Like any other company who does estimate online, they're by far the quickest to call me and get more information about my place, took all things in consideration, and was, thus, really accommodating and gave a very reasonably priced estimate, in such short notice. Larry and Daniel were courteous and very knowledgeable and gave me the run-down of the deep cleaning process they do and what sets them apart from the rest. They were very professional and very efficient. I have never been so happy and satisfied with the service they rendered. Incredibly rude company right off the bat when trying get an estimate I specifically mentioned in the first sentence I was looking for carpet cleaning and hardwood floor cleaning. Your response back with and I kid you not "why would I scrub your toilets" is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional when I did not mention anything about toilets in our short but incredibly unpleasant interaction. There were ways you could've gone about it without being rude but you choose that one and I won't let you misrepresent your garbage customer service. read more

Let me begin by saying that unlike a couple of reviews on here, I had a very positive experience with the folks from this company. I had my townhouse cleaned by them this week in Ashburn, and had the carpets cleaned...so I had two crews in the place. They worked hard, were very professional, and provided an excellent service. And I would use them again and recommend them without a doubt! Gentlemen who cleaned the carpets​ did a really good job and​ had all the proper tools with them. They took extra care to not damage anything while they cleaned my 3 rooms and​ 2 flights of stairs. The ladies who cleaned the place left it spotless! I have never seen that happen before.... majority of the cleaners will do a half ass job when doing windows, counters, and bathrooms etc. So all I have to say is, thank you for an excellent service! This is the second time we used Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning. We had or daughter's dog stay with us for 5 months. He is the size of an Alpaca, but drools like a St Barnard. Because of his size we had a very sloppy backyard most of the summer. Needless to say between the drool and not so clean paws, we needed a deep clean on our carpets and sofas. The carpets and sofas look like new and smell fresh again. The employees were very polite and courteous. I always feel like I am getting robbed by carpet cleaning services. Not this company. I have a shag rug and a dog. Not a good combination. For some reason, he feels the need to eat every snack and chew all his bones on the rug. Needless to say, it was disgusting and I needed a professional cleaning beyond what I could do myself. I called Heaven's Best to come pick up the carpet and get it cleaned at their shop. It was easy to schedule because on the voicemail I initially got, it had a number to text to set up the appointment so that helped avoid phone tag. They came and picked it up on a Saturday morning and had it in their shop for a few weeks. I believe they put it in a bath and then dry it out before rolling it back up and bringing it back. It would have been quicker, but I needed them to come on a Saturday and then wanted them to clean my microfiber couch when they returned the rug. They brought the rug back, and spent a couple hours cleaning my couch and all the cushions. They even pulled apart all the sections to get the sides of the couch you can't see when its put together. I have a cream colored couch, so there is one spot on my dog's favorite cushion which isn't completely out, but I wasn't expecting miracles. But, other than that, it is much improved, and I feel like I got a brand new couch and the rug smells and looks much better! read more

I called Heaven's Best back about 4 months after they cleaned the carpets the first time in my Sterling, Va townhouse. Four months ago, the carpets looked very good immediately afterward and I didn't mind paying the higher fees. But less than a week later, the same dull gray marks came back and looked like the cleaning was only surface cleaning. I gave them a good rating but felt that I was too quick to do so. This time I waited a few days, and again the dull gray marks began to resurface. They seem to ask for their yelp reviews within hours after they clean and most of the time receive great reviews. Not this time. My recommendation is to look elsewhere and only give a rating a few days afterward for any carpet cleaning organization. Surface cleaning can be done by any inexperienced technician. read more

