Add some meat and cheese to the sandwich. This is not how they do it in Brooklyn. All bread. Service was ok, not too friendly. There were not a lot of customers.

I almost didn't eat here because of the 2.5 star Yelp rating but when I saw that their bread is homemade, something told me to roll the dice & give this place a try...and I'm so glad I did - their food is wonderful!! The lady taking my order said their best hot sandwich is the Philly Cheesesteak ($15.70) and man, was she right! It was one of the best Philly's I've ever had. It comes with potato salad, chips or coleslaw and I got the potato salad which was awesome too. Looks like Yelp got this place wrong! If you find yourself in the far reaches of concourse B (by gate 88, you have to give Heidi's Brooklyn Deli a shot - I'm glad I did!

I have been in a food desert and have gotten used to bad overpriced food, but this blows them all away. After going to their website and reviewing the menu I marched the long way to the end of b concourse from C. Their actual menu, and prices, are nothing like the website, which does state it is the menu for only this location. Regardless, because of the march and time constraints, I ordered the Italian which consisted of maybe 2 oz of a meat pile (not joking) which may or may not include all the claimed meats. The cheese is one slice on a 8" bun, the lettuce was one leaf of romaine, two very thin slices of tomato and two single thin sliced onion rings. I mean a single ring, not a slice of onion. This abomination cost me $19. When I asked for more tomato and onion, I was rewarded with attitude and one more thin slice of tomato. No onion as I guess onions are rare and expensive in Denver. As others have reported, I had to request my pickle and grab a bag of chips off the counter. There is absolutely no reason to visit this place

I loved Heidi's Brooklyn Deli since the first time I have eaten there. I love all the different bread especially pumpernickel and butter top white bread. I also appreciate that I can pick two different sides to the sandwiches because sometimes it hard to decide on one. I was excited when I landed at the airport and saw Heidi's. I was starving after a long -lane ride and that made it more bearable. Thanks for a great sandwich Heidi's.

$15 for that sad excuse of a sandwich. The premade sandwiches by the register are far better than that abomination. No meat and the bred crumbled with every bite. 0/10.

Ordered a sandwich, specifically says 3 times to the cashier "no cucumbers". When they started making it I stepped up and said "no cucumbers please". I get to my gate and it's loaded with cucumbers. It's almost like they did it on purpose. I will not go back.

I was looking for a NY type hotdog and Heidi's advertises a Brooklyn dog. Big win! Or so I thought. I like them pretty simple, just a light amount of mustard and relish. Then I found out that they don't stock relish. Then I saw the person put the dog in the microwave... Not the best way to prepare a dog. The dog was pretty lame and it was covered in mustard rather than a light amount. Staff meant well but didn't deliver on a relatively simple order.

The service at the register was great; they were so helpful. I ordered the lamb kabobs. It came with 2 skewers, hummus, tzatziki, grilled lemon, a flat bread, pickles, a tomato and cucumber salad, and cabbage. It was plenty of food and it was so delicious. I would highly recommend getting this entree. For dessert, I got the snickerdoodle which had a nice taste but it's not the texture I like for that type of cookie. It was quite a thick cookie. As we were leaving, I got a baguette to go. I enjoyed eating it for a couple of days but there's something about it that's a little different though I can't quite put my finger on it.

The flourless chocolate cookie was absolutely delicious, and the portions were surprisingly generous. The café itself has a cozy, charming atmosphere that makes it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning to try more of the menu.

While the former Ambli space has been brightened and renovated to look very much like an east shore market, the seating is less than comfortable. I guess the combo of poor food, bad service and uncomfortable seating is great for turning tables? I will put aside the TERRIBLE service and focus purely on the food. We ate at Zaidy's for breakfast. Many of the breakfast sandwiches are based on their in-house-made bagels. This is a failure! The bagels taste stale for "freshly made" and I find it very odd for a Jewish-themed joint to toss bacon into the sandwich (I personally love bacon, BTW). So setting aside the shanda (shame) bacon...with the cheese, there is an utter lack of seasoning. The breakfast sandwich came with home fried potatoes which were cooked nice and crisp but lacking any seasoning whatsoever. The latke grilled cheese looks appealing but is basically a greasy sponge filled with limp tomato and undercoooked cheese. And finally, the blintzes are an embarrassment to any self-respecting Jew. Zaddy's version are these small pockets that are under fried and more the size of a hamantaschen than a true blinze. I see no reason to rush back. Another few blocks down the street is Sam's 3, where a far better breakfast could be realized and Rosenberg's bagel on Monoco for better bread (albeit that Rosenberg's doesn't serve sandwiches)

They simply Do Not care about general food safety getting a hot meal here is rather risky I will explain why. My friend was a cook here for a short while and quit on them once he realized they care nothing about serving food that is safe to eat, he saw them do sooo many things that would easily make the food contaminated and unsafe to eat and somehow that was there process of doing things. Here are a couple examples of menu items one should try to steer clear of Chicken parm sandwich- they cook off a large batch of the chicken cutlets and let them sit at room temp for a hour or two until someone orders one they refries them for a minute or so, your supposed to keep food hot once it is cooked especially chicken to leave cooked chicken at room temp for so long is extremely risky to the public's health. Meatball sandwich- they leave there meatballs on the hot line all day then they save all of the hot food items from the day and reuse them the next day without properly cooling any of the food and the cooks will leave these item sit out at room temp for about 45 mins before even putting them into the cooler. Many issues with this practice first of all hot food should be discarded after 5 hours according to the health department because after 5 hours it will start growing bacteria, to leave it on a hot line all day then save them for the next day and not even cool them down properly is Crazy risky to people's health and they do not just do this with the meatballs they do it for many of there hot dishes they are used for days on in, not properly cooled and not properly tracked for how many times it has been reheated and such me they keep them in the same pans it's flat out gross. Other issues my friend encountered there was never seeing anyone at all wash there hands at any point in time, a ancient dishwashing machine that didn't clean anything at all it didn't even get hot so half of there dishes are greasy and have food residue on them, in his short time there he saw people fired for no reason what's so ever from what he was told the owner fires people left and right and doesn't even give reasons as to why, that's why they have ads up on indeed looking for employees 24/7.
