I walked out when they tried to sell me a car above MSRP after making fun of me and where I use to sell cars at. The finance manager than lied about taking $3k off of it. I didn't get her name but she was a blonde older woman. Angela Kendig the sales consultant couldn't answer many questions about the cars and seemed to be very inexperienced. She told me she use to sell at Honda next door then proceeded to trash talk them. Since I told her I be comparing the CX-5 to the Honda CRV. After a finance person came over when I made it clear I was just getting quotes but wanted to ask me about my credit and how much I be putting down. Etc. I was uncomfortable and at this point didn't trust anything I was told. So I asked to speak to the sales manager. Instead of helping me, Justin Ledbetter was rude especially after he found out I sold cars myself. He made a lot of rude remarks to the point I said ok I'm gonna leave because this is a horrible experience. I'm not buying a car above MSRP. They are very pushy. You can't even test drive the car by yourself and how can I want to buy a car when I don't know how it drives on the highway etc. I literally was only allowed to take the car in a circle around the block and prob didn't go faster than 25-30 mph. I bought a used 2021 Hyundai Sonata with under 30,000 miles on it. I was looking for something that has low mileage, reliable, and something that would lower my payment. Only thing that happened was my payment was lowered. A week into owning the car I smell a nasty/plastic typer of burning smell coming from the engine bay, this smell leaks into the cabin causing and leads to me getting headaches. That's how bad this smell is. still under their 30 day warranty they I returned and immediately brought it to their attention. They said it was probably dressing they put on from when the car was detailed and needs to burn off. They also said if I still smelled it to come back. a few days later the smell after trying to deny it and pretend it wasn't there the smell was still leaking into the cabin. I returned the dealership and when service advisor who came out to greet me at my car I took them over to the exact spot where the smell was coming from and they acknowledged that something didn't smell right. While waiting for them to try and diagnose it again I was pulled aside and was told they could look at it but it would be better for me to take it to a Hyundai dealership as they would be able to diagnose it better. So that's what I did. It left me without a car for 3 days while a dealership had me leave me car with them and tried to fit it in to their schedule. that dealership was unable to find the same smell, that dealership suggested that it was due to "sealed air fresheners in the glove box" I let another few days go by trying to again convince myself that the smell wasn't there but it still was. Feeling helpless I decided to reach out to the General Manager at Heritage Mazda. He was said that "I am sorry to hear that you have been having some issues with your vehicle. Of course it is our intent to never have to have a customer come in recently after purchasing a vehicle with issues" It seemed like they were going to make it right and finally figure out what was going on. They arranged to put me in a loaner car and they had my vehicle picked up from my work to be brought back for service. They took it to one Hyundai dealership in Fallston, and they also were unable to diagnose the smell. Still feeling frustrated. I asked them if there's anything they could do try help me trade in this car. When I asked for the GM to give me a call, they said he would give me a call in a few minutes. A few minutes later, I got a call saying that they were going to take the car to their Hyundai dealership, that they owned in Towson. Towson was unable to diagnose the smell as well, now I was feeling absolutely crazy. The smell was acknowledged, but now no one can figure it out. I've I've had friends, family and coworkers all right in this car and asked me what is that smell. At this point, I was just chalk it up as a loss, they had sold me a faulty car and they didn't care. the day after I pick up my car I took it to my preferred Hyundai dealership to get an oil change and just do the routine maintenance as I do with all my cars. I went to pick it up and they told me that the tires are at levels that need replacing. So now I have a car that has a constant burning smell coming from the engine that is leaking into the cabin, and a car that I've had for a 3 months and have taken for one service and now it needs new tires. I emailed the General manager of the dealership again and said that I appreciated their efforts on trying to help diagnose the smell. I also wanted to know if when the acquired the car that sold me if they charged at tire recycling fee. I have received no responses, so at this point I'm stuck with a car that has an issues with a burning smell and was sold a car that needed new tires. I would be extremely leery of buying a used car form them. I've also seen other reviews on here with similar issues. I wish I would've just picked up my keys and never traded my original vehicle in because this has been nothing short of a nightmare read more

