On my pick 3 board I got sopressata salami dry cured with chili peppers and black peppercorns, smoke hatchpepper Gouda and Cana de Cabra goat cheese from Spain. My waitress said the Cana de Cabra spanish goat cheese was "off the chain" and she waaaas NOT lying! skip the rind, but definitely try this cheese and expect blast off on your taste buds fr. It was earthy and velvety and creamy, just so good. Brooke was fantastic, as was this restaurant. Definitely worth checking out!

We've dined in twice now, the first time getting a charcuterie board and the second time getting their ice and fire ceviche (a MUST!), their paella, and their special risotto. The ceviche is refreshing, citrusy, they aren't stingy with the amount of fish in there, and it is real cold from the dry ice. Honestly some of the best ceviche I've had, the presentation alone speaks for itself. If you get a charcuterie board I'd highly recommend their dellce de bourgogne cheese--it's similar to Brie but creamier and just better. Everyone working has been exceptionally friendly and welcoming! Jack is awesome, he's usually working on the wine side and you can always try a wine before purchasing the glass or bottle. He's happy to help with recommendations and very knowledgeable. Sydney, Kelly, and Whitney have also helped us out before on the restaurant side and made us feel very welcomed and at home. The book clubs have challenged me as a reader and expanded my mind with different genres and writing styles. I will say I do miss how we used to vote for the books as opposed to staff choice every month. This is also a great spot to sit and read, catch up with friends or get some work done. The chairs inside were upgraded this year and are much more comfortable, making this a great spot to spend a few hours.
