This isn't completely shocking as it's an old older building and does need repair. The office door was locked. I called the main number to speak to a Office employee who then called the Lake mary office to have an employee pop her head out to let me know that no provider had arrived yet and she could not unlock the door. I was allowed in at 8:20, 20 minutes after my appointment time. Once in the room, I had an office member and the provider both asked me why I was there, even though it was listed on my paperwork, which I was reminded several times via text and email to complete. When I mentioned the strange start to my visit, the provider asked what I meant. I explained all of the above. And she explained to me that "sometimes doors lock". At this point, I told her I would be leaving and wished her a good day. Do not come to this office. They are falling apart.

She refused and told me that she has heard this before from other patients and I need to seek psychological help and there is medicine for this. She was so blunt and very unprofessional grouping me with other's instead of treating me as an individual. She could have done a swab, and I didn't feel heard she dismissed me the first few seconds of my appointment. She came to the conclusion without doing a biopsy or an examination to prove her diagnosis. I left there feeling so upset and unheard. She was loud and violated my HIPPA rights allowing other patients in the other room the ability to hear our conversation. I am going to report her to the medical board as well.

The staff seemed uncaring for our unusual circumstances as he is mostly deaf and has extreme difficulties with mobility as well as essential tremors. We went there a total of three times after that we switched to the Institute of Dermatology in Apopka. Dr Williams has been kind and attentive as well as quick to come up with a plan of action to treat my father's intense itchiness. They had me me come back in to remove the stitches and the wound immediately opened up. Instead of stitching it back up, they told me to wait for it to close up.. Now I have huge scar on my arm because of them and it took forever to heal. I would avoid them for anything that's not minor cosmetics.
