Lots of variety to choose from. The ones that are in boxes are cheaper than the wall ones because those you have to order. Most of the tiles in the back room are from $4.5-$6.5. Not a bad price. Service isn't always there but they do give refunds and credit if you have a whole box unused. I love the tile we got for the fireplace it was cheaper by a ton compared to other stores.

Again great product at the best price around. Confirmed by many designers, who were shopping during one of my many visits. I think they have great customer service and I had a young woman patiently help my husband and I pick out tile for three bathrooms. When I made a mistake they returned my product and helped me get the right stuff. I will only shop here!

Aside from all the one star reviews displayed make sure you check out the reviews under "not recommended" if you are still considering doing business with this place. Trust me it will save you time and money. This guy is trash and scammers never last. Remind me when this place goes out of business!

I really liked the selection of material here at Hera. You need to explore and go all the way back to the store. This is where I found my beautiful entryway tile and bath tile. I was very happy with the help I received. I don't like to be hovered over but I like to browse at my own pace. I ended up buying my wood flooring there too. Hakan is willing to work with your budget and the tile/floor quality is way better than any big box store and the prices are better. That's what you get when you deal directly with the owner. If your a nice person and treat people right it will be reciprocated here. I can't believe how nice everything turned out.

Pinterest heaven! I was able to find exactly what I had in my mind. If you know what you are looking for they are pretty good to point you a right direction. We purchased Italian porcelain tile, quality was great we loved it more after the installation.

Was redoing my two bathrooms and did lot of shopping for stones. This was the place where I could find the Travertine stone what I wanted. I bought about couple of hundred sq ft of Philadelphia blue travertine stone and they allowed me to hand pick the stones from the pallet and that helped me to get the best stones as possible. Turk and Hakan was very friendly and got a good price on the stones. When I shopped for the second bathroom, they even gave me a great discount on the stones. I did compare the price of the same stone at different showrooms and this was place as lowest on price... ... Great place where you can buy quality stones at a very reasonable price. -K

We were recommended by another company to come here and I can see why. Homer was really patient with me and spent a lot of time with my husband and I in trying to find the right flooring. On top of that, Homer answered my concerns and questions via email too. He is just wonderful! My only advice is to not ever get Mohawk tecwood, natural linen oak. It's my fault. I tried to research and I picked it. Homer tried to steer us to better quality to hold up for everyday use, but I was dead set on this. I should have listened. I will be back and listen to Homer next time. Just love this place!

He was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Unfortunately, our experience with Shawn on the windows and doors side was the complete opposite. He often came across as condescending, seemed distracted and in a rush, and follow-up was poor. Customer service and communication were disappointing, and we were left wondering why someone with that attitude is in a customer-facing role. Based on my experience, I would happily recommend Homer for flooring, but I cannot say the same for the windows and doors department.

Incredibly patient and provided 5-star customer service. We highly recommend him! I should also add that the associates at this store demonstrate poise and grace, even when getting screamed at. Unfortunately when we were in the store today, we witnessed a customer yelling at and berating an employee, a customer, and the store manager. She stated that she was part of a group of investors who flip houses and that she has spent so much money at the store, so she was entitled to certain things and bypassing rules other customers follow. I have never seen such poor customer behavior and yet Adam (our associate) and Andrew (the manager) reacted calmly and tried to de-escalate the situation despite this entitled customer's tantrum. I, along with other customers, were complimentary of the ability of the associates to keep their cool in spite of the behavior exhibited towards them.

This is a big store and you can check out their products online as well…read more Our contractor recommended this place as he has an account there with deep discount that can be passed onto the customers. They have a variety of tile selections and most of them were imported from Italy or Spain which with better quality there's less yield loss, hence you can buy less. Some of the special priced items have longer lead times, so make sure you double check with them. We didn't enjoy the process as much as with other shops because of 3 reasons. First of all, our sales contact was quite unavailable on the weekends or even Friday afternoons, so we had a hard time scheduling with her. But if you just walk in and ask for help from the front desk, they will assign someone to help. The second issue we found was the inconsistency of product introductions. We were worried about slippery tiles in the shower, our sales contact suggested us to focus on the tiles that have a special coating. The second sales person we talked to said the special coating was only for outdoor use, using the gauge lines between tiles is good enough to prevent slipping. Thirdly, after we got the quote, we couldn't place the order into the system with our contractor's discount; only that appointed sales person could do. Luckily we could get the rest of the process done via email and she sent out a link for me to make payment. If you have a Rakuten cash back app and pay online, I think you get the cash back as well.

After a little haggling, I was able to talk him down in price, and he sent me a cost estimate, which I approved. He then stated the part wasn't in stock at their warehouse but was in stock at their SF warehouse--however, I'd have to pay for the part ahead of time before he can transfer it. I'm a busy guy and really don't feel like making two trips to their North SJ location (one to pay and one to pickup) so I asked if I could call him and pay for it over the phone, and he agreed. After multiple attempts to call him, I was finally able to reach him and proceeded to give him the cc number, and he stated that he'd ring it up and email me the receipt. Well, the receipt never showed up, but I figured it was the end of the day when I reached him, and he'd do it in the a.m. Well, I woke up this morning with a phone call from my CC stating my card had been blocked, and I needed to call them. It turns out there were several attempts of fraudulent purchases (one for several hundred dollars to Angelo Minetti and another for $12 for some other nonsense) that they had blocked. Fortunately, they caught the purchases, and they never went through. Luckily, this is my company CC and not my personal card, so it doesn't affect me too much. But is it a coincidence that the very same day I give this guy my cc that all of a sudden I'm getting fraud on my card? You be the judge, but I'm going with my gut on this. TLDR: Avoid these crooks.

Ordered an 18" hollow core door for a small closet. Not a size that is normally stocked (anywhere)…read moreso it was a special order. I worked with Ryan. He took the order, and the door arrived about a week later. All good so far. However, the "good" stopped there. When we tried to install the door, we found that they had left no space between the door and the frame in the top left corner. If you look at any installed door, it should have a 1/8-1/4" gap between door and frame so that it can open. With this door, no gap. The door was cut just a bit too wide. We couldn't open it. We contacted Ryan and he acted offended that we had this issue. He immediately blamed it on us and asked really condescending questions (perhaps because I'm middle aged female, though I worked for years as a carpenter and my contractor is an excellent carpenter and experienced door installer). He actually asked me (several times) if we had removed the shipment screws that secure the door to the frame for shipment. Wow! That is a truly condescending question. He said we were installing it wrong. He was sure there was nothing wrong with the door and was very defensive. We sent him pictures of the door showing the issue. (See photo) The door was completely level and plumb, and there was no gap. One of his sales guys even came by, looked at the door and saw the same problem. Since we didn't want to rebuild the whole door, we asked him for a slightly larger header piece (just 1/8-1/4" longer) so we could disassemble the frame and reassemble with a slightly longer header, and he grudgingly agreed. My contractor drove through rush hour traffic to their location to get the new header. Guess what, it was exactly the same length as the previous one. Exactly. Not a millimeter longer. He provide us with a stock header. Why did he waste 2.5 hours of my contractors time to come pick up a standard header? It feels vindictive and unprofessional on Ryan's part. He said that he would provide us with the item that would resolve the issue, but he didn't. And he was rude about it even though it was his error. We finally created a small shim to move out the side frame piece a bit, and the door worked fine. (see picture). This place might be OK for standard, premade doors, but don't use them for a custom door, and don't expect Ryan to treat you like you have a brain in your head if there are any issues.
