Long overdue review. I got my nails done with the woman whose family owns the salon. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and the prices were incredibly fair. I got a dip ombre with some light glitter accent on the tips. These lasted more than a month! I was so happy with the care and attention to detail. It took me some time as usual to decide what I wanted, still didn't know what I wanted service wise to begin with or when it was time for polish, but she was so patient with me. I believe the first girl wasn't my vibe so they switched me over to the woman who ended up doing my take off and all the services I got. It's right across from Cosmo Prof. I was in town to visit family and I am new to this area and always reluctant to try new nail spots. I will be back when I am in town again. Wish I could remember her name. When I do... if I do.... I will share.

Found a new nail salon in Overlake area. This gem is a family run salon. When I stepped into Hera I could tell they put a lot of thought into their place. It's modern, clean, bright, and felt inviting. I had a deluxe pedicure and full set dip nails with design. I showed her a picture and she did an awesome job. I am happy with her work and will be returning.

Super nice and well kept salon! Went in for my birthday/Eras Tour nails. The guy doing my pedicure was very thorough. The ladies doing my nails for my gel x full set were great as well, and they copied my inspo pic well. My mom got gel polish and a pedicure, and she's satisfied with the results. However, I didn't notice until after I left that two of the extensions on my left hand were not properly adhered to the nail, so there's a massive gap between that will definitely lead to premature lifting and dirt accumulation. I think they might've been in a little bit of a rush because a huge group of maybe 8 people came shortly before my set was finished. I'm thinking I'll probably go back in to get it fixed. Will update to 5 stars if that happens! Overall, they're a solid salon with good customer service and prices. My set was $80 ($60 base, $20 for design), not including tip. Would recommend this place! Just check your nails to make sure there's nothing wrong before you leave lol.

Great experience at HERA compared to the price tag and quality of job! I had Philip do my gel manicure and regular pedicure, and felt very satisfied with the results. I also brought my mom and dad, who have both never gotten treatments done, for mani + pedi (mom) and pedi (dad). They enjoyed their experience too! Julie and the other male nail tech were attentive to their needs and very helpful. Julie's customer service in particular is off the charts. She is kind and patient, listening to all of your needs, and she even helped me pick the most pretty neutral color for my nails. Would come again!

Stephanie was so sweet and gentle! New salon with great aesthetics and interior, huge plus when they offered wireless phone charging and snacks. Amenities aside, it's hard for me to find a trustworthy salon in Bellevue for gel X. Stephanie was careful to perfect each nail while asking for feedback or if there was anything I wanted to fix. Small things like that matter. Will return for my next set if I'm in the area.

This nail spa is still pretty new, super clean and not as busy as expected! I called on a Friday afternoon for a same day appointment and there were only 2 other customers + me. This place is unique bc they have gel x which I haven't seen at many other places. I tried a full gel x set + 2 nails of design. During the part where the nail attaches to your natural nails, you'll feel some heat on your nails, let your nail tech know when it gets hot instead of sitting there quiet. I'm very specific about how short + the shape and Stephanie did a really good job. They're doing a Halloween design promo so come in and get your fills/nails done so you can get some designs for free! My set ended up being $60 which is pretty price friendly.

I went here for the first time about a month ago. The experience was eh. The person doing my manicure took off at one point to help someone else who walked in while I sat in the pedicure seat waiting for her. For a mani/deluxe pedi it took about 2 hours since she left to help someone else. Normally it would have been fine but I had plans that night. She was obviously rushing to complete my nails after the long wait because she cut my finger in the process. It is $45 for a gel manicure with $10 dip removal The pedicure was okay, it seemed like the person helping me was new to nail service. She kept asking the manicurist questions or steps in the process. Everything from the water to the towels were too hot and not checked prior to placing on my legs/feet. My pedicure chipped in less than 24 hours, that was a first for me. For $60 for a "deluxe" pedicure, I would expect the polish to last. Overall, it was a very expensive underwhelming experience for the $115 price tag. The only reason for the extra star is for the new massage chairs.

Hera Nails & Spa is quite new. They offer the usual line of services (manis/pedis, brows, waxing, lashes, and shampoo, etc). The staff is nice and the color options are plenty. They even do designs. You'll be pleased with the level of customer service. Patrons also receive complimentary beverages and snacks.

So happy with my recent gel manicure I got done here. I saw that Stephanie was amazing from all the reviews and booked my appointment with her. I sent some photos before hand and she helped me find a similar color. She spent a lot of time perfecting the shape and did an excellent job overall. The price is on par with other nail salons in the area. It was easy to book an appointment and she was easy to communicate with on what I wanted. I will definitely be coming back for my future manicures!

This place is amazing and I highly recommend! I'm always looking at fun crazy nails on Pinterest and this place always gets the job done! Very clean and comfortable services too! The two pictures are my nails that they've done and they're both from Pinterest pictures with lots of detail. I absolutely loved the outcome both times and they do such a great job to match the photos I've shown them. You have to go here!

