You could tell that he had a ton of experience with various potential hiccups that come up with this type of job and made some really good recommendations about placement etc. He was in and out in about 30 min and everything looks and works amazing. After doing an extensive search and talking to multiple vendors, I decided to go with Mark and I'm extremely happy I did. When I had Mark over for his free quote, it was immediately evident he knew his stuff. If you do your research, you'll find he's done giant home theatre installs, commercial work for restaurants and corporations and the regular TV/wire concealment jobs for residents. He was knowledgeable, thorough and extremely professional as he walked me through the effort and materials required and the pros and cons of different methods of installation. Mark is the kind of guy who measures twice and cuts once. When I hired Mark, I wasn't sure how exactly I should place the TV's, what the right height was or where on the wall the TV's should sit. Mark helped walk me through different options and recommend optimal placement for both viewing and aesthetic value. He measured and placed the TV's perfectly centered on the walls and completely level (I even double checked with my own leveler). There really wasn't more I could ask for from Mark and his service. He did a flawless job and offered a very fair rate. He even had his own vacuum and cleaning supplies to clean up after himself so you never even knew he was there.
