Apple crisp with cinnamon ice cream

This was our special NYE meal. The restaurant was cozy. It has a lot of small rooms with a few tables in each. The waiters were continually bumping the back of my chair when they were delivering food to the table next to us. Other rooms didn't look as tight. The food made up for it. Food was delicious. I ordered the pumpkin ravioli for my first course. This was delicious. however, the pumpkin amounts were not the same in every ravioli. My first ravioli had the most pumpkin in it and was so delicious. I kept expecting to have that same amount of pumpkin but the rest barely had any. My partner ordered the Steak Frites, which he enjoyed, but there were no veggies, which I always expect with a meal. I ordered the rack of lamb, with carrots, potatoes and turnips. Absolutely delicious and I had plenty of veggies to share. Last, we both ordered the apple crisp with cinnamon ice cream. Our waitress was friendly, checked on us periodically, poured wine when we needed it, and just made sure we had everything we needed. Great French restaurant.

Always love eating at 315 while in Santa Fe. The outdoor patio is the best during summer months. There was a band playing across the street at the pink adobe and you could hear it all the way at the 315 patio and it wasn't too loud or too faint, just perfect. Service is always impeccable. 315 has one of the best wine selections in town, but the drinks are amazing too. I had the oysters in half shell, their minionet sauce is homemade and fabulous. Their menu changes seasonally, so be prepared to have to choose from a new menu all the time. Also had the spinach salad with local morel mushrooms and also the rack of lamb. The lamb was perfection. As a side, why not a plate full of more morels, just lightly pan fried with olive oil- so good. Always a pleasure to be able to eat here.

This beautiful, softly lit restaurant is so inviting and quiet, meaning you can carry on a conversation without hollering at each other across the table. The crab cake appetizer is the perfect marriage of flavors and textures. The French fried chicken is tender, flavorful, and juicy without being greasy. Dessert consisted of a classic champagne cocktail and a yummy molten chocolate cake with caramelized bananas. It's probably one of the best places in town!

I don't just recommend, I highly recommend. We had a wonderful experience tonight for my birthday dinner. The food, the service, the ambiance were all stellar. We were greeted by the manager who had impeccable manners and fantastic cocktail knowledge. We started with a cocktail. My husband had a Weller old fashioned. I had an Americano. There are good cocktails and there are perfect cocktails. Ours were both perfect. We both opted for the prix fixe menu because it was so tempting. The appetizers were delicious. The Bœuf Bourgogne was excellent. And the apple crisp tasted like Christmas. The wine list is excellent, so many great options at very reasonable prices. I had the Haut Medoc (delicious) my hubs had the Alsatian Pinot (even more delicious). The menu is innovative. The presentation is beautiful. The wine list is fantastic. I was very impressed

Me and my sisters family dined at 315 on July 16, we were super excited to try it out - however we were quite disappointed with the service and the food. Our server couldn't understand the drink menu too well, we asked for the gimlet and sadly my sisters arrived in a glass that had a chip on it. When I placed the order for the foi gras, I asked for a side salad. I wish the server told me that the foi gras came with salad. Food was alright. My son ordered the salmon, it was a little too buttery. It didn't settle with his tummy. However the mussels were good, my nieces and daughter ordered the same thing. The food took a REALLY long time to arrive. In the mean time the waiter made sure our water was topped off every 10 min

A wonderful gem in Santa Fe. Close to the plaza/downtown Santa Fe. Delicious food, warm ambience, and a lively social scene!

Visiting from Dubai with my family and sisters family. I chose to dine here reading the reviews, but we were disappointed with the service. I ordered a martini and the rim was chipped! Then we ordered food which took forever! Was quite a let down! Was expecting more!

Food wasn't bad but it was just average. We ordered salmon, Steak frites, Caesar Salad, and some French fried chicken. Let me just start off with charging $36 for fried chicken is outrageous. It didn't taste any different from fast food fried chicken. The New York strip steak was burnt on the outside which made the inside harder to chew than usual. The Caesar salad we chose to add $10 worth of grilled shrimp which turned out to be only 3 small pieces. Definitely not worth $10. Our waitress was nice to us though.

