I usually don't give bad comments about a cleaning shop. Actually I don't do comments. But for them, I need an exception. They really don't know what is called clean for a dry cleaning shop. I have some silk bedding that need to be cleaned every two weeks and I need them same day since I have bad skin allergy that I can only go to bed without my silk beddings. For the first time, there are really GIGANTIC stains and Numerous of them on my bedding and I don't know how they didn't find them and not clean them! And I go back to store to convince them to clean it again, even though they threate me that I cannot have them same day anymore. But I paid the price for same day. For the second time, I drop my beddings before 12pm, cos they told me only if I drop them before 12pm, I can get them same day. I did as they said. When I went to pick them up at 6 pm, they told me it's not ready! Because of the allergy, I need them for night, or I will have red rashes! But they told me it's not ready! I mean... if you cannot do it, just let me know you cannot! So I won't waste my time and go to another cleaning store. After argument, the Korean owner told me that I can pick them up at 6:45. I came back on time and get my beddings. However, when I came home, I fond it that the beddings are like never been washedI paid full price and get unwashed stuff! How ironic! And the girl who works there told me that her boss said, I quote" there are some stains that I don't have time to remove them. I will clean them next time when I have enough time" Dude! Seriously! You didn't remove the stain and I have to pay full price?! I don't want to say bad words here, but I really need to let people know that JUST STAY AWAY from this money-orientated merchandise! The button on my coat is ripped off and they amazingly help me out a new buttom on without me ask for it. The clothes I get back all smell go. There's a coffee stain on my blouse for a long time, and they said they will try the best but it was still there. I understand that not everything could be cleaned off. The clothes I received are well pressed and packed. Timing: Bring it over Saturday night and ready for picking up Wednesday morning. read more

This is my favorite cleaner! It's about 30 minutes from my house without traffic, but it's worth every minute of my time! On my first visit, they had to clean my white Fendi dress that had numerous black streaks. They did a perfect job! My dress came out as perfect as the day I bought it from Paris. Since then, I have not gone to any other cleaners. And they rewarded my loyalty with amazing service. One of the owners would get my items ready as soon as I parked my car in front. I am a huge supporter of small business. However, Heritage Cleaners has managed to lose my business. The cleaners returned an expensive polo shirt with bleach-like stains on the inner arm. Heritage Cleaners blamed me for the discolorations, which were not present when i dropped it off. There is no accountability, nor willingness to listen to the customer. I have been using them for multiple years. Through this time, they have ripped 2 of my shirts and I always gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, with their inability to admit fault and unwillingness to listen to their customer, I cannot recommend this cleaners as it will never be about good customer service nor quality work with Heritage Cleaners. I had to pay $30.10 for 6 pieces which seemed too high even in light of the fact that 2 shirts were silk. My frustration however was more about not being able to communicate with the older lady who was helping me. She didn't understand English and I could tell from her interaction with the lady whom she served after me that she spoke Korean fluently. I tried multiple times to get a clear explanation of what each piece cost but she simply couldn't understand me. I would encourage the owner to have someone available always to handle questions, comments, etc. in English. read more

This is probably the worst kind of dry cleaner I have ever been to. My wife gave them my trouser to adjust the length. When it returned, the length on both sides were different. My wife has found out it was the mistake from the cleaner. She brought back to this place yesterday out of her busy schedule. She was expecting some kind of apology obviously. If i wasn't in dire need of dry cleaning I honestly would have gone elsewhere. Customer service goes a long way and if you can't seem to appreciate new customers giving you their business, then surely the business doesn't merit your new business. It's my belief that this is the best cleaners in Irvine. They do a great job, and the prices are the lowest in the area. Chris, I believe the owner, is awesome. After the first time I went there he remembered my name and my wife's name. He sees us parking our car, and he has our clothes ready to give to us by the time we walk through the door...I don't know how he does it...It's kind of scary. Whenever I go there without my wife, he always asks about my wife and son. He remembers what sports teams I'm a fan of and always talks to me about them. I'm an idiot and have left a tie in either my dress shirt pocket or suit pocket and he washes it free of charge! Great guy, and great cleaners. I can't recommend them any more highly. We moved since we started going there, and it's about a 20 minute drive each way to their cleaners...but I can't imagine going anywhere else. read more