This car should not have passed inspection with these brakes ! They had to give me an alignment 3 times and didn't balance the tires correctly they put on my car before buying it . I have bought two cars from Mazda now. I would say I got a pretty good deal with the first car I bought. The salesman was friendly and was realistic with me about what I could buy with the money I put down. I was glad they didn't beat around the bush me with me and tried to get me to spend more than I could afford. This was over 3 years ago now. I bought my second car this past November. I honestly think that I bit off more than I could chew. I had been in contact with the salesman for the months previous expressing interest in upgrading. It was more of a general interest and I wasn't really sure when I was actually planning on buying. Not long before I got married (which was in October), the salesman contacted me, asking if I want to come and look at vehicles. I told him that I was getting married soon and didn't really want that burden on me right at the moment. He understood and told me to contact him when I was interested. I told him it would probably be after my wedding. Mazda kept calling me, even though I already told them when I was planning on coming in. They were even calling me when I was on my honeymoon. It made me mad because I already told at least 2 people when I was going away. I'm under the impression that they don't communicate properly with each other there. I finally went in November to get a car. I didn't think I would actually be taking one home that day. I knew I wanted to upgrade, but I did not realize how much of a difference the car payment was. They explained to me that now was the right time to buy because the market would be getting bad soon and I probably wouldn't get what the car was worth at that point. I honestly think this is some BS that corporate feeds their employees just to make a sale. I think it's a scam. I bought the Mazda CX-5. I love the car and it's really the only reason that this place is even getting two stars. The company that I financed my previous car (the CX-3) through never received the payoff check from Mazda and they ended up charging me for the next month's payment even though I didn't own the car anymore. It took me 2 months to get a reimbursement check from the company I was financing through. Mazda kept blaming them and they were blaming Mazda. It turns out that Mazda sent it to the wrong location. More than once. It was so much back and forth between the two companies, I almost want nothing more to ever deal with either of them again. I was so stressed the entire time. The salesman is okay, but I was a bit put off after that. He told me that it isn't something that they usually take care of. They acted like I was doing a disservice to them because I was asking them to care of the mess that they caused. I guess their job ends after they sell you the car. Also, I had temporary tags on the car for 60 days (when the tags expire) before I even got my actual tags from the dealer. And the only reason I got the tags right before they expired was because I called and complained about it. It turns out that one of the salespeople there thought that I was keeping the tags from my CX-3, even though the salesman told me I had to get new tags. After all this, I have no clue if anyone knows what they're doing there. P.S. The men in the service department are condescending jerks. They spoke to me like a child who knew nothing about anything. Negotiating is as much a part of buying a car as is ensuring proper financing or currency payment. It was clear yesterday that this is a lost concept with Mr. Dias. Attempting to bully us into telling him what our "budget" was instead of giving us a quality deal cost this dealership business. Yesterday my daughter and I drove 4.5 hours round trip to be berated and yelled at by Rodney Dias the General Manager. When I got home and looked at the review from December of 2020 where he berated a customer and put on a "show" for those in the showroom, I knew it was true because he did the same thing to me and my daughter. He talked to us so loudly and berated us in the showroom in front of his coworkers and other customers because we wanted to ensure that we were getting the best price for the car we looked at. It was utterly embarrassing. I feel like they prejudged my daughter because of her age and I think that's where the "this must be too much car for you" comment came from. If I talked to my patients as a Nurse Practitioner that way, I would not have a job! At one point in his "show" I couldn't believe how he was speaking to us and all I could do was look at my daughter to see if she was okay, and she was but she also looked at me and asked if I was ready to leave...and we did. I have never been upset enough with my treatment as a potential customer to ever have to write a review on a business. However, after how I was treated today, I feel it is important to share my experience. I've had my Mazda since 2013 and absolutely love it. My previous purchase was from another local dealership whom I had a great experience buying with. I had my 2014 CX-5 paid off and was looking trade it in to upgrade. After a few inquiries online, I received a voicemail from Heritage Mazda in Bel Air, from a salesman named Paul who stated that the dealership was behind on their quota and needed to make sales before the end of the year. I returned the call and spoke with the Store Manager, Rodney. During our phone conversation, I told Rodney the exact make/model/trim of vehicle that I wanted, which he confirmed was in stock. Rodney was eager to get me in the door (on Christmas Eve nonetheless) and asked for the price I was looking for to get the deal done today. I told him my off the lot price without my trade in. Rodney said he could match the price and give me ABOVE Kelly Blue Book (KBB) value for my trade in. I was pleasantly surprised when I heard the news and asked for some time to talk it over with my fiancé and in the mean time asked that he email me a quote with our agreed off the lot price to move forward with the deal. Well, after a series of back and forth emails with Rodney he valued my trade below what KBB had it listed and that the "official" offer