Scheduled and appointment to have my Suburban serviced. 2 weeks later the vehicle was still waiting to be seen. Absolutely zero proactive communication from and the text message thread they sent me to communicate with them was a great idea, however they never responded to any of my messages. All I got was excuses and a lecture from Mark about how society has pushed people away from learning a trade. I get it it man, but that has nothing to do with your team's inability to schedule appointments correctly. I would've been just fine scheduling an appointment for 2 weeks out if that was the timeline. What is unacceptable is for my Suburban to sit for 2 weeks without even being seen. The only way that works is if you give me a loaner car, which of course they don't have. I pulled my car out of Henna and made an appointment with Don Hewlett in Georgetown. I have been dreaming of purchasing a RAM 1500 all blacked out since I was in high school. In the past few months I finally started searching and getting closer to pulling the trigger. Before reaching out to Henna I had two lost opportunities at two other dealerships to find the perfect truck for me. Both were unpleasant experiences. When I found my truck online it was late in the evening so I wasn't able to call in for questions. I decided to wait until the next morning. I called the store and was immediately helped by CONSTANTINE SWIES. He made me feel comfortable from the start and provided me with all the necessary information that I asked for without the gimmicky pressure. This is the 2nd time I've used their service department and hopefully the last time I'll have to. The 1st time i had a recall on my 2017 Silverado regarding the brakes. I would ve driving down the highway and randomly my brake pedal would go all the way to the floor and I'd be brakeless. Mind you at the time my truck was fully under warranty and the issue ended up being 100% their fault with a defective part. My issue was the service advisor was rude and standoffish. I was told they would look at, most likely couldn't get the part and that I'd have to pay $170 for the diagnostic check even if they couldn't fix it. Not sure how stupid they assumed i was but who's paying for something that they didn't fix? 2nd time was today and i was charged 50% more for an oil change and when asked why was brushed off and told i just had to pay it basically. I've had my truck for 3yrs and have paid the same amount for an oil change at 3 different dealerships from San Marcos to Georgetown. These people here lack customer service skills not to mention way over charge people for their mediocre service work. I absolutely love the chevy product and won't ever change brands of trucks but i recommended anyone looking for good service go anywhere but here. They'll ultimately talk crazy to you and way over charge you for the same service another dealership down the street will give you for a fraction of the cost. Lastly their employees are the only business through all this Covid stuff we're dealing with that don't require masks. Pros: my car seems to be fixed properly after 58 days in their shop. They returned it to washed which was a nice touch. Cons: worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. EVER. I made the appointment for service in August for a September 9 drop off. With in a few minutes i got a text leading me to the service status website. It was never updated. Blake Rogers would not answer multiple texts (9+0, emails (7+) and put me on hold for over 40 minutes one time when I finally called. At the end of that conversation he told me he would call me back in ten minutes after he consulted with the Tech. I called back after 30 minutes and was told he had gone home. That man told me no one had looked at my vehicle so he couldn't give me an update. He promised a service manager would call the next day. I am still waiting for that call. Blake repeatedly stated my car would be ready on October 1 as promised, He knew I had special flights booked to come get the car. He continued to promised even though no one had even looked at it in the over three weeks of it being there. I had to cancel flights and hotels at my expense because of his promises. He didn't even have the courage to call me. I had find out from others. I was told it would be ready on October 1st at noon. I had canceled my flights the day before, but made new ones for late October. I called the days before and told Blake I would be down over the weekend for my car. He said it still wasn't ready. I kept my flights so I could come move my car to a different dealership. He emailed the day before I arrived to say it was ready. He said, "I don't know what I could of done." I mentioned he could have called me any number of times to let me know what was going on. I can't imagine I am the only person you do this to, so be aware they don't care about customer service. Around my business you are only as good as your word. If you make a promise, you try your hardest to keep it. If you can't you are man enough to face the customer and