This was my first time eating food from here. I ordered the small sized Chicken and Broccoli, and a small Egg Drop Soup for take out/pick up. He told me it would be 15 mins; I arrived after 14 mins and it was ready to go (awesome!). My total was $9.07 and the guy working didn't know how to work the credit card machine- no problem, I had cash. Fast forward to the actual food. When I got home, I pulled everything out and it was PIPING hot. I prefer my food to be lava hot for some reason, so I was excited to see all of the steam. There was also a lot of food for having orderd the "small" size of each item. I'd say the soup was mediocre, at best. There was an odd flavor in there I couldn't place, but not much OTHER flavor. I was hoping some soy sauce would help, but sadly, it did not. After a few bites, I switched to the main event. The rice was awesome (I got fried in lieu of steamed) and it complimented the sauce of the dish wonderfully (and there was a lot more sauce than I expected). The chicken was tender and tasty. The broccoli is where it fell apart, imo. It, too, had an odd flavor but might have come from simply being undercooked and crunchier than I'd have liked. The broccoli is usually my favorite part, but not this time, so it was disappointing. Maybe it will be better as leftovers? I don't know yet. All in all, I'd give this dish a solid 3 stars. It wasn't especially bad, but wasn't especially good, either. I'll probably give it another try but won't get my hopes up. read more

Very disappointed in the quality of the food. The food in my order was nothing like the photos on Yelp. I ordered the orange chicken and Pad Thai with shrimp. I also ordered wontons and egg drop soup. The wontons and soup were mediocre at best. Not too great, not too terrible. However, the orange chicken was way overcooked and didn't include any vegetables. Again, nothing like the photos on Yelp. The flavor of the Pad Thai was good, but there was way too much sauce and the noodles were overcooked and mushy. Hands down the worst Chinese takeout I've ever had. read more

Ordered delivery so I can't comment on the actual restaurant. Overall, this place is pretty average in terms of your local neighborhood cheap Chinese food spot. It isn't too expensive and can feed yourself or a family for a decent price. I'm giving it 4/5 because I've found that the average in Denver metro seems to be lower than other places I've lived/worked and this place was better than most I've tried in the area. The egg rolls were crispy and had decent flavor, and you get 2(!) when you order a combo. I got sesame tofu and it was a bit soggy, but you can't expect crispy tofu with delivery. The source was actually really good and the rice was fresh. The biggest problem was the old Thai. They didn't have any spice options so you get what you get...and I essentially got zero spice with a ton of sugar. I had to spice it up myself but I would not order that again. Don't avoid this place is you're in the area and in the mood for Chinese, but it isn't worth a special trip. Definitely stick to the Americanized Chinese on the menu and avoid the Thai offerings. read more

My family and I decided to order takeout and they were one of the faster places we have ordered from. Four different entrees with sides and soup, my entire family was happy. My chicken lo mein was excellent, my dad and grandmother liked their chicken, and my sister loved the soup. The only reason it's four stars for me was because my fried rice just looked like steamed rice with soy sauce in it for a different color. I ordered through grubhub: I have ordered from them 2 times. the first time was amazing, which led me to order from them again yesterday. I was a little disappointed. My chicken coconut soup, which is usually spicy, was basically just clear broth and chicken, almost like they forgot to add the spice. My shrimp spring rolls, were pretty good, but there was a random whole leaf of basil in both of them..which i found odd. it wasn't bad just strange, as i have never had that before. The sauce was VERY thick and cold. it usually has a sauce-y consistensy and is warm. My chicken pad thai had no peanuts on top and no lime, also it was sweet. all is all the food wasn't terrible, it just seemed like something was forgotten on each item, which was very sad for me. Great food for an excellent price! Customer service excellent! I ordered online and got the free soup for spending $20, when the order arrived halfway through the meal I realized I didn't get the soup. I chose not to call because it was free and I didn't want to waste their delivery drivers time, maybe 10 minutes later my doorbell was ringing and they drive back and brought the soup, which they made no profit off of. My girl and I tried this place because our normal spot is closed for renovations. First, they didn't understand what their Combination plates were, but they're clearly listed on their menu through GrubHub, so that was immediately concerning. I got Kung Pao Shrimp which came with a sweet and creamy sauce and definitely didn't have any Pao to it at all. This is THE weirdest rendition of Kung Pao that I've ever gotten! I got Lo Mein noodles instead of rice, and they taste like a mix of burned vegetable oil and plastic. The Spring Rolls had waaaay too much black pepper. The Crab Cheese Wontons weren't bad, but they seemed like pre-packaged wontons, so yeah. My girl was content with her Beef and Broccoli, but also said its "nothing to write home about," but as long as she mildly enjoyed it I'll be fine with a bowl of cereal for dinner lol. Had the combination lo mein and a General Tao's Chicken with lo mein. Had a great smoky flavor. The egg roll was good, as was the wonton soup. Drunken noodles were bone dry on top and oily on the bottom, they had obviously been sitting for a while. The kung pow was generic Brown sauce. I'd had better at Panda Express in the food court. Even though they say delivery takes 45-60 minutes, our meal took one hour and 45 minutes to be delivered. I ordered Pad Thai, and it wasn't great. It didn't have the traditional Pad Thai flavor, it tasted more like noodles and some nondescript sauce. I requested tofu to be added to my meal, it was not. First time ordering from these guys, it was the best Asian food we've had in Wheat Ridge/Arvada area, even better than Heaven Dragon. Meat is fresh along with everything else. Really delicious food. Not a single thing wrong with the meals we received. Quality of food rivals Pei Wei/PF Changs. Definitely will be our go to for Asian from now on.
