    Fish and onion rings

This local spot in Brampton has great fish and chips. They unlike other spots don't have their own tartar sauce but the fish is amazing, crispy on the outside and soft/tender on the inside. We took this order to go to support a local business but looking forward to sit and eat here one day.

    Fisherman's Platter

Best fish and chips I've had in a LONG time! The ambiance of this place is happy! Lots of people chatting and enjoying their food. We shared the Fisherman's platter with poutine and it was fantastic! The food was plentiful - we even took home leftovers! Weber been told the desserts are also fantastic so we'll have to visit again to give them a try!

This is the best fish and chips I've had in a long time. The fish batter was light and crisp. The chips are fresh cut and cooked perfectly. This place was unique because they had different fresh fish option to choose from. They also have different salads and interesting sides like mushy peas and different cole slaws. The food was great, service fast and friendly. I can't wait to go back.

I don't know what authentic fish and chips taste like but heritage is my favourite place to go to. The best thing about this place is the value you get. The portions are huge. If you come for lunch they have a $8.95 lunch special. A large haddock is only $8.95. It's pretty unbelievable because other places charge way more ($15-$20) for fish and chips and it isn't even that good. The "chips" are also delicious and cooked perfectly. The dish is a bit oily but that's expected. Next time I wanna try the rice since it looked very good. You can also ask for half rice and half fries too.

Haddock, chips, mushy peas and a small Guinness.

Best fish and chips, good portions, even the service was ok. At least they were smiling while serving which is missing a lot nowadays.....

I have eaten here a couple of times with my Mother. Fish tastes good, as do the fries, and onion rings. Recommended

The best Halibut in Brampton. Haddock is also very good but the chips are bland.

This location does gluten free, so definitely worth looking into if you need to/ are avoiding gluten. I wasn't craving something so deep fried so I got the shrimp po-boy. The fish and chips my bf ordered were delicious. Good fry, the fries tasted good, and the vinegar coselaw was good. The po boy wasn't as great. The shrimp were cooked beautifully but the bun was cut completely open, so you get the top bread and bottom bread separated. It was impossible to eat. As soon as I picked up the roll, the structural integrity failed and all my "stuffings" fell onto the plate. It was no fun eating with the fork and knife. Flavours were good though. The creamy coselaw was not my cup of tea. It was very mayo-y, which was a bit difficult for me to enjoy. I think it needed a little something citrus to brighten it up. I also was looking forward to my brussel sprouts, which were unfortunately forgotten and I never ended up getting them. By the end, it wasn't on my bill either so I think they just kept forgetting about them. They were definitely available though because someone at our table ordered them to-go. Overall, service was friendly. If you're in the area and looking for some fish and chips to hit the spot, this might be the place for you.

This had a good mixture of pistachio and almond flavours. It was mainly almond ice cream with pistachio pieces. The only difficulty is that 30% of the pieces were a little too big for the straw; probably this flavour was never meant to be used as a milkshake. I had to take tge straw out and such out the pieces from the other end. Review 2025-255

I tried the Peanut Butter Cup ice cream and the sugar-free Black Cherry. There are probably only one or two sugar-free options, but the pricing is really reasonable and definitely cheaper than the GTA. The Peanut Butter Cup was good, though I wish the chocolate flavor was a bit richer. I'd give it an 8/10. The Black Cherry was delicious and easily a 10/10. For food, I ordered the large fish and chips for $18. It's a great deal because the two pieces of fish are huge. The small order is $11.95. My picture didn't show it well since the second piece of fish was hiding underneath, but it was just as big. The fries are super thick, perfect for dipping in gravy. I got a side of gravy and loved it. It had that classic poutine flavor without being too salty. The only thing I'd change is I wish the fries were cooked a little longer. Overall, I'd give the fish and chips an 8/10. The diner itself is much bigger than I expected. You order at the counter, get a number, and they call it out when it's ready. What's cool is they also have speakers outside, so if you're waiting by the path or at the picnic tables, you can still hear your number. Bathrooms were clean too, which I always appreciate.
