Really disappointed. I had the membership and it stated that unused credits never expire so that was one of the reasons I got it. I call to use one of those credits and now that policy has changed so about $140 wasted now. They made the contract very reassuring but nope, it will change on you. I had my appointment at 11:00 am, the receptionist said the girl doing my facial was running 15 minutes late. It's past 11:30 and I finally get in. Not only did the girl not apologize, but she said "don't worry I'll still give you the full hour" like wtf ? I'm paying for an hour so you mentioning it like "I'll still", you're suppose to if I'm paying for it. Well I didn't get my hour, it was 48 minutes!! Do they count the time you taking changing as your time starting? As I'm about to pay, the receptionist said, "is the tip going to be on the card or cash?" Like girl, I got seen late and didn't get my full 60 minutes. I think the more profesional manner would of been like, would you like to tip instead of making it seem like a demand. Karen is amazing with the facial. Since we first walked in Karen was very friendly, talkative, and super attentive. I had a 6 month contract with them and they over charged me for 8 months and the owners excuse was that the girl is new and she messed up. All they can do for the "inconvenience" is give me free facial and massage. Their customer service is terrible and they employees don't seem to communicate with each other. 100% yes to this place. I loved every minute of my experience here. I got a 30 min massage and 30 min lymphatic massage. Marisol was who was talking care of me. The entire massage was just was I needed. I've often massages done in the past and this is my favorite massage I've ever got done. Super relaxing super gentle. Came in for a signature facial plus an "upgrade" micro and it was the worst facial I have ever gotten yet. I don't know if part of it was because maybe my esthetician was new or I just don't know what was up. Point is, I paid $140 and it was clearly not worth it and trust me when I say I am very generous with money. I PAY what is worth paying for at any given occasion. They offered me the membership and I denied because I am definitely never coming back here again. When I walked out I still had excess charcoal all over my face and she didn't even extract my pores entirely she only did the tip of my nose. UNBELIEVABLE! Update- Violet was kind enough to give me a call and bring me back in with Joanne. Honestly, i didn't want to at first only because I live about 30 miles away. BUT she was such a sweetheart and understood my concerns so I couldn't say no. I went back in this morning and Joanne was amazing. She was very understanding of what exactly I needed, was precise and very very knowledgeable! Something I pay really close attention to. She took her time with my face and that is EVERYTHING. I WILL be coming back, not as often as I would want to because of the distance BUT atleast once every two months. This business is stealing money from their clients. Do not sign up for a membership they will end up stealing your hard earned money. Both my wife and I have been coming here is 2019 and we really thought we were being taken care of. My wife ended up pregnant last year and put her membership on hold since she couldn't come in for facials or massages. They continued to charge her card and give her credit for it. Due to the fact that she can't come in they said those credits expired. We told them that's why we put it on hold and yet they didn't do anything about it. I also put my account on hold and they did the same to me. Continued to charge my card and Miguel and Laura blamed it on the system saying the system made a mistake when it was them that didn't put the account on hold. Again I was credited and because the baby and work schedule that I have, they said the credits expired. First off we were never told about credits expiring nor did we sign anything that said this. We spoke to several employees and know the exact date and situation when Laura wanted to add this to the policy. She did this illegally and if you feel like you also got cheated for your credits I'll be starting a law suit against them to make sure they make it right with all their customers. I will cover all attorney fees in this case. You need to request a copy of your signed contract. If you never signed their newest contract you are eligible to be part of this class action case. Had an appointment at 12 and was taken in at 11:55, great session with Mia she's super nice and very informative about all the different masks and procedures they do. They always ask if i need to use the restroom or for drinks which makes me feel very comfortable.
