The food is always good. And the dude at the drive through window is always nice and polite. I have never had a bad experience here.

Not sure what has happened, this used to be my favor lace to eat.Tortillas were delicious now they have no flavor at all, not soft whatsoever. The chicken caldo used to be the best not anymore got some the other day tasted completely different. Today had the Mexican dish. Now look refried beans are supposed to look smooth these looked greasy and dark you know like they had been reheated several times I did not touch, enchiladas sauce was ok . Taco really had no flavor , didnt touch the tostada due to same greasy beans were on there . The mexican rice was so bland no flavor , no color. I know this is not the same cook. I was told this place had the best refried beans in town. For all intents and purposes they could be right. The restaurant is nicely decorated and super clean for a Mexican restaurant in this area. There's plenty of staff and plenty of seating. They service Coke products here along with really good sweet tea. The waitress was attentive and the food is priced a little high for the area, but it is quality. The taco size is pretty big, so getting a 3 ingredient taco on a fresh home made tortillas for around $4 is good. Just looking for some good Mexican food and decided to pop in. Fresh chips and salsa came right away. My chili relleno was just right, with plenty of sauce, rice, and beans, enough for some leftovers. Hubby had tacos, also satisfying. Best flour tortillas in town! Food is well prepared and tastes great. Price is fair for the quality and quantity you receive. Both locations have friendly wait staff and interiors are what you expect of a Mexican restaurant - very cute. Food was delicious. We ordered it delivery through one of the apps. A friend recommended the it and they were spot on. Everything was really tasty. Generous portions and we ended up ordering with our eyes more than our stomachs. Ate too much but man was it good! Service I cannot really speak to because we got it delivered. This is a wonderful place to get a meal. The atmosphere is very pleasant and casual, great for friends or families. The restaurant is run by incredibly friendly Mexican folks who will make you feel right at home. Yami was very kind and, since I'm new here, recommended some venues that I could go to for Latin music in the area. As for the food... the chips are probably the best I've ever had and the salsa was great too. I don't eat meat much, so the lack of all veggie options was kind of a downside for me, but I decide to try something new with the mollejas. The meat was not really "me taza de té" but if you like meat you will probably love it. The arroz, frijoles, guacamole, pico de gallo, and veggies that came with it were all very good and high quality. When I come back, I'll probably just order the sides haha. I may end up moving to Corpus Christi, but if I don't, I will be sure to stop in on my next visit! (hopefully my Spanish is better by then too lol) read more

Amazing authentic Mexican food. The prices are great and food was suburb. I moved to Florida and miss great authentic foods like here in south Texas. The good thing is your around the corner from my dads so I'll always come back. We couldn't decide so ordered 3 plates to share. Service was great even on a busy Saturday morning. The food was amazing and they are not stingy with their portions. I got a gordita with guisado that was amazing, had guisado with frijoles. Also got a taco (burrito) of picadillo that was so full it was hard to finish. My husband ordered a taco of barbacoa and another guisado. My mom ordered a taco of nopales with egg and another of papas and egg. My son the pancake plate, which he devoured and he is picky about his pancakes and sausage but loved them. My father order the pork chop breakfast and cleaned his plate. All food was amazing and authentic. Definitely will be returning when we visit Corpus again.
