Honestly, for a late night 2am hot dog, this place really helped me out with my drunchies and at the same time.. regardless of alcohol, was a pretty fire hot dog! I love Seattle dogs.. as even someone who lives in Chicago and occasionally eats a Chicago dog! Would recommend this place!

if you know you know that the seattle dog is the most amazing thing you can get after a night out or really anytime. i've enjoyed it at 3am but also at 12pm and always hits. cream cheese, jalapeños, sauerkraut, all the condiments and a perfectly charred dawg? hell yeah i love you guys

I saw God when I ate this, I was enlightened by this life changing dog. For references I'm a tourist and trying a Seattle dog for the first time in the street was a surreal experience. Service: Pretty nice chill guy, takes card Ambiance: Next to a gas station, gotta park by the curb Seattle dog $8 (5/5): It was midnight, I ate it then ordered another one. I felt like I was floating. Ik how it sounds with the cream cheese, but trust me it was a good combination. Get that dog cut so there's more flavor from the smokiness. This is superior than the Mexican street dogs I'm used to seeing at home. Holy shit this is life changing. It was a date with this hot dog and I, nothing else existed as I ate. This is the peak experience of dogs, idk it felt spiritual I think I've said enough of this place, excellent 10/10

I WILL NOT ACCEPT SEATTLE DOG HATE THIS WAS SO GOOD. Cream cheese and onions belong on this dog. Perfectly charred with a great crunch and snap. Soooo good. Idk if I was supposed to add ketchup but I like ketchup so idc. I waited all day for this.

Hands down my favorite hotdog stand in Seattle! Adding cream cheese in a hotdog sounds unusual, but it's actually really delicious! I also love that they load up on the grilled onions and have a good selection of condiments on the side to add on. Service is always friendly and quick when there are no long lines. The only bummer is that parking can be hard to find because it's town and can get busy.

Tried my first ever Seattle Dog here after a concert and I'm not gonna lie, the description sounds n a s t y. Surprisingly, Hawk Dogs presented me with something that was quite yummy. High quality sausage that they butterfly so that you can get more of that grill flavor in every bite. The cream cheese was way less overpowering than I was expected and actually ended up just adding more of a creamy aftertaste than anything else. Grilled onions are slightly sweet and the stand has any other topping you could want (ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc.) on the side for self-service. Logistically, this is located in the best spot for late night cravings and open ridiculously late even on weekdays. There's no seating anywhere, definitely a eat on the go situation. Only critique is that over 8 bucks for a hot dog is kinda steep.

Pretty good but I was pretty drunk. Having had a number of Icelandic hot dogs, this one was on the larger side but the onions left something to be desired (more grilled or more crispy) although the cream cheese added an appreciated texture. A little on the pricey side but worth it if nothing else is open at 2am.

Can't go wrong with a Seattle dog while waiting for your Uber after a night out! A classic end to the night. Not much else will be open late at night, so the convenience factor is huge. But even if other places were open, the hot dogs themselves are also so tasty! Make sure you get your bun slightly toasted.

Got a classic Seattle Dog and was slightly disappointed. The cream cheese honestly didn't make much of a difference compared to a default hot dog. However, still a great late night snack.

Hands down the place with best Seattle style hot dogs!! We have tried their Kosher beef & Hot Links and devour them both! The cream cheese with grilled onions just makes this hot dog the best!! They have a ton of condiments to compliment your hot dog as well.. At just $7 a hot dog this place is super popular after a night of partying or just to satisfy your hot dog craving! They are open from 8:30 pm until 4 am right next to a gas station.. Highly recommend these guys!!

Randomly came across this stand and my friends said it was super good. It was my first time having a Seattle dog and it was amazing. Comes standard with cream cheese and grilled onions and you can add other toppings to it on the side. I'm definitely coming back the next time I visit.

You can't leave seattle without trying one of these! I'll go out of my way for a seattle dog from this stand. It's great with everything on it. The guys running the stand are nice and quick. They are open super late and close to all the bars. Very convenient. Hot dogs are big so they're worth it! Make sure to get all the toppings. Must try and if you're a local, I envy you

Despite the busy Friday night rush, the service was very fast and the hot dogs were freshly made. I had the Seattle dog and wow was it good!! Good, tasteful quality hot dogs for a reasonable price. Will be checking this stand out more often.

A Seattle dog is a quintessential food item while visiting Seattle. I am happy to say the Dog In The Park Seattle Dog lived up to my expectations. There are loads of toppings to choose from, too, but the young man serving up the dogs recommended just plain for the first time to really get the classic experience. If home were a clown/carnival themed acid trip of a pinball arcade bar, that is. And what's not to love about that? The bar tenders here are cool and friendly people who pour drinks with a heavy hand, and understand the mission: get the patrons who want to be drunk, drunk. The first few times I visited, I felt a leeriness about ordering food. But once I got over myself, I kinda fell in love with the menu, and I've probably eaten everything on it (including the clam chowder). Their hot dogs are wonders to behold, utter symphonies for the senses, and I refuse to visit Shorty's without getting one. Best dog in Seattle? Why yes. I think so. To paraphrase one reviewer: "Take your date here. If she doesn't like it, she's lame and you shouldn't waste your time with her anyways." Shorty's is the bomb.

That's not something paying customers want to hear. I ended up ordering a drink for myself while the guys were looking at the menu because they were doing a food hop, and us girls were doing a bar hop. During that time, the bartender came back to our table at least four times within about five minutes. Instead of being attentive, it felt pushy and aggressive, especially since they were still deciding what they wanted. I've been here a few times before, but after this experience, this will definitely be my last visit.

They had various condiments and toppings available on the side including ketchup, mustard, sauerkraut, pickles and pickled carrots. It was just the perfect amount of food with lots of flavors. After we were done eating, we came by the stand to grab some napkins and the lady asked us how the food was. I thought it was a nice gesture.
