membership is very reasonable, especially since the spa offers an experience and not just a massage. This spa is a rare find. Not only do they offer a broad variety of services, they also have the best staff! Every person I've met who works at the Goodyear location has been genuinely friendly and helpful. I discovered them around christmastime when they were offering spa package deals, and I have been coming back ever since. I have never been one to spend money on myself, but this place changed everything for me. I can't stay away from the relaxing vibe, with the Hawaiian theme and friendly people. This Hawaiian Experience Spa does not allow you to exchange skincare products even with the receipt and unopened product. They do not put up any signs in the store to advise customers that all sales are final. The bottom of the receipt notes there are no returns. The minute you leave the premise, the skin care product can not be returned for an exchange. This establishment needs to install a very large sign to provide customers with prior purchase notice. read more

Hawaiian Experience Spa is really a completely wonderful experience. Lynne listened to my requests, asked the right questions and gave me one of the very best massages I've ever had! She is very intuitive and used deep pressure when needed to release trigger points and then used broader, softer strokes to work the larger area so my muscles got a little love after all the hard work. For an experience of a lifetime you need to get a Lomi Lomi massage from this place. It is unlike any other massage you have ever had. It is a super relaxing experience. I recommend you get a minimum of 90 to 120 minute massage. You will not get the total benefits of a Lomi massage from 60 minutes. read more

I have got several massages here. The therapist are all good. The management staff however are terrible. I signed up for a membership thinking I go enough so might as well. All the " promotions" for me were more like scams to make you spend more.the last customer appreciation was the last straw for me, I decided to cancel. Then I was told it would cost me $200. These people are worse than LA fitness.absoluely would never recommend this place to anyone. You can get a good massage at any resort in town where at least you will be treated well. read more

I bought my wife a massage gift certificate, including tip, for Mothers Day. She went in for a massage today (May 28) and, after the massage, they told her the gift certificate was not valid until June 1, and made her pay for the full massage and tip. They did not tell me when they sold me the gift certificate that there were any restrictions, and when she called to book the reservation, and told them that she was using a gift certificate, they did not suggest that there might be any restrictions. Every gift certificate I have ever bought has been same as cash for the user. She said the massage was great, but dealing with the sleazy business aspect totally ruined the mood. She will go back once more, after June 1, obviously, but there are a lot of reputable massage places around here, so they have lost our business. read more

I did get a new customer discount but didn't join as I kive out of town.. Cara gave a great 2 hr massage, and Cindy gave a wonderfil relaxinf facial. I also did 30 minutes in the sauna (strange that you pay extra for this but it is totally private so it was really nice).Two suggestions. .put small footstool in room so that older customers can get up on the tables. .put clean combs in the shower/bath. It's great that you provide shampoo,etc and hair dryer but it didn't do me much good and I left with oily messy hair. I would've paid for a comb instead of the chocolates and treats! But the fruit and nuts were good and..sort of healthy. .if you don't count the M&Ms. I loved the ocean sounds and I truly got out of my head in relaxing bliss. Rima was amazing. I had the best massage and felt so relaxed for days after. I also enjoy tea before and a steam after followed by a waterfall shower. It was very clean and peaceful. Liked the robes and slippers they provided and a private locker. From the minute we walked in it was a pleasant experience and can't wait to go back.