THESE GUYS ARE MIRACLE WORKERS!!!! We've used them for the whole house a couple times and were very happy. The whole house except this one bedroom, which we thought was hopeless. Today they did that room and we are shocked at what they did. Never would we have believed the carpeting in that room could be restored. I am newer to Yelp, so this is my first review. Heaven's best, although professional, punctual, and affordable, I did not get the clean I wanted. I also now have some repairs I must do to my stairs after their visit. The carpet also felt "crunchy", especially on the stairs, like they sprayed way too much and since they just soak the carpet, agitate it, and then let it dry, I can see why if felt that way. How is it getting clean when all they are doing is agitating the carpet? Maybe by just by agitating the dirt further down into the carpet with their tools? All I know is if I spray a chemical onto my carpet, get a brush and scrub it, and then leave it, the dirt is still there. On top of that, a bunch of spray marks have begun popping up all over the stairs. Side note, notice how I keep saying stairs, this is where the new guy on the team was working. They use a wand that sprays the cleaner out, but if you get too close, just like spray paint, it will be in a thin line instead of a nice big spray pattern. Well, now I got all these half moon marks that look like a "C" all over my stairs that were not there in the years I have lived in this house. They seem to be getting worse with time too. I tried cleaning them with just water, but they keep coming back. To top it off, the tool they use is essentially the same as a floor buffer with a spinning brush on the end. The person doing my stairs got too close to the edge and now all the baseboards on my stairs and landing have massive scratch marks all along them. The scratch isn't just a one line scratch, but a bunch of scratches, on every stair baseboard. This is a stair, so it's impossible for me to vacuum it with the vacuum, only the handheld attachments, so it's not bump or rub marks from a vacuum. I noticed them on one stair pretty soon afterwards and kind of rubbed it out, but then once it got warm and we are doing our cleaning, I noticed it on every stair and the landing. I have been out of town a lot and haven't had the time prior to last month to get into it, but now that I am looking, it's bad. I contact them and was told the weird stains are "impossible" for them to do and the scuffs are "possibly, but unlikely" from them. Anyone else know how I can scratch all my baseboards on the stairs at carpet level without a spinning brush tool? My wife hand painted the baseboards when we moved in a few years back, so I know they weren't there before Heaven's best. These scratches are also only on the stairs and the man running the main floor buffer obviously has been doing it much longer and was in charge so no scratches on those. All I was offered was a $25 discount off my next cleaning for the inconvenience of having to repaint my baseboards. Looks like it's traditional carpet cleaning service for me next time. Hopefully they can suck these left over chemicals and dirt out of my carpet and get the stains from them out. read more

The gentleman who came was professional and the price was affordable but the quality of service is not so great. Some sort of buffer is used to clean the carpets and I am unsure where the dirt goes because as the carpet began drying, all of the spots began to reappear. When calling to state how I was not satisfied and that my carpets were not clean as I had hoped, I was then criticized on maybe it was because of my carpets and that their process is the best and if I wanted steamed results I should have called a steaming company. Instead of taking responsibility that the service that was provided was not what I was expecting. I paid to have my carpets cleaned, which they were not. I feel as if you do not have the tools to effectively give a good carpet cleaning then it should be told in advance that the cleaning would not be as thorough as a steamed cleaning. We had our carpets cleaned today, and the service and pricing was top-notch. Evan provided the estimate over the phone, and in describing the condition of the carpets as quite new with light use and some pet hair, he said Heaven's Best solution should be better than those competitors who use the steam clean method. Glenn was there conducting the work with a colleague and he walked me through everything when they were finished. Super nice, very patient, great work. They even left me a bottle of stain remover with the same formula they use to clean the carpets. Pricing was a good deal better than the competition. I called Heaven's after reading good reviews online. Kyle and his companion came on time, had a friendly smile and cleaned carpet and upholstery to our complete satisfaction. I could not ask for more. The only thing is they left some furniture away from the usual location for drying, but another company in the past, who charged more, put them in place with plastic sheet between the carpet and furniture. Once the carpet was dry, we merely pulled the plastic out. But that will not stop me from calling them again as the carpet looks better than last time it was shampooed. Their quote was very reasonable over phone including 15% discount for doing both the carpet and upholstery, and the final bill was lot less than what previous company charged.
