Never in my lifetime have I been cut off it was quite embarrassing. I've seen people over served routinely in this bowling alley. If asked my speech could be explained away from two previous strokes which caused speech issues. I kind of felt for whatever reason the bartender made a big mistake and told her so prior to leaving. Had another incident springtime at league when I asked the person working behind the desk if she could turn on the overhead fan. She advised she could not do it without the approval of the manager, which happens to be the owners daughter or co-owner. I would normally defer because there are a lot of older people on the league who get cold. But it was a nice day and half the bowling center was wearing shorts and T-shirts that day. Eventually, the manager relented and turned the fan on, but it was obvious she was not happy because she was cold and had to put on a sweater. I absolutely love the people that I bowl with and it saddens me but unfortunately, the incident at the bar was the final straw that pushed me away. They lost a good customer as me and my family won't be returning. If anyone at linn lanes would like to reach out and talk about this review I'm open to that but I'm not holding my breath.