was based on the trade in value. I even sent him screenshots of the KBB website and the fair trade in value, which was roughly 10k-13k. I was working at the time, but because Rodney said he could match or beat my off the lot price, I offered to leave work early and drive my vehicle to the dealership for a more accurate appraisal. Rodney agreed, so off I went. I hustled up to the dealership and got there about an hour before they closed at 5 due to the holiday. I was so excited that I was going to get the price I had been looking for from a neighborhood dealership. Almost like it was too good to be true, right? Little did I know, that was exactly what the "deal" was. The appraisal was completed by another gentleman, I don't remember his name, but he was very nice to deal with. The same gentleman brought back the initial offer for the vehicle. The initial offer had my trade in value at under 9k. I told him that wouldn't work because Rodney told me he would give me above KBB value and 9k wasn't what KBB fair trade value was. I then showed him the same screenshots from KBB with the value that I sent to Rodney that I needed. The gentleman asked for what price I needed to make the deal work. I explained that I left work several hours early on Christmas Eve and drove 45 minutes just to get to the dealership and to make the deal worthwhile I needed at least 12k for my trade in, which by KBB standards was still well within the fair trade in value. The gentleman left and took the counteroffer to Rodney. By the time Rodney had returned with the counteroffer, I was one of two customers left at the dealership. Rodney then broke down the deal, beginning with the trade value for my 2014 CX-5. It was still at 9k, less than what was listed on KBB. I responded that I needed the fair market value for my trade in for us to proceed with the deal and that I had my vehicle appraised at Carmax less than 24 hours ago for more than he was offering for trade. Rodney responded by telling me I was not going to get the fair market trade in value for my vehicle, but he would match what Carmax offered me for my vehicle. I explained that I had left work early to bring the car to them on Christmas Eve and that the trade in value needed to be at least fair market value to make it worth my time. Rodney stood firm that the trade amount wasn't going to change above what carmax had offered me. He even stated initially that he couldn't believe that carmax offered me as much as they did for my car, but after a few moments he stated that it showed in his words "they'll just buy anything". I acknowledged that the trade value was something we could revisit and attempted to move on with the deal. Rodney then condescendingly stated that my vehicle on their dealership lot would be an embarrassment to the dealership and would be a poor reflection on "how they (Heritage) do business". At this point several employees were gathered around in the area and I was already embarrassed that I had left work early on Christmas Eve to meet with a Store Manager who not only did not keep his word, but also felt the need to try and make an example out of me in front of his staff for his own amusement. Before Rodney could continue his "show" for his employees, I asked him about the original price we agreed to on the phone earlier that afternoon. Bought a 2021 CX-30 for my step-son who is stationed in Colorado. The sales girl was wonderful. Temp plates on the vehicle expire 10/20/21. Vehicle was here until Sept. 24, 2021. Since the vehicle is no longer here, forgot about the plates. Step-son called and was inquiring about the plates. Wife texted sells clerk, she said plates were at the dealership. Wife called dealership and talked to someone and asked how long have the plates had been there. Plates had been there since Sept. 20. Wife asked why wasn't we notified that the plates were at the dealership. She was told by the manager that an email was sent out on Sept. 20, however, he could see that she hadn't opened the email. He said that the email probably went into her spam. Anyway, they said they would FedEx the plates to my step-son in Colorado. As soon as she hung up the phone, the sells girl texted my wife and said they would not be sending the tags out. Wife called back and told them I would pick the tags up. When I got to dealership, the sells girl meet me at the door with plates in hand. I asked her for the manager. I asked the manage why would someone not call, since the plates had been there for 2 1/2 weeks. He told me their policy is to send an email, not to call the customer. He said they only call after the temp plates expire. I asked him what good does that do the customer. He said they don't call bc they normally get an answering machine or wrong number. l told him you could have gotten the email address wrong as well. I asked him how many other plates he had that has been there for more that 2 weeks bc their email probably went into someone's spam or was wrong. His response was probably a few. So I asked him again, when do they plan on calling the customer. This time his answer changed to 1 week before the temp plates expire. I told him not everyone has time or will read their spam email. I told him the plates could have already been on the vehicle since the vehicles was still here 4 days after they received the plates. I asked him why did they changed their mind about sending the plates to my stepson in Colorado. He said bc they won't/don't send to a PO Box. Nowhere in his address is there a PO Box number. I told him to keep his $20.00 and I would get the plates to my stepson. I told him his policy sucks. He said maybe it needs to be looked at. read more

