They will come to your house under the pretense of providing an estimate. They start at $200 for air conditioning duct cleaning but then claim to find mold. They act honestly and try to help you by offering the best deal. What began as a $200 service ended up costing me $2,700 for cleaning 15 a/c vents, all while alleging that they found mold. Sadly, in my effort to protect my family, I ended up paying for something that wasn't true. I know I will lose a significant amount of money, but I hope no one else has to go through what I am experiencing. I can't ask this person to feel remorse for taking so much money from a single mother trying to keep her home clean and healthy for her kids. I plan to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, hoping these people will learn not to take advantage of others and to be honest with their customers.

I have had small pieces of the inside of my plenum drifting down out of my ceiling vents for the past year and wondered what it was. This rendered that vent useless and allowed air to escape in large volume into my attic for over a year. Also, now I need to clean the black mildew they left in my vents but I am unable to get the screws out of the ceiling vent because they are tightened too tight. This is aside from the fact that the man smelled like he had not had a bath in 2 weeks and they charge more than any other vent cleaning service. If you want a company to completely destroy your system, then this company is for you !!! This company should have its license to do business revoked !!! UPDATE: I called the owner at his invitation who expected me to let him fix the problems he created with my ductwork after the damage he had already caused. Since he is a duct cleaner only and is not qualified to install ductwork, I suggested having the air conditioning company meet him at my house to do any repair work. I have yet to hear back with an appointment time, so it looks like the damage he did to the ductwork will not get fixed. My alternative is to file suit in a court of law which I can do since I have several pictures of the problems. Fortunately for me, the Deceptive Trade Practices Act provides for up to a $250,000 fine for any person or company who defrauds a senior citizen.

Now my laundry room is located on the second floor, back of the house, and the pipe goes straight up. I want to know how someone could tell me it was over 15 foot, when the room is only 8 foot and the roof is sloping there? There is no way it is another seven foot. To make things more interesting, I kept looking at the length of the rooter he put up there and there is no way the line was 15 foot, and the brushes on the end of the rooter were largely missing. So I am confused how one cleans a pipe missing most of the brushes? I thought at one point he was going to change the brushes, but he did not. Once he was done, he came down and he told me it was going to be $149 plus tax since the pipe was longer than 15 foot. I told him there is no way and that his company should have disclosed this before the work had been done. The total ended up being $161.29, which is about $40 more than I was expecting. I feel like this is bait and switch to be honest. I did contact their office and let them know I was unhappy with the service in relation to the charges. I thought the Tech was good, I just did not like charges. If you are going to change price, then you disclose this. I would prolly would have cancelled the service had I known this was going to happen. I did let them know, I would be doing this review. Not as a threat, but as a reminder that I am fair in my reviews, but you must disclose changes in agreed charges and you must actually measure something if you plan on charging a fee per foot.
