8 Piece Wings
Raúl R.

I stopped by this spicy chicken strip spot and left seriously impressed--and very full. Their menu is all about bold flavors and over-the-top comfort food, and everything I tried delivered. The loaded fries were the first thing to hit the table, and they were absolutely stacked: crispy fries topped with creamy mac and cheese, juicy chicken strips, and their signature sauce. Every bite was messy in the best way and packed with flavor. I also tried the chicken sandwich, which takes things to the next level by adding mac and cheese right inside the bun. It sounds wild, but it works--the crunch of the chicken, the heat from the seasoning, and the creaminess of the mac all come together perfectly. Their hot wings were another highlight. They offer a variety of flavors, so there's something for every heat level, whether you want tangy, spicy, or somewhere in between. The wings were cooked well, with a good crisp and plenty of sauce. To finish things off, I had their Oreo funnel cake topped with ice cream, and it was the perfect ending--warm, crunchy, sweet, and just indulgent enough. Overall, this place is a must-visit if you love spicy comfort food with a creative twist. Generous portions, great flavors, and plenty of options to keep you coming back. There is indoor and outdoor seating. With great and friendly service.

Vegan cauliflower menu

Hell's Chicken is awesome because they have vegan cauliflower available on their menu and it's delicious! Thank you so much for offering it! Had the cauliflower wings, but you can also get them in a sandwich or wrap as well. They have vegan sauces available and vegan coleslaw too. We spoke with the owner and he was super nice and friendly guy. Can't wait to come back again! Don't sleep on this place! It's great!

This might be my new favorite place for hot chicken. This was my first time trying this place. I drive by it all the time in Sunland. The workers were nice and explained how their menu worked as I haven't been here before. Once I know what to order, I tried the Mild flavor just to be on the safe side. I ordered their basic sandwich as a baseline. The size of the chicken piece was a decent size. It was long enough to fit in an entire roll. The chicken has good spice, and the flavor was strong but not too over powering. The fries were warm and crispy. They have a good size dining area. They also have outdoor seating, for your preference. Also, they were playing a decent selection of music as well. It was a pleasant experience eating here. Next time I come back I will up the spice level and try some of their other signature dishes.

I love chicken tenders and this place checks all the boxes I am looking for in a comfort food. Yes, it can be oily, spicy, and not so healthy but it is good to know that I can have other choices aside from other typical fast foods. People are nice and the place is overall clean including the restroom! It's easy to order.

Go on; pick your level

I love this place!!! The chicken tenders are out of this world, and you get to pick the spice level. I started with HOT, and now I'm on XHOT. I'll do MILD at times, when I'm with my daughter!! The staff here is very nice and helpful. Just ask and you will be taken care of your needs!! Cool music plays here with a few TV's and they have a cost patio, as well. Overall, a super place to go to!! Their wings are very very good as well. If I get them to go, I get them plain with sauce on the side. If I'm eating here, I will explore flavors for sure. Lemon pepper always hits!! I'll be back at all times!!!

Tried Hell's Chicken in Sunland and it was such a good experience. We ordered the Combo #3, which came with a chicken tender burger, loaded fries topped with mac & cheese, and a Caesar salad with chopped tenders. We chose the hot spice level and it was surprisingly really flavorful, not overpowering, just the right amount of heat. Everything was fresh, crispy, and filling. For dessert, we had the deep fried Oreos with powdered sugar and ice cream and wow... absolutely worth it. Perfect sweet ending to the meal. Definitely recommend if you're craving good spicy chicken and comfort food. We'll be back!

Hells Chicken turned out to be everything I hoped for -- and then some From the moment the food hit the table, the aroma alone had me locked in. Every bite was bursting with flavor, perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside -- the kind of chicken that makes you close your eyes and just enjoy the moment. The spice, the crunch, the balance -- it's pure California comfort food at its finest. And let's talk about satisfaction... this is one of those meals that'll have you unbuttoning your pants and leaning back in your chair once you're done, smiling like you just made the best decision of your day The sides and sauces hit just as hard -- everything pairs perfectly and leaves you wanting another round. Hells Chicken is hands-down a California comfort classic that I'll definitely be coming back to. Great vibes, great flavor, and a name that lives up to the heat! 100% Revisit Flavor: 10/10 Satisfaction: Off the charts

I just stumbled across this hidden gem, and wow... I'm so glad I did. Every single thing I tried was packed with flavor and made fresh with real care. I started with the Caesar salad topped with their mild chicken, and let me tell you--the chicken here is on another level. Tender, soft, perfectly juicy, and seasoned just right. I also ordered Combo #1 with mild chicken, and it did not disappoint. Everything was cooked to perfection, and you can taste the quality in every bite. And of course, I couldn't leave without trying something sweet... so I grabbed their strawberry banana funnel cake with a scoop of ice cream on top. It was heavenly--warm, fluffy, fruity, and the cold ice cream just tied everything together beautifully. One thing that really makes this spot stand out is that they offer vegan and vegetarian options, making it a place where everyone can enjoy a good meal. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they serve. Overall, this place isn't just good--it's memorable. A must-try for anyone who loves flavorful food, great service, and a menu with something for everyone. And the art inside the restaurant is so majestic and they are kit friendly, they have high chairs available

solid hot chicken place with a big variety of items on their menu to try out! parking in a shopping plaza i got the 2 tenders, my partner got 1 tenders & 1 sandwich combo. the portions were loaded & generous amount of fries. i liked how staff gave us a bottle of their sauce too whereas most places will charge extra which is a perk. food is on the pricier end. they do not play with spice. i love spicy food & i like how they are not shy with their spice levels. would love to come back to try more of their items especially since they open late for those late night cravings!

