He even upgraded me so I could get on the road quickly, which I truly appreciated. Bryan handled my check-out and he was amazing. Although he usually works at the Huntington location, everything was fast and smooth. I was running late, and on top of that, he went out of his way to give me a ride to my destination. I highly recommend Enterprise, and especially the Westbury location--it's the one I always use, and the service never disappoints.

I called and canceled and made a regular reservation utilizing my Enterprise app. Mile was Friendly And helped us rent a car. He even dropped is off at the Westbury LIRR the next day. Unfortunately I feel like they are rushing too quickly to actually pay attention to the things that they are doing or the cars that they are bringing in or out. The first car that we had literally leaked oil over our driveway within a few hours. The second car after returning the first one had a seatbelt that could barely close you had to get the right angle. Clearly they thought I was crazy now bringing in my first two cars the third one was absolutely fine thank goodness. Everyone is kind but I think that there is a better system for checking the cars. They are rushing too much and they get a lot of business possibly because the Hempstead one closed. This should not supersede making sure that the cars are safe, in working condition, and not going to ruin private property.

THEN I RECEIVED A NEW CHARGE FOR 76.41!!!! I spoke to their representative (that would be too long a story) who agreed she saw no reason for additional charge. I finally had to call my bank to dispute the charge and block Budget from any future charges. I have filed a complaint with the NY Attorney General's office and the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). In my opinion, this is a company to avoid.

I was charged two Hold fees for one rental , charged for an extra day , (when I was on a flight home) .. and also charged a fee for what was described as a " late return " for a rental that started off SIX HOURS LATE".. (not my fault) and that I returned ON TIME.. I missed my event as I'm disabled and could not leave the airport until I was sure a car came in...was told to pick up the car at 500 pm .. Took a $60 Uber and was greeted by a rep who wasn't even going to let me in !! She told me no cars.. my daughter got off work picked me up , we left .. then the rep calls me to come pick up a car at 6 pm!! .. had it for three days.. charged for four..called for a refund that still has not shown up ( not talking about posting) because the rep did not put it in my notes and told me he couldn't send an email with the refund info, and would not let me talk to a supervisor!! However, the manager informed me that there was a low inventory of undamaged cars. He gave me a Chevy Camaro with front bumper damage, which the customer service representative noted on my receipt. The customer sitting next to me was returning her rent a car. She said that she also had been given a damaged one and that she was Blessed to make it back to New York alive. She claimed that the car was barely operable. The interior of the Camaro is dusty. It might not have been sanitized before I drove it off the lot. Enterprise has jeopardized my health in these days of increasing COVID-19 risk levels. I had to sanitize the car myself with my own wipes. The oil indicator light came today, Mother's Day, signaling low oil, and because all Enterprise offices are closed today, except the airport ones which the at-fault driver's policy does not allow me to use, I am unable to exchange this car for another one. Tomorrow I plan to get an exchange at another Enterprise office--one with a higher inventory of undamaged cars and better Yelp reviews.