admit it. I have been a Henna Customer for 2 decades both vehicle purchases and service department. I made appointment to have a faulty Oil Pressure Sensor replaced. Service representative insisted they had to do a diagnostic [$199 - 4 days ] but the cost would be deducted from the service. I pointed out the part was $29 retail and the labor less than an hour so that made no sense. He then went off the rails on me basically I'm an idiot that knows nothing about vehicles and without the diagnostics my vehicle will incur even more damage [what damage it's a malfunctioning sensor]. Then when I said fine I'm out of here I was told good we're better off without you. WTF - I am never doing business with them again. I show up Monday afternoon and the service rep has no record of my appointment. I had a bad gut feeling when I was making the initial appointment and then it materialized. TRUST YOUR GUT! I brought my vehicle in for a persistent but intermittent problem it's been having. The rep explained that they would have to drive my car until the problem occured again. I was glad to finally get this taken care of. Shortly after I dropped it off I received a text from the rep saying I could reply to the text or call the number if I needed anything. Cool. Over the 16 days my car was there I texted 4 times and received no replies. I also called twice and never got a call back. Eventually on Friday I was forced to go in person to check up on the progress. They hadn't been able to get the car to show symptoms of the problem but would keep trying and they told me the car was being driven at that moment. I left and on the way out saw my car parked in their parking lot. No big deal maybe the rep was just mistaken. In the 6 days since then I have driven by the lot several times and each time my car was parked in the exact same spot. Finally today I picked up my car unrepaired. They tried to tell me they had been driving it but in a lot with hundreds of spaces there's no way they happened to park in the same spot every day. What a disappointment. Been a customer of henna for over 10 years. My hubby, mom, daughter, and I have purchased over 10 vehicles here. Sales and financing are great. The service department is horrible. Husband used to take the vehicles in for service. He has passed away so now us ladies have to take them in. Women BEWARE!! Talking to women like they are stupid, changing diagnosis within the same phone call, quoting a price and the bill being a lot higher than the quote, damaging a vehicle and claiming it came in like that when pictures show differently, treating loyal returning customers like they don't matter are not the way to keep customers. I worked at two dealerships and the loyal customers were treated a lot better. We always gave them a vehicle to drive when theirs was in the shop, we would always give them multiple options to choose from and not just quote the highest dollar amount we could charge. Most of the time we would not even charge them when a warranty was still in effect and it was a known issue fir the vehicles but no recall had been issued yet. I was hoping to trade in my low mileage vehicle in for a new one and get my son a vehicle soon. Guess I will be finding another dealership and probably another manufacturer. Sad. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Allow me to begin with the ONLY decent experience at this dealership, and that was our experience with our salesperson, Christian. Christian was always responsive to us, even when our issues no longer had anything to do with him. The good ends there. I purchased my vehicle on November 20, 2021. Brand new 2022 Blazer. That was the first and only day I have been satisfied. Two days later, November 22, 2021, every time the car was started, a service message popped up regarding the front camera. Christian set up an appointment for us on December 6, 2021, where my car remained at the service department until December 22, 2021. Out of the duration of that time, I received less than five updates regarding my vehicle. The majority of which I had to reach out for an update because nothing was provided to me. December 16, 2021 I was told an engineer was being sent to look at the vehicle and that this was a "very unusual circumstance." No update until I demanded my car back on December 22, 2021, only to be told it was fixed! Where was my update? It was just sitting there, fixed? Great. Upon retrieval of the car, we checked our records to show that approximately 100 miles had been put on the car since leaving it with the Henna Chevrolet Service Department? Why? The message popped up as soon as the vehicle was turned on, I have video of that. The car did not need to be driven anywhere, except to be moved around the lot, which certainly does not add up to 100 miles. We received no notice of our car being taken anywhere, and no one said ANYTHING about the mileage upon pick up. Did they think we wouldn't notice? My husband reached out to Christian right away (our salesperson) and asked for the manager's information because