they scratched our apartment ceiling when moving our belongings out. when we told them about the scratch, they got really mad and became extremely aggressive in their attitude towards us. they get the job done but don't expect much in quality of the moving. i would hire them if i were to move short distance and if i didn't care much about my belongings edit: in response to the business below, they scratched our apartment ceiling by moving our COUCH out. The couch was moved by being perpendicular to the ceiling and was wheeled out of the apartment. Therefore the couch leg had scratched the ceiling. how can i make that up? also you can find my customer info under my boyfriends name. When we spoke to your movers about the scratch and we even tried giving them their tip for moving, they aggressively declined the tip because "the manager will just deduct that tip amount from our salary if you were to file the scratch to insurance with the boss". you can ask your workers about that. read more

I just used Hello Movers for my move from the Bay area to Temecula. They are very responsive, fast to reply and arrive on time! And their price is very reasonable! Booked and clarified several times that my storage unit requires a bluetooth lock and I will not be present. Zelle payment was agreed to. On moving day they decided that they would no longer move my belongings without me present. I wish I had known in advance... the owner or whomever manages the yelp messaging said it was okay if we weren't there. Great job moving all my belongings to the new house 115 miles away. Only bad thing about the whole experience was the language barrier. Most of the time I need to physically show him what I meant. At the new home, he insisted on hooking up the dryer when it didn't need to be done as there was no gas line valve. We prevented a disaster by telling to stop with the dryer connection. He did rip our vinyl floor but luckily it was under the dryer so it doesn't show. professionalism was good as they wrapped all belongings that needed protection. The low cost outweighs the little things that were trouble. worth every penny. I would recommend this to others but I hope they are open to being more patient when it comes to communicating. read more

This review is long overdue but I used this company for moving from my apartment into the home I live now that was a few miles away back in July 2021. The service was great, showed up on time with a large truck with more than enough room for all of my items and took great care in handling my items.
