We have lived by the restaurant for almost a year and finally went. Omg great selection of food the baked potato was huge definitely no skimping. Catfish is what my husband got and he is super picky about his catfish. This one was on point ! Wing were yummy and awesome dipping white bbq sauce. And I liked how they put the peanuts on top of the slaw definitely different. We both highly recommend this little spot. They have a great take out system down as well. Let's start out by saying i've been here many times. From photographing various live music events the owner has put on to just craving their food and resturant vibes and deciding to drop by for lunch or dinner. When this place first opened it was delicious. Now not so much. I always get sick after eating their food, specifically any fish and their fries. I'm thinking it has something to do with them not cleaning their fryers right. Also serve is super slow and some of the servers have like no personality and are just super bland, sometime coming off rude. Anyways, the place is small but homey. They have a really good menu to choose from. Their white Alabama sauce is so freaking good. I love their Black cat po boy, their burgers are amazing, and so is their various entrees. The meatloaf is very good and comes with mashed potatoes and green beans. I always get a side of the peanut slaw when I come here! Unique and tastes great with anything on their menu. They have a wide selection to choose from at the bar. Various wines, bourbon, beers, etc. all that come perfectly poured and taste fresh! I'm giving 3 stars mainly due to what I said in the beginning of the review. Once they get their service issues together i'll update my review! But until then it's a 3. We were in town and decided to give it try. The online menu looked good and the prices seemed great. First thing I noticed when I got there was the prices on the menu were significantly higher than their website. If you have time to print out new menus the only menu should be updated too. We ordered a chicken wrap and potato that were supposed to have grilled chicken. They came with chicken that was boiled and not seasoned. My son ordered alligator bites. He got maybe 6, with undercooked tator tots. My daughters fries were undercooked and not seasoned. For almost $90 for 6 of us, one meal being a kids meal we left not impressed at all. Our waitress was mediocre. She took our order and brought the food. But no refills and didn't clear any dirty dishes. read more

Ordering online makes no distinction between sides and substitutions, I ordered an item that features tater tots and I expected I was receiving a side of green beans but it actually swapped out the tots for the green beans with a few slivers of the alligator meat, sauces in cups, a side portion of green beans and some lettuce scattered on the tray. The alligator tasted nice but the portion was so small I just wish the website made the distinction that you are substituting ingredients, not adding a side. read more

This is the 2nd time that I tried this place. I always give the places a 2nd chance! Both time the food here was sub par. Today my burger was overcooked and they skimped on the toppings. Visited the Ark Experience and was hungry afterward. The folks here were wonderful and the food hit the spot. I had the fish n chips and a club sandwich n fries. Both meals were very tasty. If they would have poked holes in the food containers, the fries n fish would have possibly stayed crispy. Other than that, great place to go and grab a bite to eat! read more

We had eaten here before, but it had been a long while. We liked it on that visit. We decided to have an early dinner there today. We were greeted by a sign to "Seat yourself". It took almost 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. My husband ordered hot honey fried chicken. Completely flavorless and dry. The slaw was mostly Mayo. I had mahi-mahi with cilantro lime rice and grilled asparagus. The fish was over cooked and smothered in a weird white sauce and a few stray pieces of burnt bacon. The asparagus was not trimmed and barely cooked. Nothing was seasoned and I'd bet money that rice came from a rice a roni box! read more

Hubby and I had been visiting the Creation Museum a few miles away and I asked one of the girls working there if they had a recommendation for us for dinner. She said Hebron Grille was close and had a little something for everyone. Once we arrived we realized they had outdoor seating and fur babies are welcome . Big plus because we always have Bella Donna with us. We ordered an appetizer combo that had fried pickles, fried banana peppers and fried jalapeños with a trio of sauces that were so tasty I could have drank them. Our waitress, Patty, was very knowledgeable and super friendly. The hubby really wanted catfish but he's incredibly picky on seafood because he's from the Mobile Alabama area and they know how to cook. The catfish came with twisted fries and peanut coleslaw, you read that right-PEANUT COLESLAW! It was creamy but not runny and covered with crushed peanuts. Really different but very good. The fish were huge boneless fillets worthy of my Deep South hubby. The twisted fries were pretty good as well. I had a he steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus. I ordered it medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. The flavor of the steak was superb and paired perfectly with potatoes. Hubby couldn't keep his fork outta me plate. I always get a doggie bag but this time we ate everything....I MEAN EVERYTHING. Bella Donna got a few small bits of steak and we all left very satisfied. I would drive several hours just to eat here. I stopped in to try this place on the recommendation of a friend, and I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. We walked in and seated ourselves at a high top table. Our waitress stopped by pretty quickly to give us menus and take our drink orders (they serve Pepsi), and her service was great through the entire visit. I ordered the Louisiana Chicken Pasta and my friend ordered the shrimp tacos with cilantro lime rice. Our meals were both delicious, and the portions we quite large; I had enough to take home for another meal and a half! I was tempted to order the apple dessert, but I was ultimately too full to go for it. I'll definitely be back to try it though. read more

Looking for a place to eat after shopping at the Gap outlet, we found this place right across the street. The menu offers a great variety, something for everyone. Our server Chyanne was helpful offering several suggestions on favorite items. She brought us some complementary home made chips to try with the Alabama white sauce. My friend ordered the turkey Reuben and I opted for the fried catfish. Generous proportion sizes. My sides were green beans and the peanut slaw which was unique and tasty. I really enjoyed this place. It had great live music, the service was satisfactory. Menu had home style choices which was pleasantly surprising as it's a grille which I usually assume bar and grill type. Hidden gem in Hebron. There aren't a lot of "mom and pop" restaurants in Hebron yet, but this one is awesome! Eclectic menu, and it's all done well! Gator bites in Nky?? You betcha! Good food, good environment and just a couple of minutes off of 275. Speed of service can sometimes be a little bit of an issue, but I think that's mainly because of how busy they get.