that is absolutely unacceptable. They had my car longer than I did in my actual possession, AND there miles unaccounted for. We never heard from the manager. We should not have to call repeatedly, or ask repeatedly, to be heard. Now, January 8, 2022, the service message regarding the front camera is back. It's only been a little over two weeks. So, they had my car all that time, "fixed" it, returned it to me, and the service message is back. I don't even trust them enough to leave my car with them again knowing they were clearly driving it or putting unnecessary miles on it while it was supposed to have been serviced. Unacceptable. To ice the cake, we were promised by our salesperson, Christian, a re-detail and full tank of gas upon return of the vehicle for the inconvenience. Not only did we not receive that, but the car was returned with the gas light on. That's interesting, considering in order to put 100+ miles on my vehicle, they would have had to put in gas in it, yet returned it to us empty. I'm a general contractor and I use my truck for work every day. It is completely impossible at this time of year for me to be without my truck. When I called Hannah Chevrolet to bring my Silverado in to have the microphone on the radio repaired because the microphone is going out on the Bose sound system, the sound system is great by the way, the guy at the counter told me that I would have to drop the truck off for diagnosis and they would take six days to diagnosis. When I tried to negotiate with a guy to have him call me the day before or the day of telling him I would bring the truck in at 6 AM before they open, he refused my service for my warranty repair. Horrible service. For me to be without my truck would cost me $20,000. I told the dealership that that it would be very convenient for them to have my truck sitting there for over a week for them to use whenever they want but it's completely inconvenient for me. UPDATE: just received a generic mailer about getting my vehicle serviced there... WHAT A JOKE! I would NOT recommend Henna Chevrolet! I'm a 20 yr old woman that went to Henna Chevrolet to trade in my car for a "new to me/used vehicle". Calvin Chamness, the salesman that sold me a 2011 GMC Acadia told me that I was in good hands and that he wouldn't sell anything to me that he wouldn't sell to his own daughter (that proved untrue.) He also broke confidentiality in telling me about the previous owner to try and make it a selling point, which is not very respectable. Shortly after the purchase the air conditioner went out (in 90 plus degrees) and after taking it in to another GMC dealership (because Henna kept giving me the run around on getting it in to be serviced) I was told that the motor mount was broken and had been for some time (before I even purchased it) and should never have been sold to me in that condition. I understand I signed an as/is agreement but with two separate parties (other dealership and my warranty company) telling me that that is something that should have never been sold to me broken is upsetting. I contacted Frank Quintiliani who denied it being broken. In addition to Frank Quintiliani, I also contacted Mark Wilson and George Patrick to please make this right and at least reimburse me the money for what shouldn't have been sold to me broken. They all played a game of "pass the buck" and "this is not my problem." Also, I'm not trying to get out of the as/is agreement, which is how they made it sound. If I was trying to get out of the as/is agreement I'd also try to getting reimbursed for the bad battery, broken tire sensor, dirty air filters, and the A/C cost. But I'm not. They all treated me with disrespect and did not take me seriously. Why didn't any of this come out on their multi-point inspection that they said they did, which I was never given a copy of. Took my car in multiple times for an oil leak coming from the fuel filler cap. The car is on warranty so I figured I'd let the professionals handle it. They changed the whole cam shaft cover which they said did have a pressure leak when tested and codes. The kicker is the fuel filler cap is still leaking oil after this repair. I bring it back in with new codes... less than a month later stating I'm still seeing the same oil leak. My service advisor tells me that the tech has driven it extensively and has concluded that there is no leak. I tell him that there is definitely an oil leak and I needed to talk to someone who could look into it better. The service manager I spoke with stood by the tech making every excuse he could on the phone saying that there wasn't an oil leak. So I finally asked to just pick my car up since they said there isn't an oil leak. Long story short I finally decided to try to fix it myself and it was the o ring on the fuel filler cap. Fifty cent fix. You'd think bringing your car to the dealer would be the smart thing to do but do not take your car here. I used to get good service at henna but now they barely even call to update you about your car anymore. read more