However just yesterday, the GM reached out to me after posting a less than stellar review on here and the issue has finally been resolved. I appreciate the good customer service Rodney gave me. On Tuesday 7/26/16 I went to Heritage Mazda to look at a red 2012 Mazda 3 GT with my girlfriend. We drove the car, looked it over, and found there to be fairly significant cosmetic damage. We spoke with our sales person, the sales manager on duty, and made an offer contingent on the damage being fixed. On Wednesday 7/27/16 we got a voicemail saying that our offer had been accepted, the car was going to be fixed "to our liking" and would be available 7/28 at around 11am. My girlfriend returned the call, and set everything up for pick up on 7/28. We then arranged financing and insurance on the vehicle as John Holiday, the general sales manager, accepted our offer and we were operating on good faith that we would be picking the vehicle up on 7/28. On Thursday 7/28/16 we called to verify that the car was completed and that we would be there to pick it up that evening. We were told that the vehicle had been sold, no repairs had been affected and that maybe they could help us find another vehicle. I called and spoke with John Holiday, and explained that he entered into a legally binding oral contract, persuant to the Maryland Code Of Common Law 14-301 sec. 14-12b-06. I played the voicemail that we have from him stating that the vehicle was going to be repaired and that our offer was accepted. I then asked if any repair attempt had actually been made after asked why I was upset, and after Mr. Holiday implied no wrong doing on their part. We were lied to, misdirected, and basically told that we were out of luck, and now we are out the cost of insurance and financing. I will never do business with a Heritage dealer again, and I will advise friends and family to do the same. read more

It's the call every man hates. Your wife is at a garage, car broken down. She's already talked to the technician, and the news is very bad. Here 16 year old car has finally give up the ghost. You rush to pick her up. Then you have to get a new car. Admittedly, we were planning on buying a new car anyway, we were just waiting for next month. So we had all of our research done and knew we wanted a Mazda 5. So our shopping around consisted of looking up deals on the internet. When I called Heritage Mazda in Bel Air, I talked with Will Wells who explained their pricing and sales strategy. After comparing his offer to others's we knew it was the best deal. Now the only time I've bought a new car once before. It ranked somewhere between having my wisdom teeth removed and the hernia surgery I had with general anesthesia instead of sedation. In other words, it was long and painful. Back then, I left feeling like I was the biggest dupe on the face of the earth This experience was astronomically better. Will Wells is probably the best car sales man I have ever met. My wife and I knew what we wanted when we came into the dealership. However, Will insisted that we both test drive the car to make sure that the car was exactly what we thought it was. He did not pressure us to buy something more expensive that would not fit our purposes, though he talk to us about buying too much or two little car. In other words, buy for who you will have in the car in three or four years, not just today. Good words of advice if you are starting a family. Even though he knew he had a sale from the start, Will kept making sure that we knew everything about the car that could be a selling or sticking point. He did not try to sell us anything extra. He just stressed making sure that we got what we needed. He was more of a car counselor than a sales man. Even the finance consultant, Richard Blaine, was low pressure. When we told him we already had gap coverage through our insurance company, he said "Oh, good" and moved on. He did not try to sell us the dealership's policy. The only thing he did try to sell was the extended warranty, which we were going to buy anyway. However, he still wanted to make sure we knew exactly what was and what was not covered. Finally, one of the banks met our credit union's rates, and he got us the loan through them. However, when we pointed out how we could get an even lower rate through the credit union by setting up for automatic payment, he called the bank and got them to match that offer too. It seemed as if they were really wanted to make us happy, not just sell us a car. I would definitely recommend buying a Mazda at Heritage Mazda of Bel Air. I had been a customer with this dealer for many years and my family bought 3 cars from them. I even had our Mazda's serviced here many times for oil changes and did not have any problems. I usually had Rich as my adviser and he was great for oil changes. That was until I met Robert Thomas who I had not seen around the service department before. He is incredibly rude, deceitful, and downright disgusting. It seems Robert may even be bipolar as he seems normal at first but can suddenly flip and turn disgusting on you when you say "Hey Robert" to follow up on your service. I guess the owner didn't see this when they interviewed him for the job or just hoped he wouldn't have to talk with people? Was he even interviewed? Unfortunately, Robert was assigned to me when I had my first serious issue with my car after my wheel broke loose due to lug nut failure. My car had to be towed to their shop where it sat outside for a week on blocks as Robert gave me the same excuses. I passed by the shop in a loaner out of my pocket (which they refused to provide) and saw my car sitting on blocks for days and whenever I inquired I was greeted by Robert who would conveniently be unavailable or come up with lame excuses such as the weather being bad to work on my car when