However, when we arrived to pick up the clothes and requested the discount, we were informed that it only applies after establishing business with them for one year. This requirement is not stated anywhere on the website, which makes the promotion feel misleading. When we pointed this out, the employee claimed there was no way to apply the discount in their system. After a prolonged discussion, they ultimately offered only a 10% discount instead. Overall, the pricing is excessively high, and the promotional information on the website appears inaccurate or poorly communicated. Based on this experience, it was one of the most disappointing and unprofessional dry-cleaning services I have ever encountered.

If they can't fix it or it's more expensive than they quoted they will personally call you to Update you or ask if you want to proceed. True professionals. These people care...a lot. I tried taking it to another cleaner in Newport who said it would cost $750 to clean and they weren't even sure they could get the stains out. I left and came here and they were able to get EVERY set in stain out for ~$35. My jaw dropped when I saw how clean it was - they made a badly stained dress look brand new.