We haven't been to 315 in years and years; that was a mistake! I had dinner with a group of 14 (part of the Santa Fe Foodies). Everything everyone ordered was top-notch, and everyone in the group was extremely happy with all aspects of the food and service. My wife and I ordered off the "Fish House Menu" because we know 315 gets all its fish from the local Fishmonger here in Santa Fe (Above Sea Level), and the quality is as good as anywhere in the US. So, you out-of-towners, don't worry that you're in the high desert; if you want great fish, this is the place. We started with Sauteed Soft Shell Crab, a favorite of mine that I always order when I see it on a menu (it is a rarity). It was outstanding in every way. The green curry sauce was to die for. Then we had the Crispy Scallops. Good, but more like deep-fried baby scallops, which, while tasty, are not on par with the crab. Still enjoyable. For mains, we split a half order of Black Mussels and the Grilled Branzino. Both were superb. The sauce with the mussels was outstanding. One person at our table had the Rack of Lamb and raved about it; another tried the French Fried Chicken and was equally enthralled with this meal. The service was just outstanding in every respect, and Chef Moskow runs a very tight ship here. Benjamin was our main server, but he was assisted by a team of at least five others, and everyone was super attentive and professional. It is clear why 315 Bistro has been around for decades. Tip: Parking is free across the street in the State Land Office business parking lot.

We ordered flights of white and none of them were cold enough. I understand if they had been reds, but on a hot summer day, one just craves a cold glass of wine and/or bubbly. Once we were done tasting our wines and the food arrived, we had to ask a couple of times/people to remove the large glasses and apparatus they rested in from our table since there wasn't room for everything. The hummus and pita with hot honey and feta was pretty good, and our son loved his pasta dish from the kids menu, but that was the extent of the magic here. The paninis the rest of our party ordered were again, just ok. When I went to the restroom I was appalled. There was some really gross stuff sticking to the wall next to the toilet; I couldn't tell if it was barf or poop, but it really turned me off. Good thing we were already on our way out. The atmosphere is kind of a New Orleans vibe with a high ceiling and covered terrace upstairs with plants that you can see from the downstairs area. That was nice. The day before when I was walking around the Plaza, they had a big carafe of fruit-infused ice water outside the restaurant with plastic cups for people to help themselves to, and it was super refreshing. That was the best thing about this place.

The grandparents got their drinks by the glass and the kiddo was happy to have water and snacks. The ambiance is cool, both literally and figuratively....it was so pleasant to come in from the summer heat into this stylish and AC'd spot featuring local artists' work on the walls, and the hand soap in the bathroom also felt artisan and special. We were warmly greeted and we're happy. It was on the quiet side since they weren't busy yet. By the time we left, it was busy! We really enjoyed our server, Paris. He was warm and seemed to take a general interest in us. I shared my concerns with him that my pallet doesn't tolerate much spicy. He at all. He assured me there would be no problem in accommodating that. He started us off with a complementary prickly pear & lemonade drink which we loved! He also provided a complementary appetizer which was very unique and made out of avocado and mascarpone and some other items I don't remember. Why I didn't love it, I did enjoy hasting something so unique and different. We started with the best cornbread I've ever had that shaped like a cob of corn with three different kinds of butters. The cornbread is $12 and worth it! Next came the Caesar salad wrapped in some kind of egg roll wrapper and topped with an anchovy mixture. We split it so we each got two rolls which was plenty. We very much enjoyed the flavors in the salad. Don ordered the Wagyu short rib with polenta. While we don't love polenta, this was tasty and complemented the beef nicely. Don said this was the best short rib he ever had. I wish I had a picture of how they presented it. When they took the lid off, there was a lovely steam cloud and it smelled wonderful. I had scallops with each one placed beautifully on top of of really interesting wild rice and finished with toasted coconut. The pineapple salsa and the Hoja Santa Fe Oil were placed in small rounds in the middle of the dish because they had some kick to them. What was especially impressive, is the gentleman who brought out my meal leaned over and said that the Chef wanted to let me know that the two items in the small dishes had heat to them, but I was encouraged to give them a try for the full flavor. Impressive! I was able to enjoy the pineapple salsa, but the oil was a little too spicy for me, but I'm glad I tried it.
