We decided to come here after dinner to have a couple more glasses of wine and dessert. It's a great place, though the style of wines were not for us (way too fruit forward). They are VERY dog-friendly and the gluten-free chocolate dessert was great, as was the service. It's a nice way to casually spend an hour.

Definitely a must do if you're in Santa Fe! Les Combes winery is the largest winery in New Mexico. Their wines are incredible. Honorable mention to the limited release Cabernet Sauvignon, Cab Franc, and the Malbec. Every wine I had was exceptional and the atmosphere was cool, comfortable, with all of the best tunes. Angel made the experience as memorable as it was. He was so helpful, sweet, and knowledgeable. He is such an asset to this place. I'm so glad I got to experience his hospitality because it certainly made my trip!

Warm and welcoming place to tastes some wines. The Lescombes wine is the largest wine maker in New Mexico. We were seated in a nice comfy chairs and allowed or dog to sit next to us. We were offered a tasting of their Heritage Cab which was just outstanding. We both ordered a flight which included 3 different wines. The Heritage flight includes a white, rose and red. Highly recommend since each had a unique taste and temp. We took a couple bottles of the red home. Food plates were small but very healthy. We ordered the hummus and lavender infused feta plate. Comes with pita bread and a couple cucumbers to dip. Couldn't decided which I liked more, the hummus or the whipped feta. Doesn't appear they sell outside their stores but have an online store where they ship to your door or join their club for monthly deliveries.

Nice wine bar in the center of Santa Fe! We tried a couple of Brut Rosé (bubbly) and it was perfect for an hot summer day! The cheese/charcuterie was great as a little snack coming with it. The bartender was really nice and efficient and the ambiance was relaxing! We will come back!!

Such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere! Great service and exceptional food and drinks. The wine flights were a perfect option, and the green chili margarita was so tasty! The bacon wrapped stuffed dates were delicious, and we each selected a bruschetta for the flight. The table next to us had the charcuterie board which looked quite nice. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Santa Fe!

Very nice meatball, a must try, very tight taste. Service is good too, WiFi available.

Definitely will return. Love their open atrium roof; long corridor front entrance is quite grand (the back door isn't bad). The wines are simply great, we tried two flights: Signature red 631: Cab sauv, Merlot & Cab-Sangio Heritage: Pinot Gris, Rose, Cab sauv They're all very good; Heritage Cabernet Sauvignon is slightly better than 631 Cabernet Sauvignon.

Rafael, our waiter, was fantastic! He gave us a quick history lesson on Hervé and walked us through the wine list with ease. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and articulate giving us plenty of time to decide while explaining the flavors and "why" behind each wine. We opted for two custom flights, which was a great way for the three of us to sample a bit of everything. We also shared the bruschetta. a great pairing with the wine and a nice mix of flavors. The overall experience was a delight. The ambiance is wonderful. Tucked in downtown Santa Fe, the wine bar sits at the end of a welcoming corridor and opens into a vibrant, airy space with a large skylight overhead. Bright, stylish, and inviting -- it's a perfect spot for a relaxed tasting or a casual dinner.

Great wine selection with tasty appetizers! Had a flight of their reds with bacon dates and a their plate of cheeses and meats. We were planning on dinner but that was more than sufficient. The location adds to the ambiance. Beautiful atrium looking center with a great view upstairs .

Hervé Wine Bar is more than a pitstop for tapas and a glass of vino. Living up to the Lescombes family brand, this restaurant offers a rather sizable menu in a courtyard space reminiscent of New Orleans (with iron-rail balcony seating, window lining, and glass ceiling -- great for a rainy or cold day). The wine flight of red was rather light on flavor but featured an array of New Mexico varietals, and our food was filling and nicely prepared.

Where to begin... Service, amazing, staff is present and supportive but not overbearing. Atmosphere and ambiance, come visit for yourself ;) a gorgeous courtyard terrace with multiple seating options (bar, couch, table) based on your desired energy I had the salmon with the minimal intervention wine flight, a wonderful culinary experience Get off Yelp and come to Hervé

I found this place while exploring Santa Fe. I felt like it was completely hidden, but it was completely busy, so it is definitely not a secret! We had two custom flights and a charcuterie board. It was a terrific experience all around. The wines were different than CA wines, but good. And the charcuterie board was also different than CA, but a very interesting selection and good flavors. This is a gem of a place.

Herve Wine Bar was a beautiful experience from the entrance to the open, bright area where you can enjoy a meal or one of their cocktails or wines at a table or a more relaxed couch/chair set up. We started with a Moscow Mule and an Old Fashioned along with a really lovely soup of the day (Roasted Red Pepper with Gouda) and a House Salad with Pecan Vinaigrette. All of that was well-made and extremely tasty! The soup was so good there was a momentary thought of licking the bowl (didn't do that of course ;). For the entree we chose the Southwestern Meatloaf (tasty and flavorful, asparagus was delicious as well) and the Chicken Burrata on jasmine rice (well cooked, flavorful, but the cold burrata just threw it off a bit against the other ingredients). Still good but maybe not quite as cold on the Burrata would be recommended. For dessert we had the Chocolate Torte which was very good as well. The service was also very good...professional and friendly. Very nice place for an evening of cocktails/wine and some small plates or the entrees!

The ambiance is cool, both literally and figuratively....it was so pleasant to come in from the summer heat into this stylish and AC'd spot featuring local artists' work on the walls, and the hand soap in the bathroom also felt artisan and special. Individual hand towels to dry off hands after washing as well. The second time we came in it was just my husband and myself, and Evan gave us the royal treatment once again. There were other patrons and he graced every party with the same attentiveness and expertise. We each ordered a flight, and when Evan was knowledgeably explaining the wines we selected, it made me crave and decide to ask for a glass of bubbly. We were warmly greeted and we're happy. It was on the quiet side since they weren't busy yet. By the time we left, it was busy! We really enjoyed our server, Paris. He was warm and seemed to take a general interest in us. I shared my concerns with him that my pallet doesn't tolerate much spicy. He at all. He assured me there would be no problem in accommodating that. He started us off with a complementary prickly pear & lemonade drink which we loved! He also provided a complementary appetizer which was very unique and made out of avocado and mascarpone and some other items I don't remember. Why I didn't love it, I did enjoy hasting something so unique and different. We started with the best cornbread I've ever had that shaped like a cob of corn with three different kinds of butters. The cornbread is $12 and worth it! Next came the Caesar salad wrapped in some kind of egg roll wrapper and topped with an anchovy mixture. We split it so we each got two rolls which was plenty. We very much enjoyed the flavors in the salad. Don ordered the Wagyu short rib with polenta. While we don't love polenta, this was tasty and complemented the beef nicely. Don said this was the best short rib he ever had. I wish I had a picture of how they presented it. When they took the lid off, there was a lovely steam cloud and it smelled wonderful. I had scallops with each one placed beautifully on top of of really interesting wild rice and finished with toasted coconut. The pineapple salsa and the Hoja Santa Fe Oil were placed in small rounds in the middle of the dish because they had some kick to them. What was especially impressive, is the gentleman who brought out my meal leaned over and said that the Chef wanted to let me know that the two items in the small dishes had heat to them, but I was encouraged to give them a try for the full flavor. Impressive! I was able to enjoy the pineapple salsa, but the oil was a little too spicy for me, but I'm glad I tried it.
