I only post a review if I truly believe in a business and this one I believe in. So hopefully, this review will be accepted. Herbal Nails is personalized, friendly and clean. Everything I want in a nail salon or any business I would like to establish a relationship with. This was my second visit to Herbal Nails and they remembered me and how I like my nails. An ultra-thin french manicure is difficult to do and they do it with ease. I also appreciate the cleanliness and increased sanitary measures they take. The deluxe charcoal herbal pedicure was relaxing and the scent was pleasing. Finally, they are reasonably priced for the exceptional level of service they provide. read more

After a long time of looking online to help me achieve a fun nail design, herbal nails looked to be the place, based off of their pictures. however, i was completely wrong. I originally called ahead of time and made an appointment, upon arrival i still had to wait 45 minutes to be seen, which i can lead to some understanding due to the fact that nail places are almost always busy, however. i did have an appointment. I walked in and showed a picture of what I wanted to get and what I received was some of the worst work ever done. I asked her multiple times if she would be able to do this design and she kept reassuring me that she could. I told her if she couldn't I would just do a solid color, she assured me she could do the design and told me to sit down and pick out all of the colors necessary. after spending some time picking out the colors and showing her she took them out of my hand and put them aside and said "no we will use these colors". and picks out completely different colors than i had selected. I told her that i wanted the other colors and and she said she couldn't use those so i just went along with what she said, trying to avoid conflict. she continued to do my nails and gave severe attitude towards me about how long it is taking and how i will have to pay much more because how long it is taking her. after she does a bit of the design she sighs and rolls her eyes. throughout the whole process i kept asking her if things were going to be "evened out" and what not. and kinda just going along with the process that i just need to wait until the end, as that's how most nail sessions go. i waiting until the end and they were so horrible. lumpy and bumpy and just not what i asked for at all. with gaps in the colors. not even the colors i asked for. and a huge attitude from the women. being who i am i told her i liked them and tipped 20%. spending way too much money on nails that were so horrible. i was absolutely appalled by the work she did on my nails and had to immediately get them fixed at a new place as i was only in the area for traveling. and herbal nail was very busy that day. i am so confused because their work online looked so nice and i was left with absolutely horrible. i wish i was able to go back and get my money back or have them fix it. but i was left feeling so uncomfortable and disappointed in the care i received. read more

I've been looking for a new nail salon to go too because the one i used to go too hasn't been the best lately. I saw this on yelp and the reviews were all 5 stars so I had to try it. I came in to remove gel tips and to put a gel manicure on. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and very helpful when i needed help picking out a color that closest resembled a pinterest picture i found. she was great. my nail tech was also super friendly. she was careful when she was removing my tips and informed me to tell her if she was hurting me. next, she gave a recommendation of using dip powder instead of gel based on how my nails were looking. she explained the benefit of dip and when i asked about the price difference because i was going in with the mindset of gel, she told me the price difference. i told her i would take a look at the colors and she also helped me pick out colors that closely resemble to what i wanted. overall, great experience and great service. nothing was forced upon which service i wanted- dip vs gel ( i did end up getting dip) and the service wasn't rushed. i will be returning in the future. read more

I just came out of this salon and can say I've never had a nicer manicure. Lucy was amazing.... She was so meticulous and conscientious. She wanted my toes - not just my nails - to look perfect. And, they do! Hands down best place ever - customer for life! read more

Brought a group of ladies here for pedis as part of Bachelorette weekend. Everyone I dealt with while making the reservation was so professional and accommodating. The pedi was the best I've ever had - sugar scrub and hot stone massage come with the basic pedi, and it was so luxurious. The spa is perfectly clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing. The nail salon is very clean and everyone was very courteous. However, Nina, the nail tech was a bit rough with handling of fingers. I expressed to her one than once, that she was twisting my fingers at an uncomfortable level. I felt like she ignored my request, because she continued to do so. When it was time for gel pedicure, she was going to foil remove my gel from toes while I sat in a chair, not the pedicure chair. Her co-workers had to tell her to move me to the pedicure chair first. I had to tell her to clean the chair and bowl first, because it was not clean as someone had just gotten up from the chair. Not impressed with her. I will go back, but will request a different person next time. read more

I had the best manicure / pedicure experience of my life at Herbal Nails. They were super accommodating with my schedule and then worked on my toes and fingers simultaneously. Additionally, they helped me pick out the perfect shade of light pink (actually mixing a white and a pink) that I absolutely love!! The pedicure was incredibly relaxing including the massage and the hot stones. My manicure looks perfect over a week later. The prices are affordable as well - way cheaper than other places in the area and the quality exceeds all other places. I can't wait to go back for my next manicure! read more

I had heard good things and had been wanting to try the "dip polish." Well... despite making an appt, I still waited 15 mins. Staff was not very friendly, except for one kind pregnant employee. The disgruntled tech then put SO many layers of dip polish on my nails that they looked like BAD peanut shell like fake nails and nothing like a durable polish. The nails were so misshapen that some of my cuticles were covered in addition to my skin being glued to the underside of my nails... it was terrible. I went to sally beauty the next day to buy supplies to soak off the $50+ disaster, whereupon the woman at sally beauty told me it was the chunkiest dip polish shed seen. I was beyond bad, do not get that service there!!! Thankfully after multiple acetone soaks and a ton of heavy filing I was able to somewhat salvage my nails. Never again. read more