Super spicy and tasty, they offer way hotter and spicier levels than Dave's

What is their hottest sauce?

The straight to hell is the hottest not the triple hot. Also, it isn't a "sauce" it's more of a dry rub. Don't get it unless you can easily handle a howlin at howlin rays or eating a ghost pepper straight up. I can and it was still tough for me.… Read more

What is the challenge?

Its is the hot wing challenge. Its 20 dollars to get in. 10 wings, 5 minutes. Followed by an afterburn period. Complete it and get 100 bucks. But be warned of the pain!!!

If you're looking for real deal heat with flavor to back it up, this Nashville hot chicken spot…read moreabsolutely delivers!! I came in ready to test my spice tolerance and ordered their tenders in the Blazin level, (second hottest) and their chicken sando in Punisher, (the hottest they've got). Let me just say... they do NOT play around when it comes to spice. Starting with the tenders: I got them in Blazin', and the color alone lets you know you're in for something serious. The seasoning was deep red and coated generously, and every bite had that signature Nashville style smoky, with that cayenne kick. The heat builds gradually and lingers in the best way. The chicken itself was juicy inside and with a crispy, well seasoned crust that didn't fall apart. You can tell it's freshly fried! Not dry, not greasy, just perfectly cooked. The tenders come with fries and slaw, and I'm glad they do because you NEED the balance. The crinkle-cut fries were hot, crispy on the outside, soft inside, and lightly salted. Simple but done perfectly right. They were perfect for cooling down between bites of the Blazin tenders. The slaw was fresh and slightly creamy to cut through the heat. It wasn't overly mayo heavy, which I appreciated. It actually complemented the spice instead of weighing everything down. Now let's talk about the chicken sando in Punisher. I had to mentally prepare for this one. Punisher is their hottest level, and they mean it! The heat hits quicker and stronger than Blazin and it absolutely lives up to the name. But again, it's not just painful heat, it's also super flavorful. There's that deep chili flavor before the spice fully takes over. The chicken filet was thick, juicy, and perfectly crispy. The bun was soft and lightly toasted. Every bite was intense but addictive. If you love extreme spice challenges but still want quality flavor, this is it. Portion sizes were great, definitely filling. Everything tasted fresh, and the spice levels felt authentic, not watered down. You can tell they take pride in staying true to that Nashville hot style. Overall, if you're a non-spice lover, (because they also do have that option) a spice lover, or even just wanting to test your limits, this place is worth it. I'll definitely be back. Thank you for having me!

Jalepeno poppers didn't have any filling, felt like I was just eating batter. Mac & cheese was the worst item by far. Not enough cheese and no flavor. The chicken sandwiches were disappointing, not enough flavor. Both my wife and I felt sick after taking a few bites.

I couldn't decide on one flavor so she was kind enough to put the sauce on the side for me which was great (thank you!). I love that they gave a combination of white and dark meat, I was worried it would all be wings and it was well portioned. I enjoyed having a little salad with the fried chicken pieces and rice. The sauce was light and gently sweet, a very complimentary dip to the light crispy crunch of the breaded wings. Korean fried chicken cravings definitely happen and its good to have one in the foothills. We just happened to be in the same plaza shopping at the market nearby when we first noticed it. We've gotten the original fried chicken wings, original fried chicken drumsticks, sweet and spicy wings and the spicy garlic wings. I've found that the original and sweet & spicy are the 2 flavors I like best for wings. The drumsticks are a little too filling and I'm really in it for the wings. The flavor of the original fried is good and the crunch is even better. 10 pieces of these wings is $15.49 while 10 pieces of the sweet & spicy wings or the spicy garlic is $15.99. The spicy garlic was a little too strong for me. I needed to eat that with a good amount of rice. The sweet & spicy is good on its own. The flavor was not too overpowering. The double fried nature of these wings make for an extra crunch which we all look for... That's always good. We also typically get the pickled radish as a side but at times that is even too strong. Located on Foothill Blvd in the same plaza as Seoul Market and directly next to Sakana Sushi. Parking is in the shared lot or along Foothill. Service the times we ordered in-person was friendly. It seemed like a family run business. Signage out front doesnt really let you know that it's a Korean fried chicken spot. When we first parked in front of Chicken Day while headed to Seoul Market, I did a double take in wondering what type of chicken shop it was.
