One of my favorite cleaners. It's a nice Korean owned dry cleaners that are super friendly and quick. They actually try to help you out as much as possible also. I came here a couple of time to get my stuff dry cleaned and I've never once had a bad experience. I didn't notice one of my blouses had an ink stain on it but when I came to pick it up, she remember to mention it to me and she was able to get the stain out for no charge. Now that's service! Also, even though they're super busy, if you just ask nicely, they'll be more than happy try to work with you. I've had a HUGE mound of dry cleaning that I brought in and in there was a dress that I needed sooner than the rest and ask them to just rush the dress and I'll come back for the rest. When I came back to just pick up that dress for a certain occasion, ALL of my dry cleaning was actually done! That made me super happy. (: Prices here are really reasonable too. However due to their costly prices, clothes were becoming delayed from the promised pick-up date and non-existent customer service--I turned to yelp for an alternate cleaner in Irvine. The business that came out with the top reviews was Heritage Cleaners. So after going with Heritage for a few times I noticed that the price wasn't all that much different, however what I did notice clearly was the super friendly and helpful customer service at Heritage and punctual pick-up times. I normally go to West Park Cleaners because it right across from my complex and they have 50% coupons - but that pretty much sums up the pros. So I decided to come here on a whim based on yelp reviews. I dropped off 11 items (primarily work clothes) on Thursday at 6pm and the turnaround was Saturday afternoon at 1pm which is pretty decent. They even offered to expedite it to Friday evening if I needed the items sooner. Pricing was about $45 for 11 items (after a $5 discount) which is pretty good and cheaper than West Park Cleaners WITH the 50% discount. What really closed the deal was the quality of their cleaning and pressing. No funky chemical odors and clean pressed lines - which was a hit or miss from the other place. It's definitely a no brainer that I'll be coming back to Heritage and tossing all my 50% coupons. Like everyone else has pointed out, it is located around the corner on right side of the complex (next to Annapoorna) and the guy up front is friendly (I'm assuming he's the owner). read more

The customer service at Heritage Cleaners is beyond exceptional! I have been going to Heritage Cleaners for almost 3 years now and have had only the most wonderful experiences. All of my clothes are cleaned perfectly and ready within a reasonable amount of time. I have never had any problems with buttons breaking, stains, or rips. Prices are reasonable as well. The best part about this cleaners is the personalized service. Chris, the owner, has the best memory of anyone I've ever met. He remembered my name as soon as I started dropping clothes off regularly and he always asks how I am doing. He knows I am a big USC fan and we always talk about the football games during the fall. He even remembers what kind of car I drive - if he sees me pull up in front of the store he will have my clothes ready and waiting by the time I am inside. Everyone should take a lesson from Chris on how to make business transactions a pleasant experience :-) I am sad that I am moving away and will have to find a new cleaners, nothing will ever be as good compared to Heritage and Chris. read more

This location did a great job removing a stain from my jacket but they double charged me. I paid when I dropped of my jacket and then they charged me again when I picked it up. They said they don't charge at drop off but I'm 100% sure they did as I remember bring suprised to have exact change. Won't be returning. read more

Everyone here was so nice and helpful! I Had to drop off a suit for a next day pick up and the staff accommodated me. I bought in the suit at 1pm and asked to have it done by 11am tomorrow! I brought 5 items, most of which were coats and I'm very satisfied with the turnout. The total was about 30 dollars and it took a few days, but I loved how easy it was to walk in and walk out with no wait and no fuss. The staff is extremely friendly and they are very organized. The only reason I took off one star is because they weren't able to perfectly clean one of my coats. It's understandable, it was an old, tough one and they did a good job--just not perfect. This review is long overdue. I have come here 3 times already, and every time I have had impeccable service! I dropped off my clothes on a Monday and forgot to pick them up until the following Monday. Guess what? The guy remembered me and didn't even need my tag (because I always lose those things)! This place is great. They do a really good job with your clothes. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because their prices are a lot higher than most other places I've gone to. I generally don't complain about an establishment, but I have to inform the public about this establishment. I have tried this dry cleaners five times due to their location. After five different people that helped me, I am convinced that I will not come back. They are rude and I think that they are extremely wealthy. I am Korean and I happened to put my clothes (to be dry cleaned) with a box of dried anchovies, in the trunk of my car. The son told me to wash my clothes back home and bring it back. Really??? The cleaners are owned by fellow Koreans!! So I went across the street to Yes Cleaners. They cleaned my clothes with a smile, charged me less, without any smart comments. This place is NOT cheap, but they are probably the best dry cleaners I've ever used. I brought a silk dress with some small stains that were at least 2-3 years old to be cleaned. I had no expectation that the stains would be removed but they did it and I was very impressed. I had developed such faith in them that I entrusted them with my wedding dress, which had multiple layers including a beautiful lace overlay that got pretty destroyed trekking through dirt, weeds, and grass. Again, I didn't have any expectation that the dress could be restored to a condition that would be suitable for re-sale (my original intention with the dress when I bought it) but they did an amazing job for what I thought was a really reasonable price compared to other places that specialize in wedding dress cleaning and preservation. For an extra $50 they could box and preserve my dress. At this point I will attempt selling my dress so no preservation needed. They never over promise, provide excellent customer service, and most importantly do a darn good job cleaning clothes! read more

