When I felt a faint smell of cigarette in the car they assigned to me, they quickly changed it for another one. I realize this place has some bad reviews from a few years ago. They don't reflect the quality of the service now. I will continue to look for this location when I search for car rentals. It is a bit out of the way for me, but the service is worth it.

This was my first time using them because it was close to the shop where my car was being serviced. Although they had few cars available, I still gave them my business. While driving I noticed the vehicle sounded and felt a little funny. Shortly after, the tide blew. They have the nerve to try and charge me for the raggedy tie that blew. I should have known something was odd because when we did the walk around, the guy told us the spare tire is in the trunk. They also said we used of 800 miles. So if you do decide to rent from them, check everything!!!! If I could rate them 0 stars I would. They don't deserve 1 star.

    STOP deleting my review before I take this to social media & corporate…read more Y'all, make sure you read their Yelp reviews--they're more accurate. I got into a car accident and had to rent a car for a month. In their system, I selected a car for $30 a day, but they put me in a $60-a-day vehicle without telling me they upgraded it. I'm pretty sure they stay silent about price changes because they get paid on commission. After having the car for about 10 days, I found out my insurance would stop covering my rental in five days. I was pissed. Their only solution was for me to return the car and switch to a cheaper one. This was during a snowstorm--I wasn't trying to drive since the roads were icy (and I was still shaken from my accident). But the next day, I returned it anyway. When I got there, they suddenly had no cars with all-wheel drive. Then they told me they "couldn't check" other Enterprise locations' inventory--which sounds like a straight-up lie. The manager also admitted that they don't tell people prices unless asked, meaning they purposely avoid talking about cost--especially when they upgrade you. That's shady and dishonest business. I ended up driving to a different Enterprise to switch my car. This location is slimy. Do not rent from them. I paid over $600 out of pocket. I prepaid just to avoid having to speak to them when dropping the car off. My accident was already traumatic, and they only made it worse. Both cars they gave me sounded like they were on the verge of breaking down. Since it was freezing outside, the windshield washer fluid was frozen, so I couldn't even use it. When I finally returned the car at the end of all this, all they had to do was hand me my receipt so I could leave. Instead, they tried to say I owed $700 (or maybe $7, I couldn't tell--but I know for a fact I paid over $600 two weeks prior and didn't owe them a dime). After some back and forth, they finally confirmed I owed nothing. Enterprise, do NOT reply to this unless you're refunding my money. I've already raised my concerns with the manager and their supervisor, so save your generic response. I've rented from Enterprise several times, but this was the worst experience. This location should be shut down. I hope karma handles the rest. Oh, and tell that manager to stop telling people to "have a blessed day" after knowingly scamming them. His "blessings" are passive aggressive.

I recently had a business trip and chose this location because it was convenient, and I'm happy to report I had a wonderful experience. The entire process was incredibly easy and efficient--I was in and out in no more than 10 minutes from the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off the lot. I did pre-register everything online, but my customer agent, Aaliyah, was fantastic. Aaliyah was very friendly, professional and made sure I had all the information I needed, answering every question I had. I will definitely be returning to this Enterprise for all my future car rental needs. Aaliyah even mentioned that Enterprise sells premium vehicles, which is great to know as I'm currently in the market for a new car and exploring my options. Overall, the service was wonderful, and I highly recommend this location. I will most definitely rent a vehicle here again.

When I got there I received nothing but attitude and rudeness so bad that I left and went down the road to Hertz. Josh, the man who was helping me told me I was not on the rez and that he wouldn't give me a car (this was after he already gave me crap about not having insurance papers). He said I'd have to start a new reservation but I didn't have the proper credit card with me. But even worse, his cell phone rings in the middle of it all. He picks it up and begins arguing with whomever he was talking to - sounded like his baby mama. I'm not sure but it was clearly a personal call and he's yelling. He stepped aside for a couple minutes. There was no one else at the counter to help. So, I left. And prior to the phone call when I asked Josh what his name is, he tells me real snotty-like, "Joshua, here's my card." Wow, just wow.

We need a rental for a day trip when we were staying in National Harbour. This location which is 5 min walk from our hotel. We arranged to pick up our rental at 8 am and able to do an overnight off hour drop off. This is perfect as it saved us time and unnecessary overnight parking charges. Location is a little tricky to find. Best to ask hotel staff for directions if it is your first time. This will save you a lot of agony. The small counter is located in the 2nd floor across from the parking garage. There is only 1 person working so basically she has to everything including cleaning the vehicle after rental. Don't be surprised if there is no one picking up the phones or even anyone be in the office during business hours. Eventually I did talk to the staff and able to confirm my reservation. The rental process was smooth and fast. After some paper work we on our way in 15 minutes. Dropping off was straight forward, as we just parked the car at the designated parking at the parking garage on the 5th floor and put the key in the overnight key drop in the rental office. The rental though was not in good condition. The interior was dirty. The exterior was all scratches and dents. I was a little worry that they might make me pay for some of the previous existing damages. Luckily I was charged the amount as agreed in my rental agreement. With the limited car rental companies in the immediate area, Hertz is probably the best and the only option.

He was not dressed professionally or in any Hertz branded clothing. He said he was going to get my car and that was 15mins ago and I'm still waiting. This location is understaffed and the staff they do have is very unprofessional. This is not the service I expected from Hertz!
