This Leesburg location is by far 100 times better in service. The displays are clean and prominent. You can get your step goals here if you are walking the aisles looking for the ideal floor, tile, vanity and backsplash. Staff is super friendly. Even in the early morning hours, a cashier is friendly and greets us. A special shout out to the designer, Amy. She has helped us twice in the past week. She has an eye for style and can help with the trends. She walked the aisles with us showing us the various tiles and decor. It's a simple process to get a quote on everything you want so you can walk away with a product quote. Highly recommend this location. Watch out HD and Lowe's.

My husband and I are renovating our guest and kids' bathrooms, and Amy was truly fantastic to work with. She was patient, thoughtful, and really creative, and she quickly understood what I was going for--something elevated but still within a budget. She had seen me working with other designers in the store before and clearly picked up on my style and preferences. Amy helped me find beautiful marble along with really complementary floor and niche tiles at great prices, and she even helped make some deals work. She genuinely has a great eye and comes up with tile combinations that feel intentional and a little different. Bryce was also great. After a frustrating earlier experience where a designer didn't send me my designs and then left the job--wasting time and setting things back--Bryce went out of his way to help turn that experience around. He was kind, responsive, and very focused on making sure I walked away feeling good about the store and my experience. He also helped make pricing work on some closeout tiles, which I really appreciated. I've spent at least six or seven hours in this store over the past few weeks, and everyone I interacted with was helpful and pleasant. If you're looking for strong design help, good pricing, and people who genuinely care about customer experience, this location is absolutely worth visiting.

From the start, Tile Center made this piece of our process easy and pleasant, and we love the outcome. As project manager, Joe was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. He came to our house very quickly after our initial outreach, returned later with grout samples, and walked us through options at the showroom. He always responded quickly to emails and texts. He helped us navigate tile shortages and advised us when we needed to order from a third party. Thomas, the installer, was also fantastic. His work is beautiful, and on top of that, he was just incredibly lovely to be around. He not only tolerated, but was awesomely kind to, our very loud and unhelpful dog! He also went above and beyond dealing with various issues that arose. James, who came on one of the days, was also great. On top of everything else, we really appreciated how both Joe and Thomas worked things out so that we could live in the house throughout the installation. That was really helpful as far as both hassle and the potential extra cost of lodging. We got porcelain wood-look tiles, and we really like the outcome (see picture). 100% recommend.

This was our first time dealing with a major home issue, and navigating insurance, contractors, and conflicting opinions felt overwhelming and stressful. I spoke with several contractors and received multiple estimates, but Alan stood out immediately. He was the first to respond and the first to give clear, straightforward, and honest answers. Beyond that, Alan is genuinely such a fun and easygoing person to work with, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. He has a great eye for design and prioritizes top-notch materials while still being realistic and respectful of budget. The appointment time came and went, and no one called, showed up, or provided any explanation. Whatever the reason for missing the appointment, the least they could have done was notify me and cancel or reschedule. I had 2 levels of flooring replaced with LVP. The basement was great - because it was on slab. They…read moredid the main level of my home and the LVP constantly gapped. I called their people out multiple times to get it fixed, which only ended up being a temporary solution. After a year, it's also gapping on the sides. I called the owner several times to get him out here to fix it. He said we should have bought hardwood (for the kitchen?) because they nail down the flooring. The main level flexes where the most walking occurs, so because we bought that, the gapping is our fault (what??). He could have informed us of that in his original quote and we would have purchased a fix so this wouldn't have been an issue. He said since it was over a year, he could have someone come out to fix it at a discount, but was pretty terrible at getting back to me with any date/times. We also have mis-matched pieces because they didn't get the right color for one or two boxes. They did a wonderful job with the hardwood on the stairs and the stain matching for the quarter round. I still wouldn't recommend them or work with them again. I'm having to hire a new contractor to completely replace the floors on the main level. I'm out $3000+

I'm most impressed by the attention to detail. I was given options on even very small things and the team followed up on small cosmetic things, but which made the overall project beautiful, with the cabinet manufacturer. Cleanup was fantastic. Our new mud room and laundry room are beautiful and we look forward to using Callabrase again for all our home improvement projects.

The tub in the master was converted into a walk-in shower. New electrical and ventilation were added. The owner Justin was great to work with, communicated almost daily, and stopped by the house frequently to check on the progress of the work and answer any questions or concerns I had. Selvin the team lead is a true craftsman, knows his stuff, and clearly takes pride in the quality of his work. Others on the team worked equally hard and they have all been with Calabrese for at least 10 years. I was pleased to see the company take their time and do a quality job instead of a rushed one like you often see. They addressed each of my concerns and the results speak for themself. Now if only the rest of the house was a nice as my new bathrooms!
