I was looking around for a really good AC repair Company, they had the best price and offer for $59 but waived if you get their services. They sent a very professional and good sense of humor guy name Alex, he was so honest and knowledgeable! He did all the grunt work and went above and beyond to make sure everything was throughly inspected. He also told us that the company offers membership which I can pay either monthly or yearly which we took the yearly pay very reasonable they come out twice a year and offer various discounts on other services for only 159.99 and I took the deal. The $59 was waived so I'm very satisfied with the company and want to keep Alex as my to go guy form now on! I like honest and straight forward people! read more

I hired BHI to do some preventive maintenance to two outside a/c units. The quote they provided was a fair price and Beatriz was able to send someone out the very next day! Alex was very friendly and professional. He was also respectful of us and the property. He consistently put on and off shoe coverings to ensure that he did not track any dirt or debris into the house and prior to entering the house, he always put on his mask. When I went outside to ask him a couple of questions, which he responded confidently and he appeared to be extremely knowledgeable about what he saying and doing. I say "appeared" because I have zero knowledge about what he was doing but his answers sounded logical to me. I used Bhi twice at my business. Both times they were friendly and could get me in right way. The second time used them I had two sinks clogged. I was told by a Plummer friend that's since both sinks are clogged the issues is were both sinks Connect or beyond and It would only be necessary to snake one of them. Makes sense. When BHI plumbing came they of course said I needed both. Since I was desperate to get it working and open for business I went ahead and did the service knowing I was overpaying($325). Now only two months later I had to get it re-snaked by another company because it wasn't done properly. So not only was I ripped off but they didn't do the service correctly. The company I used recently didn't believe me when I said I had just gotten it snaked two months ago until I show them my BHI receipt. They felt terrible and only charged me $120, they only had to snaked one!! read more

Henley's Plumbing and Heating performed maintenance on our 17 year old a/c unit last year. At our request, the rep. reviewed replacement options for both the furnace and a/c unit, and quoted a price. The rep then left without pressuring us for the replacement job. We contacted Henley's again last week and received the same very reasonable price quote from Brian Henley Jr. We contracted for the job to replace our units with the Allied Gold package. The installers arrived on time this week. They draped our flooring from the front door to under the attic hatch, to access the heater. They were careful both inside and out; friendly, professional and uber efficient. In under eight hours, the job was done and dusted. They replaced the a/c and furnace, hauled away the old units and carried away all related trash and packing materials. Edgar explained use of the new thermostat and left instructional materials. I had a repair completed on 11-10-21 for my leaky Kitchen sink. Unfortunately, on 12-08-21 the P-trap became loose and completely Disconnected from the whole system. They were great at diagnosing a leak that was coming from overflow in bathtub. The gasket was not sealed correctly during bathroom remodel from another company. The price was good and they didnt try to charge more after realizing they had to go through wall to replace instead of tub. They were efficient with the work and precise with cutting the wall (which the other company will repair since they do not do patchwork). They are not 24/7 their customer service center is open 24/7 but when you need some plumber they are not available at night! We have pipe bursted last night and we can heard the leaked through our walls and some of our floor boards are wet so we are trying to find someone to come out to take a look for us! So I saw this Place is 24/7 so I called around 11:12pm explained everything to the lady then she said yes Leo will call you within 30mins so call back if you don't hear from him. Then I ask to make sure if he will come today? She said yes. Then we waited called again at 11:42pm and she said it's weird he always response. Then told us the same thing if you don't hear back in 30 mins then give me a call back and I will send the message out. So this goes on for 4 -6times so my hubby and I stayed up all night don't know if this person is going to call? And even that lady at the customer service center was like I can only sent the message to the plumber?!?! But can't you give him a call? Isn't he part of your team? We are the first time home owners so we are lack of knowledge on when this kind of situation happened what should we do? That's why we have reach out to the professionals but I guess don't trust the 24/7 signs on their profile. The condensation line from heater in 2nd bathroom was making a loud noise, my warranty company told me they don't come out for noises showing the video I recorded of my problem to a lot of people no one knew what was causing the noise. I called Henley Plumbing and Air I found them on yelp while doing my homework on another company and texted them the video. They sent a plumber out the next day free of charge for a free estimate the plumber check everything out and the plumbing was fine, but he got on his phone with HVAC team at Henley's plumbing and Air and they were able to diagnose the problem. It was the condensation line running into the 2nd bath. I purchased a membership for 15.99 a month and they came back out a did a physical analysis of my HVAC and a tune up. I didn't pay anything on the 2nd trip because I purchased the membership. They also gave me a free HVAV filter and a free estimate for the cost of redirecting the condensation line. The guys were friendly. The ladies in the office were friendly. There was just a question about doing things to code. I had an excellent experience and would recommend Henley plumbing and Air. My AC stopped working and long story short I ended up buying a new compressor unit and furnace. It was installed 2 days later and the installers did an amazing job. They cleaned up after themselves and showed me where the filter was. What really amazed me was they were willing to paint (I supplied the paint/brush/roller) the cover they installed over the refrigerant line going from the compressor unit to the attic to match my stucco to be compliant with my HOA.