When making the appt. for service on my car, they said it would be 2 weeks before the first available appointment. I was told that once it was in it would be 3 - 4 days before it would be diagnosed. After I had brought it in for the appt. it ended up being 9 days before diagnosis and 17 days total before I was told it was ready for pickup. I received poor communication from the service writer. I had to call for updates and he didn't respond to any of the 3 separate texts that I sent. The invoice says the work was completed on May 9th, but I didn't find out my car was ready until late in the afternoon on May 11th when I called to check on it myself. The one good thing about my experience was that the car appears to have been correctly repaired (I hope). It just took a very long time to get it done. I probably wouldn't have waited as long as I had to in order to get my car looked at, but it is under warranty. Luckily, I own another car that I used while this one was being fixed. If it wasn't for that, I would have been without transportation for a month for what turned out to be the replacement of one fuel injector. read more

I had my kid's car repaired here for the same thing six times. Her vehicle stopped in the middle of a busy street the same day it was repaired. A cop had to help move it out the street. She and nephew were almost hit and could hv bn killed. The general manager wasn't helpful. I paid for a complete diagnosis twice. The first time definitely wasn't a come plate diagnosis. The second diagnosis they found all of these things wrong that weren't there 10 months prior and those things had nothing to do with the initial repair. They completed unauthorized work on the vehicle. Stereotypical repair shop of taking advantage of ladies. I'm very disappointed. Any legal assistance or suggestions are accepted. ***Service Department Review*** You know how some say 1 happy person will tell 5 people about their experience and one unhappy person will tell 50? That's definitely the case here. I must admit I didn't go into service with a happy mindset, as Chevy refuses to acknowledge my vehicle has an airbag recall. Long story short, worked with Dale after no one returned my call to schedule service and I made the appointment myself online. I was assigned him. Even if a customer is pissy and not nice, that doesn't give you the right to argue with them. He was argumentative beyond my belief. To be fair, the estimate price I felt was fair as well as the timeframe for he work. It was promised done in a week and took 2 days. I almost overlooked the first interaction. Now the icing on the cake. After picking the vehicle up, I noticed the weather strip around one of windows was grossly misshapen and dislodged. This is a clear attempt to me that someone tried to break into the vehicle. So the dealership either locked the keys in and had to break in themselves, or someone did this while it was on the lot. The vehicle was taken back, we were almost sure they'd get it fixed up since it happened in their possession. They denied any accountability and offered to replace it at owners cost. 2015 Silverado 1500 LT serviced by Henna Chevrolet technician 229 Diego Lopez on 7/24. Service advisor Randall Holder. Service performed Automatic Transmission Service. After 1 week truck shifts feel firmer than normal. After 2 weeks, shift patterns felt erratic and firmness still unusually firm, and "grade brake active" when coasting to a stop on level terrain. Clearly something was wrong. 8/10 - Checked Transmission fluid and discovered it was overfilled. Called Henna and asked for Randall at 5pm, was told he was busy and left him a voicemail. Called back at 6pm as no return call, still busy with a customer. Asked for Service Department Manager, was told he was with Randall both helping a customer. Felix looked up my service record and told me he would have Randall call me back. Henne closed at 7pm, call back never came. 8/11 - Called again, Randall was on his day, Felix was the Service Advisor on shift. Asked to speak to him but got his voicemail, and left a message. Called back an hour later as no callback came. Voicemail again. Called back 15 mins later, was told he was busy. Asked to wait until he was free so we could talk. Waited on hold, was told he was free and was getting transferred....voicemail again. Called right back, got transferred to Felix, line was picked up, placed on hold, transferred again, and answered by Jon Alford. Explained issue and showed him images of the transmission being overfilled and was told to come down. Came down with the truck, girlfriend followed in her car just in case I had to leave it. Jon was great and took the truck to the back to be serviced. About 30 mins later came back and said it was all set and to call him direct if there were any other issues. My issues. I bought the truck for $30K, and pay $415 monthly. I purchased a warranty is only valid if it's serviced at a shop, so I paid dealer rates to have it professionally serviced at Henna and this is the quality of service I received on routine maintenance by their tech Diego Lopez. Then I have to play phone tag to get it fixed. I was fully capable of doing this job myself correctly but paid to have it done for the sake of the warranty. This makes me wonder if they even actually did the service, or if the tech just added some fluid and said it was done and I got charged for it. While overfilling the transmission in the process. Essentially you're paying to have your car damaged by the dealer. So if you're having your work done here, I recommend checking the work. I thank Jon Alford for being the only person at Henna, that tried to make this situation right. I never heard back from Randall Holder or Felix Diaz on any of the voicemails of messages I left. read more