This is my go-to spot since it's the best place nearby...only had one issue with them. Happened when I took my Burberry jacket to get dry-cleaned and I guess they must have used the one chemical it said not to use because the rubber Burberry logo ended up coming off. LOVE this place. They are honest and dependable, and the service is pretty fast. I've been bringing my dry cleaning to them for almost two years now, after a dry cleaning debacle at Pialago Cleaners (now creatively called "The Cleaners"...in Woodbury...don't ever ever ever go there). I actually went to them initially because of their great reviews on Yelp. Thanks, fellow yelpers! I've also had a few things tailored here. They do really nice work. I just dropped off some jeans that need to be hemmed, and they'll be ready by Saturday! They even do original hems, so my pants won't look all wonky. One of the employees actually remembered that I was newly married, and asked me about the wedding. I was surprised that I wasn't just another anonymous customer! Most of the time, we mostly see Chris (the owner) because he picks up and drops off the dry cleaning at our house. He communicates pick up and drop off times via text, and has our info on file. He's always on time, super friendly and is focused on top quality work. He surprised me this week by returning my skirts with the hooks repaired, and I didn't even ask him to fix them - it was on my to do list. Very irresponsible! I had a dress with a stain on that I needed to be cleaned for a wedding. They were not able to remove the stain (did not try to remove the stain, just told me they can't do anything about it 2 days after it was sitting in their shop) and dry clean the dress and they failed to let me know so I take it to somewhere else or do something about it. They did call me, but they didn't leave a message, so I didn't know who called me and why. I ended up washing the dress myself and I was able to remove the stain from it myself! read more

This is the best dry cleaning business in Irvine in my opinion. Normal turnaround for dry cleaning is 2 business days, but if you need it done sooner, I have never had an issue getting my stuff back the next day whenever I am in a bind. After coming here for many years, it's time to find a new cleaner! The older lady working there blatantly lied to my face and told me they cleaned a sweater with a stain multiple times when I can see the stain was clearly missed! She then tells me if I'm not happy to go somewhere else?!?! I've been coming here for over 5 years and you want to loose a customer! I told her the stain is just as dark as when I brought it in. She then took it back to try again and within a minute the stain came out 100%!!! So how is it possible that you tried multiple times and after this one time it did?!?! I love this place. After being screwed over by so many other dry cleaners either because they overcharge or the cheaper ones do a shotty job, I finally looked on yelp and found this one. I called ahead to ask how much dry cleaning would be for a cashmere sweater and she gave me a reasonable quote- not expensive but not cheap. So when I dropped off a bunch of clothes consisting of cashmere sweaters, silk blouses, and expensive stretch wool pants and suite jackets, I was a little nervous how they would turn out. Well, when I went to pick them up, all my stains were gone on the silk blouses, armpit smells on the cashmere sweaters gone, and the suites were nicely pressed. Everything looked, smelled, and felt really dry cleaned- the way it's suppose to. The best part was the price she quoted over the phone was exactly what she charged me! Sounds like such an easy thing yet so many places overcharge me when I go pick up my clothes and tell me some lame @ss excuse like they needed to charge extra for cashmere, or suites, or whatever the hell they make up and my clothes are held hostage so I have no choice but to pay their price. This was not the case here. So I've been using them for about 9 months now taking in about 20 pieces of clothing a month. One time I brought in cream wool pants with horrible dirt stains on the bottom because the hem was too long when i wore it so it was literally sweeping the floor. I told her do what she could to get the stains out. She got the entire stains out as if the pants were brand new again. I couldn't believe it was possible! I'm sure sooner or later they will mess up one item because all dry cleaners are not perfect, but I gotta say so far so good. read more

Brought a Large pile of clothing to be dry cleaned. Asked for a three day turn around which was accommodated. Spent $80 and went home seemingly happy. Come to find out that my clothing had only been pressed and put on a hanger. No cleaning had been done. I call fraud. Never again will I be back and feel completely taken for a fool. read more

I give this dry cleaners 5 stars for their excellent service and consistency. When I was new to the area, I was horrified to see how many 1-3 star cleaners were in the area. I'm glad I found Heritage because they are my go to. I needed a suit dry cleaned in a day and they assured me they could and although I dropped off 2, I told them I only needed one. When asked why, I told them I had a job interview. When I came the next day to pick my suit up, both were dry cleaned and I was told just they did both just case I couldn't decide which one to wear. I recently moved to California, and I was nervous about finding a new dry cleaners as I've been through some unfortunate clothing-destroying trials when I have moved around in the past. THIS DRY CLEANERS IS WHERE YOU GO. I started out slow and now I just give them everything/anything with 100% trust. My company has a dry cleaning service that will pick up/deliver to you desk, and I won't use them cause Heritage is the best. Here are a couple of the reasons why they are amazing: 1. They never NEVER put safety pins in your clothing. When they need some time of fastener, they use the plastic clips that won't damage or poke holes in the fabric. 2. My clothes are always done exactly when they say they will be done. 3. They have gotten out any stain I've ever had. My clothes never shrink or come back stiff or weird. And everything is always clean as a whistle. 4.They are honest and thoughtful about the cleaning process. EXAMPLE: I brought a shirt in that had some decorative "circles" on the front (don't know how else to describe it). When collecting my clothes, the woman at the front thought it might be dangerous to have it cleaned as they might fall off. But she didn't stop there! She took the shirt to her coworkers to get a 2nd opinion and make sure they were handling the cleaning in the best way possible. They ended up advising against dry cleaning as the dots would fall off... I have had many dry cleaners who wouldn't care at all, and I'd just get destroyed clothing. Yeah, Heritage Cleaners is awesome. OK IF YOU WEREN'T ALREADY CONVINCED. I got a shirt back from them, and I thought the stitching on the neckline had been altered as looked different than the rest. I brought it back and was like... guys what happened? They assured me that they would have called if THEY had done it. But I'm a brat, and I wasn't 100% convinced (I'm so sorry Heritage!!). The man at the counter took the shirt back and TOOK IT TO THE STORE WHERE I BOUGHT IT TO MAKE SURE THE STITCHING WAS MEANT TO BE LIKE THAT. That's so far above and beyond.
