Our re-flooring was part of our house remodeling project to replace carpet floor with hardwood though out the house, footage was about 2,500sf including two stories and stairs. Hesam and his team was very professional. Hesam promptly came in our house with measurement and estimate of materials and labor, low priced and honest. Hesam helped us to select solid hardwood floor that matched up with small part of our existing hardwood floors. The hardwood floor materials (floorings, reducer and stair nose) are high quality made in USA. The service team lead by Leo were very talented, friendly and hard working. They were very efficient from hauling the old carpets, well preparing the floor (fixing weak and squeaking spots) before installation, I really appreciate the craftmanship of installation, specifically the stairs and seamless flushing of all the transitions between the hard wood and existing floor bases (entrance marble, existing hardwood floors, three ceramic bathroom floors and the exit to our sunroom) which made the whole floor looked so beautiful through out the house. read more

The biggest issue with this company is the extremely poor quality of both the workmanship and the materials they use. Within a short time after the project was completed, planks began cracking, materials started peeling, and multiple sections already looked worn and damaged. The final result looked rushed and cheaply done. During the project, everything seemed focused on getting payment as quickly as possible rather than delivering quality work. Once the payment was made, communication practically disappeared. Calls and messages about the defects either went unanswered or were ignored entirely. What's most frustrating is that many of these issues were obvious signs of bad installation and low-quality materials that should never have passed as finished work. Instead of standing behind their work, they completely ghosted after being paid. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company. What initially looks like a good deal may end up costing far more in repairs and replacements later. read more

Back in 2021 we got new flooring throughout our whole house. They were fast and quick to install, but the minute something is wrong their communication lags. Less than 2 years a few areas we noticed a few planks had really small cracks that were not noticeable. Well then shortly after, larger cracks started. Hesam came out to take a look and said it was due to the installation and they did not put down a boards underneath, which was completed through his company. He was shocked and said NO. I showed him a business card for the installers and did agree yes those were his employees. So that tells me their installation work is poor. He agreed to have them replace a section. Then a few months shortly after the same issue happened in a different area. He agreed to come out and take a look and agreed to replace the planks. Mr Hesam said he would be in touch to schedule a repair. Days went by no contact. So I emailed Hesam and his response was it's the holidays they are really busy. Well I let that go, emailed Hesam again after the Thanksgiving holiday and to this day (5/13/2026) no response or callback. Well of course communication stops on my end because I am frustrated and it's been since November 2025 since I heard from him. The crack continues to grow and I'm left with damaged floor. The quality of the material if horrible and their communication as well. I do not recommend them after this experience and I paid over $9500. I am just writing this now because communication started in 2024 and issues has been trying to be resolved for 2 years now. Apparently there is lifetime warranty on the material. I am ready to escalate this if I cannot get these issues resolved. I don't like to leave bad reviews or comments but this issue has been going on too long and planks continue to crack. read more

I visited this flooring store multiple times, followed up with phone calls and emails, and was repeatedly promised an invoice for materials. The owner, Hesam, even told me it would be sent "first thing in the morning." That never happened -- not once, despite several reminders. Worse, he didn't honor the original quote we discussed. The complete lack of follow-through and professionalism was shocking. If this is how they treat potential customers before even starting the job, I can only imagine what it's like after they've taken your money. My husband and I had just purchased a townhouse in Alameda and was looking to replace the carpet on the stairs and the entire upstairs area. After searching for a vendor who both provides and installs laminate flooring, we decided to visit Flooring Outlet & More along with another vendor because they had warehouses with flooring in stock. We had hardwood floor installed on the upper floor and the stairs. I am so very happy that I had found Tony and Stacy. Both do such awesome work. Stacy with planning and then Tony and his team doing the work. They exceeded our expectations thinking of every little detail like putting felt pads under all furniture upon completion. They worked with us moving furniture around wherever possible. They took out all the baseboards and put them back on again. Not one broke. Wonderful work. All the calking around the baseboards and on the side of the wood planks when necessary was done incredibly well. Everybody who comes to the house is just amazed; especially the stairs. read more

I bought floor reducers from Hesam because the Floor Store, Floor Dimensions, and Lumber Liquidators hardwood, flooring stores around where I live charges $150.00 for ONE reducer; also, the selection of types of threshold reducers are so limited and you must special order from the stores waiting for DAYS! FYI: It's one of those imminent shopping errands where you bumble upon a store needing two, very important items in order completing remodeling the bathrooms in my Townhome: I visited Decor Designs which isn't too far from Hesam's business but, I had no prior knowledge of Hesam's business not until I visited FMD, who referred me to Hesam's Flooring Outlet! Certainly, I'll return buying from Hesam and his staff from now on=Saving me money-just look what I spent for two, eight-feet long reducers! I'm so happy saving money! read more

Flooring outlet dont follow up with problems with the floors they sell. I call them multiple times. I I complained about nicks on new flooring and Ben without seeing the floor said that the installer must have damaged it when they installed. When I ask further Ben could not answered. I went to check Home Depot, Lowe's and other flooring stores in my area 3 months ago for our home flooring project. I already know what I want, just looking for store that could give me the best price. I called Faruk and he offered me the best price among the others. He even asked me how much do I want it. I went to the store, spoke to both Faruk and Hesam. They were very helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service! We picked up the flooring materials the next day at the company warehouse in Hayward, near our place, and it worked best for our needs. They also have a contractor that came over to our house for flooring estimate, who was also professional. The price quote was also reasonable. I needed to replace the carpet in my condo, and realized that carpet had gotten a lot more expensive than the last time I bought it. Went to Home Depot and realized their cheap carpet and free installation is a bait-n-switch scam since the cheap carpet isn't eligible for free installation, even if you spend the minimum required dollar amount. Stopped by Lowe's in South SJ, and the customer service in their blinds and flooring sections was just garbage, with the flooring team not wanting to put in any effort to help anyone (not just me). Empire advertises low prices, but those mother f***ers never answer their phone, and after being on hold for over 45 minutes while doing cardio on the treadmill, and still not having anyone pick up my call, I decided they can F off too. The only good experience I had was at Lowe's off of Brokaw, but before going back, I stopped by Flooring Outlet b/c a friend had highly recommended them. I worked w/ Chad and his team from Flooring Outlet and Parma Floors, and not only were they able to save me a few thousand dollars on SPC (compared to the other places I got quotes from), but I was able to get the job done for less than it would have cost me to get carpet installed by HD or Lowe's. If you're looking for flooring, avoid the bulls**t you hear about at the other stores I wasted my time with and just come straight to this spot. read more

I am a return customer for a them. The first time I had to replace my entire home laminate due to a water leakage. 4 years later I needed laminate as I was expanding my home by adding 2 rooms. The store went above and beyond by trying to check if the same laminate was available and since it was discontinued they helped me shop and select another laminate which is very close.
