The booking online for EWC was very easy and user friendly with tons of options. The parking was easy also! Inside the store, we found a very clean and organized lobby with a very nice receptionist. The vibe is very modern but comfy. As soon as we checked in, my husband was taken back immediately and came out with a smile. His eye brows have never looked better AND he had no inflammation post waxing. They did a great job with high quality product. We will certainly be back (we booked a follow up appt). My first and third time, I had Cierrah, and both times it was like I was talking with one of my best friends, so good that I didn't even realize the wax was done. I was surprised that she was able to take me back sooner than my appointment. She has a nice selection of OPI gel colors. The whole salon is beautiful and very clean. I can tell Mavis is very careful and particular-she had on gloves and a mask. She was super sweet and did an excellent job. The studio is quiet which I like! Some studios are so loud and busy but this was actually a relaxing experience for me. I used a Groupon without any issues. I will definitely be back. As far as the complaints go about only making an appointment online, that's just the way it goes. A lot of people do it and to me it's easier for me with my lifestyle. As far as walk ins, don't expect it!! She's a one woman show!! I would much rather make an appointment than not knowing how long my wait is. The polish ended up coming off 4 days later...today. So the thing is....Mavis is a hard working woman and I admire her for keeping such a neat shop, putting up with people all day long, being so nice and outgoing, and honoring appointment times. She is a one woman show, and doing a great job. I was a little unhappy about my polish...but...it was a new polish...maybe she wasn't so familiar with it...and I just liked her. Pertaining to the wax she didn't absolutely fantastic job it was painless with the wax that they use on the downtown area it's a hard wax and it's very helpful. I would return to utilize her services. A common theme in my reviews lately is that they remind me and help me to remember that the world is not a perfect place and I can't always get what I want.

I received the 90 minute therapeutic massage and it was just that. Erika always has ocean sounds and zen music laying, candles and soft lighting.
