This place is cleanly and it seems as they take good pride in their equipment, their customer care, and their overall service.

I called my provider and they have no record or a call or activity through the imfomus portal. No record or any requests what so ever! Needless to say I will not be getting any services at this facility and report them to my provider. Maybe they can make a decision as to whether they should remain in network. The receptionist was extreemly rude because I could not generate a Delta Dental ID card. I explained that I called Delta Dental and asked for a card. They explained that I do not need a card as I am already giving the dental office my drivers license, social security number, and they have my file open in their computer. I opened the Delta Dental app and tried to show the receptioist the blurb where it clearly states that I do not need an ID card. I just wasted a day and I am still in extreem pain. I will post a picture of the screen shot I took where it clearly states, that I do not need an ID. Also, for clarification. This took place at Dr. Tessie T Sy, DDS office in El Monte, Ca 91732. If it were possible, I would give them a zero. Finally, I hope the receptionist states that I am lying and generates camara footage. I was not rude, use bad language, nor was I loud. I'm extremely disappointed with my experiences at this dental office and feel the need to warn others. The employee who worked on me, Luis, was very rude and unprofessional. From the moment he started, his attitude made me uncomfortable, and the way he handled the tools felt careless and rough. He hurt me multiple times during the visit and was not gentle at all, even when I clearly showed I was in pain and uncomfortable. What bothered me most is that this is not a one-time issue. I've had problems here before, and each visit seems to be worse than the last. This time, the experience crossed a line. The way Luis behaved made me feel unsafe as a patient. His actions didn't feel careful or patient-focused, and I left feeling stressed, sore, and upset. There were also moments that made me question whether proper dental safety and regulations were being followed.