*Consumer beware of this dealership*. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealer. Zero communication from my service advisor Gus, service managers Melvin and Eddie. I took my vehicle in and was told 3-5 days to hear something on my vehicle. My vehicle was there for a total of 45 days! I called and no answer, sent text messages with no replies. I had to constantly ask for updates on my vehicle and would get nothing. After about 3 weeks they started to look at the vehicle. Every time I would ask how my vehicle is coming and Gus would respond that we will try to make some time for it to get looked at. My vehicle has been there over a month and you still need to make some time for someone to look at it??? I asked for a loaner car and was told they could not give me a loaner car. I have had service previously at this dealer and received way better service with Randall and also received a loaner car. Sad to see that Randall has left this dealer. If that wasn't bad enough when I go to pick up the vehicle no one goes over my paperwork with me to explain what has been done to my vehicle that's been at the dealer for 45 days! The cashier tells me I owe $16 for fuel. No one ever told me they would be adding fuel to my vehicle which I left with at time of drop off about a full tank. They waived the fee but it was not the money it was about not being told that fuel needed to be added. If they would have called and asked that would have been a different story. I read the repair order and a lot of my concerns were that they could not duplicate and no problems found. Tell me why they drove my vehicle for 400 miles! No asked my permission to drive my vehicle for that many miles. That explains why they added fuel since the used my whole tank of fuel. When I got in the vehicle I had a few miles before the fuel light came on. This is ridiculous to drive someone's vehicle that many miles. Was someone taking my vehicle home for a month and treating as their own??? No one seemed to care about anything at this dealer. I know Chevrolet is not a high end dealer but when you pay close to $90K for a vehicle I would expect a higher level of service. As I've said before I have received better service previously and received constant updates on my vehicle and a loaner while my vehicle was in for service. It's a shame as this dealer has been good to me and it's in a convenient location to my work which I can drop off and pick up easily. I will not visit this establishment unless they bring Randall back or make changes to provide actual customer service. read more

These guys don't put huge mark ups on their vehicles, unlike other dealers in town. I bought a Chevy bolt euv with them. The service is slow but at least they offer loaner vehicles when it's in the shop for new car purchases. read more

I haven't use their services so I'll just keep it short. If you have a Silverado and the driver side engine mount breaks (and this is the 2nd one in 160K) you can expect some serious cash to pay out. I've worked on cars for 40 years to some extent and it's an easy fix in about an hour if you have the proper equipment. However they have a mandatory seven hour labor fee which equates to around $1300. In short, I ordered a new mount off Amazon for $35 and paid a big rig truck repair company in Manor to put it on for $350 labor. So I saved about $900 by being a smart informed owner. For those of you who are not as mechanically inclined, I would recommend some YouTube videos by Scotty Kilmer and uncle Tony's garage so that you can be familiar with the auto industry and their advice on what to buy and what not to buy. I had a great experience at Henna Chevrolet with Omar! This was my first time buying a car and I had been to 4 other dealerships. The first time I sat down to discuss buying a car at a different dealership, I was immediately hit with $2k in extra fees. I worried this would be common everywhere I went, so I stopped at Carmax and had my car appraised and I shopped around. While Carmax gave me a great appraisal price, there wasn't a car that they had that I was interested in. When I saw Henna was offering to match Carmax's appraisal + $500 I knew I had to go check it out. When we got there it was smooth sailing, we test drove the car on our own and then came in and told Omar what we thought.
