Last week my water heater quit working, I reached out to four different plumbing companies who offer free estimates. Only two responded out of those two Henley's had the best price the other company was almost $1000 more for the same work. After my estimate from Francisco & Leo I received a call from Gary to find out if I was pleased with the estimate & if so when would I like to get it done. Francisco & Leo were the guys who did the replacement & they were great!! Not only did they worked very efficiently, they kept me updated on the progress of the replacement. They also needed to reset the sink, I don't understand how they charged me for this since they left the sink on the floor. All of that they charged me $619. They realized a pipe underneath the house needed to be replaced and quoted me $5,000 plus the $600. I went to get more quotes and got it all done for $1,200. I have mixed feelings so let's start with the positives. The communication was great. My wife and I were in a jam and I sent out the work request to have our main sewer line unclogged via Yelp as debris from the toilet was backing up into our shower. The owner responded almost immediately (late at night I may add) and set up an estimate for the next morning. I really appreciated that as the shower was starting to overflow onto our flooring. Additionally, the two technicians who did the work were phenomenal and very pleasant to interact with. I believe their names were Albert and Christian? Finally, the problem was solved in a timely manner and the drain cleared! If they would have stopped and left at this point they would have had a 5 star review but I was informed that their camera guy, Chris would be coming to run a camera. At this point I should have politely declined but decided to go with it because I thought they were taking an extra step to ensure the quality of their work but that clearly wasn't the case. Chris came upstairs to run his camera and was up for less than 5 minutes before coming down to instruct me that I needed to have a clean out installed outside of my house. Okay, for sure, I do agree with that but how he followed up was the problem. Chris then became Mr. Sleazy salesman with aggressive techniques and stated "we will work with you" and "we won't stick you with a huge bill." I let him come up with an estimate and when the amount came back for $7,000 I politely declined only to be told that the line is clogged and that the snaking was a temporary solution. I completely understood but was met with "this is the cost of home ownership" and a whole bunch of other scare tactics how I shouldn't put anything down the drain until I have the line clean out installed and hydro jetted. I considered it and asked for some time to speak with my wife and Chris said I could have a couple minutes. Are you serious?! Only a couple minutes to make a $7,000 decision? It was at this point that I felt gross and had completely lost any faith in Chris and the company. There was no establishment of trust, no willingness to leave an estimate and follow up later. While I agree that I probably need to have an external clean out installed, based on the actions of the estimator I would not utilize this company. I will be getting estimates from additional companies who aren't pressuring or appear to be making a bonus on the side for trying to sell me $7,000 in a high pressure, car salesman type way. read more

Our AC stopped working during the heatwave this summer, so I get a 8000$ quote from one of the companies to fix/replace it. I knew that the AC had some life left in it so ended up calling Henley's for a quote who agreed to send a senior tech-Daron- for a quick diagnostics. Daron was highly experienced, very professional etc. etc. but I believe what sets him apart is his willingness to work with the owner and truly has their best interests in mind- which I think is a difficult quality to find nowadays as quite a lot of people are trying to make a buck off everything. The Henley's Plumbing & Air Corona office gave excellent help and services! Our house will 100% call and use them again for any plumbing issues. Henley's was extremely fast to respond and check out the issue in person. Our kitchen sink was clogged, and the clog seemed to be deep inside the wall. I tried using a snake tool myself and went 25 feet inside, but still could not get the clog out. The technician, Jose Navarro, was excellent in explaining the problem and assessing the fix. He recommended we do a water jetting cleaning on the main kitchen pipe, which would clean out all the accumulation and grease and is likely good to keep the pipe clean for the next 5 years. Jose left to pick up the machine and came back. The snake tool and water jetting service took about 1.5 hours and the total cost was about $673. There was no way we could resolve this issue on our own though and it seems like our kitchen faucet pipe will be good until at least 2029. Thank you Jose and Henley's! read more

I noticed a wet spot on my ceiling in the down stairs guest bedroom on my house. I reached out to a few places to see what it would cost to have them come diagnose the issue. BHI Plumbing was very quick to respond to my message requesting a quote. They told me they do not charge a fee for finding the issue so and since they had a lot of good reviews I went with them. I scheduled them to come out to my home today between 2-4. Before they left I got a text letting me know they would be coming. David came and located the issue and it was the Wax Ring in the upstairs bathroom which has deteriorated. I declined to have it fixed and like they promised it was completely free. The Wax Ring is honestly so easy to do there is no charge to justify having someone else take care of it. I thanked David and he completely understood my decision and was a complete pro the whole time. I know if I ever have any plumbing issues in the future I will be calling BHI because not only were they completely upfront and honest in everything they did they were professional the whole time. I have heard horror stories about Plumbers from people in the past but let me tell you, I do not see how you could find one with BHI Plumbing. Henley's sent two plumbing technicians David and Alvaro that actually arrived with in the time frame I was given to look at a leak in my kitchen that was starting to get bad. I was expecting a bill, but after David took a quick look at the type of faucet I had he redeemed the issue in 3 mins And the leak was gone... they could have charged me or given me some over my head explanation of what needed to be done and I would have honestly paid it but they didn't .