Luxurious massage chairs that really knead your back

HERA is my hero and my new go to for mani pedis! This place is less than a year old and everything is beautiful and new. The staff is super professional and do an amazing job. All the amenities are modern, massage chairs actually work and even wifi is so easily accessible with a QR code. They even serve coffee, tea, water and wine if you ask for it! Their menu includes pricing and time it takes to do each service. Love that and they have enough staff and chairs to take walk-ins!

I need new set for a upcoming wedding and I stumbled upon Hera Nails in Redmond cause of the good reviews, and what can I say, they helped me find the designs to fit with my dress and it turned out beautiful. I would come back again and I recommend you stop by to try them out!!

Ugh. What a frustrating experience. Took my 6 year old daughter to get mani/pedis before family photos. I booked appointments over the phone several days ahead. When we arrived, they didn't have enough employees to help us. My daughter had to wait almost an hour to have her toes started. I was getting a gel mani & gel pedi. My daughter was supposed to get a regular mani pedi. I stated this several times to multiple employees. Once my pedicure was done, they moved me to a different area than my daughter and then gave her gel on both her fingers and toes. They also did the wrong colors (which my daughter had to correct them on.) And they did nail art on her fingers which we didn't ask for. I'm so frustrated. It took over 2 hours and we both walked out disappointed. They tried to charge me $200 for both of us. So $100 for a 6 year old to get gel when that wasn't what we asked for!!! Also, the arms of my chair were filthy dirty. You could tell they ground off gel from the last customer but didn't clean up any of the dust. Gross. We won't go back. Highly recommend finding somewhere else. I'm only adding one extra star because my daughter liked the nail art they did. read more

I came to try Hera for an acrylic fill since I was looking for a new salon. They were so nice greeting me and offered me a beverage when I sat down. My technician did an amazing job with my nails and asked often if I liked the shape/length/etc. The decor is so cute and the salon smells great and is relaxing. I scheduled a pedicure appointment before I left. I would definitely recommend giving this salon a try! read more

This place is consistently great and fair with their pedicures. They've never tried to upsell me or commented that I should get something different. They are respectful, kind, and skilled at their profession. I have made this my regular salon because of the consistent and fantastic service here. Would highly recommend. Also they prefer you pay cash, but they also accept card. read more

I get Gel-X and sometimes pedicures and I love what they do! the girls are super accommodating for my time and I highly recommend the Hera Pedicure (one of their specialties). it is so luxurious and they do a great massage. the design work I get on my nails are always super cute. $125 for four people to work on my nails. Not one single person stayed and consistently worked on my nails, so who do I tip? When I came in for my appointment they had no customers and employees were lounging waiting for later appointments to come. There was no reason to have a shuffle of people working on my nails. Asked for matte black polish on my toes. They put a shiny polish on with one coat of matte clear coat on top, guess what...one coat isn't enough cause they're still shiny. Asked for advice on my nails on getting dip vs acrylic since my nail was broken going into my nail bed. They advised to do acrylic so I did. Unfortunately I left with a thick acrylic set for my nails. Poor service and poor quality of work. read more

Julie is PHENOMENAL. I have been looking for a nail tech that pays attention to detail and does a clean manicure and Julie blows it out of the water. Not only is she just a sweet soul- she take her time and does quality work that lives up to a European manicure. I hope that their attention to detail and quality of work doesn't change. If you are looking for a good nail salon- this is your place! I need to say that this is not a cheap place but it is worth every penny! I`m doing deep powder nails and it last 3-4 weeks easily and still looks good. My favorite technician is Julia. With her, it never went wrong, and always makes me happy. read more

Although I like the workers, I have come out of the nail salon 'injured' almost on every visit except for the first time. They file down to where blood comes out of the corners or when they use the pumice stone. The pumice scraped the top part of my heel on 2 occasions. Why did I go back? Because they are close to where I live, and I don't frequently go to nail salons except for a last minute decision and I keep thinking maybe this time it'll be different. The last time was the last straw for me. The sting of the cut lasted for a couple of days. read more

At that time, a friend suggested getting a massage and referred me to Yukiko Halvorson. At my first massage appointment with Yukiko, she worked on my hamstrings. With deep tissue massage, Yukiko, worked magic on my hamstrings and got them to relax for the first time in many weeks. I started out receiving one hour massages and have now worked up to 2 hour massages once a month. Yukiko is located in downtown Bellevue, one block north of Main Street in Old Bellevue. She has a parking spot reserved up front for her clients. Since moving to this new space (Namaste Healing Spa), Yukiko has incorporated hot stones into her massages. Combining deep tissue massage and hot stones really helps to relax my muscles. I highly recommend Yukiko Halvorson.

Prices for pedi were typical, but the add-ons (gel removal and gel mani) were over the top. Hoping that my mani/pedi will last at least a week as they said it should, otherwise not worth what I paid.