it is 2 feet from an INDOOR shop. I wish I would have never towed it here at this point but my car was trapped without a wheel. Well after a few weeks my car finally had a wheel back on it and was told "it was done the right way and not the quick way". I hoped the long wait was worth it but it was not, the car ran OK for 3,000-5,000 miles than the steering deteriorated and felt shaky when braking due to their shoddy repair work. My experience was so bad I vowed to never go back again even for an oil change after my car was so poorly mishandled by this incompetent staff member. Bought a 2011 Kia Sportage in October 2022,and had it 27 days when one day it stated shuddering and jerking while driving almost rear ended because it almost lost power.Sent text emails and voicemail to Heritage next day,with no replies. I called General Manager and he had a sales manager call me,I never received a copy of warranty at sale and they said that warranty had expired.I ask for copy and was emailed 30 day warranty on my car. So in the past few months I have bought a car from this dealership and had service done (recall). My sales associates name was David (I think) and he was very helpful. He let me test drive a few cars and got me set up in a new 2015 Mazda 3 (this was in Sept 2015). I was kind of irritated because I had come a few weeks before and they couldn't match the price from that deal costing me at least $1,000 which is actually really irritating (and why I removed a star). Since this is the only Mazda dealership near me I just bought my car cause I was kind of in a rush to buy it. Since buying my car, it has had a recall. I brought my car in on Black Friday to get inspected. The recall was on the gas tank which apparently could leak fuel to the engine and cause a fiery explosion. I was late to my appointment by a few minutes but the guy who helped me was pretty relaxed about it. He sais he would call me by the afternoon to let me know when my car was finished. Like promised he called me and was very friendly when my car was finished. I really appreciate their service and if I ever need to get something done on my car again, I would definitely comes back (from Philly) to use this place. read more

Do these people generate revenue from selling cars or identity theft? Reiterated several times that we did not want financing. Was interested in a used service loaner car. Initially the written price was $17,000 but it still needed to be inspected. Went back 2 days later and the car magically raised to $17,500 after inspection. Kept getting the story that there was a miscommunication between service and sales, etc. With the Mazda employee pricing they basically offered a $44 discount. Really disappointed as we have with the last year bought another car from another brand Heritage dealer and was a totally different experience. This Mazda dealer appears to be playing bait and switch games. Please be an educated consumer before stepping foot into this dealership. I had a friend who also went to Heritage and dealt with Paul in sales. She left because he was too pushy. Unfortunately, that's the trait many sales people have...but not with Justin. He helped us get the car we wanted to Bel Air from another location and we wound up buying it. We even got a great deal! This is regarding service. Great customer service and love my Mazda I bought there. Disappointed want YOU THE CUSTOMER TO KNOW! Wrote to Mazda corporate I am a mazda owner and I love my vehicle. I want to make sure I do what is best for my vehicle. I was going to get my oil changed at Heritage Mazda in Bel Air, Md, but I didn't. I think you should know and so should other Heritage customers, that they don't use Mazda oil. The owner manual says vehicle needs Mazda synthetic oil, but they use Valvoline. My husband changes my oil with Mazda, since Heritage markets like they use the proper oil and the don't. Thought you should know since they are selling Mazda's, but not doing correct service. read more

"Uncle" Will took such good care of me! I came looking to test drive a Cx-5 and after the test drive, something kept catching my eye about the cx-3's (that I didn't even know existed!) They were smaller and sportier.. He said well let's take that one for a spin and I fell in love with it. I told them where I wanted to be financially and they did everything they could to make that happen. Everyone I encountered was so nice and willing to help. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of as a girl walking into a typical dealership. I will definitely be bringing me husband in to get a car for himself now. Purchased a used Toyota RAV4 from Heritage Mazda Belair in November 2014. Had issues with brakes squeaking and did take vehicle to Heritage to service. They insisted that they fixed the problem, 'greased it' would be more like it, and that it was due to 'moisture'. Long story short noise became so bad we took it to a mechanic to diagnose the problem, and wow, was it a 'significant' problem! Basically, our family had been driving this vehicle during the past several months with no back brakes. Heritage attitude 'what do you want us to do about it'. I would like to say that I had a spectacular service experience at Heritage Mazda of Be Air, all because of Mr. Robert Thomas. I have been to several Mazda dealers before finding one that I can Now call home, and it's because of the personal care and professionalism Robert exudes. I brought my car in for routine maintenance, and as a woman there is always the fear of being taken advantage of. From Robert's initial energetic greeting, and his wonderful sense of humor; he put me at ease. Unlike other facilities, Robert did not take advantage of my situation, my car was in piss poor condition, and