Been using these guys since the previous owner sold to the current owner. They are the greatest cleaners on the planet as far as I'm concerned. Excellent service (greets me by name and asks about the family EVERY time!). Always brings the laundry out to the car no matter how small the order. Cleaning is high-quality. They wont clean something if it doesn't need it!! I took in my wool coat because it was looking a little tired. They told me it just neded to be lint-rolled and not to get it cleaned. They could have easily took it and lint rolled and said here you go we cleaned it...but no they told me to go home and lint roll it and it would be good to go. These guys rock! read more

A (very) hidden gem! A "gem" because they get stains out perfectly, iron impeccably, are very fast, extremely cheap and almost startlingly friendly. They even offered to let me put an order on my tab when I was picking up and realized I had forgotten my wallet. "Hidden" because right now there is construction and its very hard to find. It is on the far right hand side (looking at the shopping center from culver) in the back and you won't see the sign unless you go all the way around towards the back parking lot all the way on the right. read more

Fantastic. I was actually looking for a dry cleaners in the back of this shopping plaza but discovered they were no longer open. Luckily, I stumbled across Heritage Cleaners and my life has never been the same. The worker at the counter is always super friendly and remembered me after just one trip here. They are also non-judgmental. I recently soiled a pair of my dress slacks with some substance right over the groin area. I'm pretty sure I had spilled a drink on them earlier, but the location of the stain was definitely suspect. Heritage Cleaners readily accepted my pants and carefully marked the crotch for closer treatment without hassle. After a couple of days I returned to pick up my pants. Upon delivery, I discovered they had given me the wrong pair of pants. Although they were in the same size, style and color as my pants, these clearly were not mine because I knew for a fact that one of the buttons to my back pocket was broken in half. These pants had both buttons intact. On closer inspection, I noticed that the owner of these strange new pants also had the same initials on the label as I did. I must have a doppelganger of the same name and pant size. What were the odds? Turns out, these strange new pants were actually my pants! The cleaners had replaced my broken button without me even telling them to do so. I'm not sure if this is standard procedure for all dry cleaners but I was thoroughly impressed. I left the store with the crotch cleaned and the renewed ability to button my back pockets. It made my day. Good prices, great cleaning, fantastic service. BEST DRY CLEANERS IN IRVINE! We have been to a few dry cleaners in the Irvine area, but we were never satisfied (whether it be bad customer service or high prices). My husband was using this place because he found it on yelp and I decided to take my wedding dress there to have it cleaned and pressed. I had some stains on it so I was very weary about how it would turn out. They did an AMAZING job on my dress and my husband's shirts. The stains just magically disappeared as if it was never there! I wish there was dry cleaners closer to me that was as good as this one. Now that I I I'm moved up to Southbay and haven't been able to find a good cleaners, I am missing the folks over at Heritage Cleaners. My parents owned and operated a dry cleaners for 30+ years in the Seattle area. I feel like I know something about the business. Those little clips that keep your sleeve cuffs together help reduce creases forming from the time the shirt comes off the press to the time you put it in your closet at home. The tags that point out tears/unremovable old stains in your clothes means someone is paying attention. Its a level of service you don't get with the "agency cleaners", or places that take your clothes and ship 'em out to a general facility that services cleaners within an area. The people here at Heritage Cleaners know that a little goes a long way. I regularly get my shirts and slacks done here and I do not have any complaints. They're usually done in a couple of days and will always try to work with you if you need it earlier. They've also done some hemming on a couple slacks that I wear to work daily and they're holding up well. They use a ticketing system to keep track of your order, but honestly, I don't think they need it because they have great memory. They remembered my name after my first visit and they always remember my order. How crazy is that? These guys are on point. I've tried a few others in town (like some I do think Oak Creek is good, but WAAAAY overpriced) and just tried Hertiage for the first time - they are great. Was about half the cost of Oak Creek and they turned everything around next day without a problem. The people there seem to take time to learn about their customers, the guy in front of me was clearly a regular and they were chatting with him about his family, etc. Parking stinks with all the construction, but it's worth the hassle. read more

Haven't had anything cleaned here yet, but the service I got when I came in some information was great. My wife needed her wedding gown cleaned and I brought it in to see what could be done. The lady that helped me was very upfront about expectations, what could and couldn't be done. The bottom hem was very dirty and she said that it probably won't all come out. Other places probably would have just charged me first, and sort the rest out later. They also don't tag your clothes with marker which is nice. Prices are reasonable. Definitely would come here for dry cleaning and laundering if I lived a little closer. read more

Heritage Cleaners was not only able to get it off but it looked brand new and is as soft as it was the first day I bought it. They also replaced a button on another blouse!
