Walked in the prices was $35 for a standard pedicure. And I asked if they did a callus treatment and they said it was extra and we said okay we don't want it. My lady did a terrible job and legit FELL ASLEEP while she was scrubbing my feet!!!!!!!! Did a terrible job painting my toes. They are all misshapen and terribly painted. We go to pay and she says $80 and I was confused because it was only $70 for two pedicures. And she said we got the callus treatment and I was like no we didn't and she asked the ladies that did our toes and they said they did it. I will tell you for a fact they did not do a callus treatment. My heels are still all cracked and terrible. I do not recommend this place. read more

This may have been the best pedicure I've gotten anywhere across the country. I wish I had known sooner that this gem existed so close to home! I appreciate that this spa does not use massage spa chairs and instead uses a porcelain bowl without jets because it's so much more sanitary. Since moving here from San Diego, I've yet to find a place within a 30 minute radius that offers that alternative. Speaking of cleanliness, all tools were clearly sterilized and removed from sealed packaging during my service. The true highlight of this nail salon is that they strive to make your self-care time as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. The semi-private stations, dimmed lighting and relaxing music made it so easy to close my eyes and disconnect. My tech cut and shaped my nails perfectly. The massage was the best part of my day, probably actually my whole week. All of the staff was attentive, friendly and professional--they seemed as if they were genuinely happy people and that this wasn't just a job. Went to this salon last Friday with my mom. I thought it would be a nice experience to go to this salon because of the great yelp reviews, but I was a little weary of going just because there were only 20 reviews. This is a really nice and relaxing salon. I like how it's not loud and really clean and tranquil. The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the quality of gel manicure I received and my mom's mani & pedi were just ok. We received the top packages for both the mani and pedi. My mom said she thought both the technicians were nice and gave great massages, but when it came to the cleaning of the cuticles it was not really good. My mom said it hurt when they cut her cuticles and she felt the clean up was not up to par as her usual mani and pedi salon. For me, my pedicure was pretty good. She gave a great massage, cleaned my cuticles pretty good, and applied my polish very nicely. If I would have just gone there for a pedi with that specific pedicurist (I dont remember her name), I would have definitely given a 5 star rating for sure. My gel mani was done by a male. It was not the worse manicure I've ever gotten, but it definitely was not that great. When he pushed my cuticles back, he pushed them back really hard and I have a high pain tolerance. It was uncomfortable. When cutting my cuticles he actually cut my finger. He also needs to work on applying gel. I would have said something if I seen at the salon, but it was so dark in there I couldn't tell until I was outside. Some side were lumpy and not applied evenly. And there are a ton of bubble on my nails. The gel on the sides of my nails started lifting after 2 days. I did not do anything crazy either with my hands for those 2 days. Also, what rubbed me the wrong way, he scolded my pedicurist for some reason. Like saying, " O you know what package shes getting right. You need to give her a massage." He said it in a manner that was a bit rude. And my pedicurist already gave me a very nice long massage at that point and my pedicurist responded, "I already gave her a massage" he then responded and said, " I didn't see you give her a massage. You gave her a massage?" It was just really weird. My mom and I get our nails done - A LOT, so we feel this place needs more training except for my pedicurist which I have no idea what her name was. read more

Many of them don't have great sanitary practices but I am very happy with healthy nails spa. First of all I find their signature pedicure to be by far the best pedicure in Temecula. Healthy nail spa is one of the most relaxing places that you can go for a pedicure. There is not a room full of people and a bunch of the nail technicians talking and the loud TV in the background. No......that is not what you will find here. What you are going to find is a dark comfortable chair with beautiful calming music and some privacy screens and very nice decor in this facility. When I have family and friends who come in from out of town healthy nail spa is the one gift I have given several times that they all asked for in the future. I made an appointment for 12 pm. I left work and made it to my appointment on time, however, the girl informed me that Ben took a walk-in client because he tried "several times" to reach me. I checked my phone (because I drive with do not disturb on) and I had one missed call. NO voicemail. NO repeated attempts. It is so sad that one phone call attempt without a voicemail would constitute canceling someone's appointment. Customer's have busy lives just live owners and workers and it is completely unfair and such a bad business practice to make an arbitrary decision so you can collect money in the moment. I wasn't late. I didn't cancel and I won't be coming back here. I had intended to purchase a few gift certificates during my appointment for gifts and now they lost out on that too. Terrible way to run a business and super unhappy customer. I do also want to mention that I am totally flexible and understand things happen. I just can't tolerate lying. Ok so my pedicure was really good which I would have left 5 stars if I would have only did that. But then I decided to do eyebrow wax and chin wax to get my peach fuzz. Tbh I didn't want to post this review. But I decided to wait a few weeks and see a dermatologist to be sure my skin would heal before posting because if I would have scarred, I'd prob need an attorney. Anyhow, during my wax I noticed it stung more than usual. I usually go to European wax spa w no issues. But as I got in the car my face was burning. As soon as I got home I looked in the mirror and saw the horror. Immediately went to urgent care. I had 1st degree burns on my face. The owner is the one that actually waxed me. So I got a salve and used a lot of aquaphor, cold water, ice packs, and had to do some cold laser therapy to help reduce the burning. Within a month it healed w no major scarring But see my pics to see how bad it was. I contacted the owner and all she did was tell me she was sorry and to put aloe on it. No money back offered or anything. I will not be coming back here because of this. The pedicure though was amazing and the guy that did my toes was awesome. You walk in to a tropical paradise. My first time here and will be my go to from now on. The stations have curtains between them and you're requested to use your quiet voice. They ask you to silence your cell phone but you won't even want to look at it. Spa music with stream sounds in the background, soft lighting and beautiful tropical murals take you to the islands far, far away. They offer you tea, as well. After weeks of reading reviews, I had finally decided to try out "Healthy Nails spa" and got a gel manicure & pedicure at the same time. Although, I would soon come to regret this decision. Disappointed and dissatisfied, when you first walk in the spa it's spacious and quiet but very dimly lit. When discussing with the nail tech that I wanted a slight trim with oval nails. The nail tech continues to cut down to my finger, not to mention that they did in fact cut me and irritated skin around my nail due to over filing. I also came to realize my nails were misshaped & different length once I was out of their dimly lit facility. Extremely disappointed after spending $92 there for a gel mani & pedi (without any add ons or special design).