he prioritized my repair list and offered multiple financing options and discounts. Attempted to purchase a vehicle here the other night and all we encountered was issues. The initial sales person was very likable and was very knowledgeable about their product. When it came time to work the financing, all hell broke loose. The financing manager not only bad mouthed every other dealer in the area but lied through his teeth about his own dealership....I know what you are thinking....what can I expect. What has this industry become? I like a nice honest dealership, salesperson, financing...you know...the whole package. Bottom line is, they weren't willing to work with us on price and that's completely acceptable, that's just how it goes sometimes. Instead of letting us leave quietly and without so much frustration and anger we couldn't see straight, they continued to pester us about why we weren't willing to buy a car from them, how they were the best dealer around, and how great their vehicle and service is. Well, the service was terrible, the vehicle was decent, and the price wasn't what we were willing to commit to. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. I hope their other locations are a little bit more customer oriented. After all, the customer is king. read more

I have never written a review beofre on Yelp, but the complete disregard for the customer this company showed finally prompted me. I came in after seeing a used Fiat 500 for sale and was met by an extremely unprofessional group. First, I went through the trouble of making an appointment with Ken to ensure I wouldn't have to wait, he was busy when I showed. After waiting 30 minutes, I was finally shown the car. The test drive was the only good part. I don't remember his name, but he took me on a good representation of different roads and really gave me a good idea of how the car handles. Now we finally get down to the negotiation part. Currently being in the military I asked if they gave a military discount (a lot of dealerships will) and was literally laughed at for 5 minute. After, they continued to pick at me for even asking! I should have walked out right after that. The guy goes back to his computer to "see what he could do" (check his email and pretend to actually try and find a better deal), comes back with $100 off the over 12K price. All while laughing and continuing to push me. I never wanted to hit a person more than the sales manager. The "big boss" fianlly stoped me on my way out the door (at this point I was actually willing to pay thousands of dollars more just to stick it to them) and reasoned out a fair deal. Fastforward three weeks and I still don't have my vehicle plates, despite being promised them within the first week of ownership. No contact, no progress, nothing! Now that they have my money it seems like they just don't care anymore. Edit: After my initial review I was contacted by James who handled all my concerns very professionally and made significant progress on prior issues. He seemed genuinely concerned about the above mentioned problems and actively sought out how to better conduct buisness. read more

Do not buy a used vehicle from Heritage Bel Air. The warranty / service department deceives you and clears trouble codes without replacing the actual part. They lied to me saying they replaced a very important steering/stabilitrak sensor and the Chevrolet Dealer said that it was impossible because the steering wheel/airbag was never removed from the vehicle and that Heritage does not have the proper equipment to reprogram the brake module. The dealer also said they just cleared the trouble code and did nothing else.. This was a very important safety issue which could have caused a serious accident. Stay away from Heritage Bel Air. Mike, Your worthless used car warranty company would not pay for the steering sensor and your Service Department simply ripped us off, charging $450.00 for clearing the trouble codes. without replacing the part. We paid Chevrolet $450.00 to perform the job and the problem no longer exists. Send me a $450.00 check and I will be satisfied. read more

I just brought a car at this location, my experience was not the best I say but some of the sale representatives were good. When I first arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a lady to the left of the entrance, while interacting with her she had the attitude of "You are here to buy a car ???, really". I was not impressed, I almost felt like taking my wallet out to smack her with it! HONEY you cant judge a book by its cover lol. I was helped by a sales rep Ahmad, who hooked me up with a deal. After negotiating for hours I got a good deal for the CX-7, but not a great deal. A great deal for me is the dealer selling there product and breaking even with no incentive made by the dealership. **Note Please don't feed into the intial numbers they give you as their offer, it is what they want you to PAY, get the DEALER to agree to what YOU want to pay, at least close to it. I took a Mazda for a road test, the car salesman was a young kid, he was very nice. Back in the office when I requested a quote a took at least 15 minutes, the manager got very aggressive because I did not wanted to negotiate the price. I told him that this was a big purchase and I needed some time to think about. Talking about short fuse, I would NOT recommend this dealer. read more

Every time I would come in, whether in a suit or jeans, the group would stare at me like I stole something. There's a blonde woman in particular who is particularly nasty (for lack of a better word). She makes it a point before even approaching or saying 'good morning' that she wants to be left alone. I'll never recommend this place. read more
