A remote control was placed between a light switch and the door. You need to turn on the light before you use the remote, preferably w/o scraping your knuckles. 2. A pile of trash was left behind. I forgave that since the three men worked hard for more than 8 hours. 3. After they did wiring in my attic, insulation started falling through the kitchen ceiling vent. I pointed it out and the installer vacuumed the vent from below. I said it would be better to blow it, but he said it would be fine. It continues to fall down thru the vent. 4. Old HVAC vents were blocked to keep the warm air in and cold air out, but they left a big one in the old HVAC closet. Also, they capped the gas pipe inside the closet, so there are two holes to the outside. I could have made the closet look finished if they had capped the pipe below the house. 5. The way they inserted the cable ducts through the foundation air vent was poor. Rodents can now enter. 6. Poor oversight and communication. I wanted easy things corrected that would take 20min. "Mark" promised someone would get back to me...they never did. I called/texted about 5 times. Finally he stopped responding.

He did not provide any upfront pricing, nor did he tell us that there would be a fee before touching the unit. After doing a quick, simple adjustment, he charged us $125 without any prior notice. The heater only worked for a one time and then failed again the same day. When we called the company, the owner told us that our heater is "over 20 years old and cannot be repaired." If the unit was truly too old to repair, their technician should NOT have started any repair or charged us in the first place. This is misleading and unprofessional. We feel that this company did not follow proper business practices: * No upfront pricing * Performed unnecessary work * Charged without consent * Refused responsibility afterwards

    My thermostat suddenly decide not to work last Monday, Rendon was able to come out next morning for…read morethe repair, Chris was professional and knowledgeable; unfortunately after the repair, another part failed later that day, but they come out again the very next day to repair. After two repair, unfortunately, the issue was that my system was just too old and needs to be replaced. They gave me a quote within a few hours (totally reasonable after received competition quote). Accept the quote on Thursday afternoon before 7/4 long weekend, and David was able to help me getting schedule first thing Monday morning!!! The installation team is professional, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommend!!!
