I've only been here a few times already but I love this place! Everyone is so friendly and so nice whenever I walk in and I feel like it's a great small business to drop off my dry cleaning at. They do many features that cleaners have including alterations, shoe and purse cleaning, and of course, dry cleaning. My clothes have come out immaculate every time I bring something here and I've never had a problem with customer service. Usually they do a good job. They are the one cleaner that has not consistently broken the buttons on my dress shirts, and that I am thankful for. However, I will agree with many on here saying they lady is a bit snippy. I can forget that as long as my clothes come out as I'd like. The last time they somehow broke a pen over my clothes and ink ruined my shirt. They reimbursed me but not the full amount (close to however). I'll still go there. read more

The black coat I had dry-cleaned came back very faded. I would have been better off washing it. On the pants I had hemmed, the stitching line is very obvious from the outside, unlike other times I've had hemming done elsewhere for less money. read more

I don't dry clean often but the pricing was fair, the one employee interaction I had was pleasant, garment was clean and completed on time Why 2 stars? I had a dress shirt dry cleaned for a wedding and I was strangely itchy for the entire occasion (12 hrs). I would consider my skin pretty hardy but by the end of the night I had developed a rash to both my arms, torso, and neck- something I've never had in the past. I have worn the dress shirt multiple times sans undershirt and had never had a problem with the material. I do not have any food allergies and the dry cleaning service was the only thing that was newly introduced or had changed. I can't help but link my rash to Heritage Cleaners. read more

Chris and family has always been great. But the Latina lady today ruined the experience and has lost me as a customer. After mentioning that I get my clothes cleaned and suits tailored here, I told the lady that I had gained a little weight so I needed new measurements. While holding the measuring tape around her neck, she tells me "we don't do measurements". I just needed new numbers to give to the suit shop where I am getting a groomsmen tux. A simple measurement for a long time client and she gave me an attitude and sparky remark. She's replaceable, find someone with good service to maintain your client base. read more

I'd heard about how good this facility was, but stayed loyal to my cleaner across the street. Then they lost a comforter, hacked a pair of trousers, then did a terrible job on a beloved silk blouse. I'm not sure what's happening there, but I tried Heritage instead. My first time, they were very professional and the prices were comparable. My second time, I tried the laundry as well as dry cleaning. Nice! My third time...well, not going back across the street! They had perfect seaming on slacks, a comforter smelled so very clean, and a silk blouse was perfect. read more

I have come here to do my dry cleaning for my dress shirts/pants for about a year now. The people are friendly and I have never had an altercation with the staff. One time one of my shirt buttons had come off and they sewed the spare button on for me for no extra charge and I didn't notice until I got my shirt back. I bought a 100% silk Joie top a few weeks ago and decided to wear it to dinner the night I got it. I had a funny feeling about it but I wore it anyway. After an incredible dinner, I got home to find... yes. A big spill on my shirt! Evidently, I dropped a big blop of my greasy pot pie on my shirt without even noticing it. I was super sad and thought the shirt was done. I decided to at least try taking it to the dry cleaners and went to Heritage Cleaners after reading the positive reviews. As the reviews state, it is difficult to find. It is in the Heritage Plaza around the corner from Seattle's Best Coffee. The outside of that entire center is under construction right now so it might be especially hard to see. Anyways, the guy working there was super nice and accommodating. A few days later, I went to pick up my shirt and was pleasantly surprised to see that the stain had been completely taken out and now looks like new! read more

My girlfriend and I are extremely disappointed with the quality of this dry cleaner. The staff simply do not understand how to properly take care of the clothes. The first time I went here I brought one of my formal dress jackets for cleaning. When I received my coat back I noticed that the lapels on my jacket were inexplicably creased in the wrong place. There is absolutely no reason why a lapel should be creased between the buttons on a dress jacket. When I pointed it out to the man at the counter he argued with me and stated that that was the correct way to crease the lapels. I ignored this the first time around and I decided to come back a second time. This time around I specifically asked the man to crease my lapels above the buttons and he promised me that they would take care of things. I received my jacket back with the same problem as the first time. My girlfriend brought her jacket here and had the exact same problems with the lapels. Simply disappointing. I do not trust this place with any valuable garments. read more
