A culinary delight. Came here last night and made a reservation for 6 o'clock. We found close parking nearby and the place wasn't too full. But with the separate rooms for different tables, it could get quite loud in those rooms. Service started out attentive at first, then got slower towards the end (overall, we were there about 2 hours). The menu that was online wasn't quite the same as what they had in the restaurant (no shrimp and scallop ravioli). My friend got the Caesar salad with the crunchy scallops ($10 and adding $15 for the scallops) and as we could tell from other diners nearby as well, the croutons were a little too crunchy. I ended up with the appetize size of the cavatelli (for $20 and which was plentiful) and had fava beans, mushrooms, bell peppers, and a black truffle cream sauce- delicious. The gin and tonic and house coffee were also good. We each got a dessert ($12 each) at the end- creme brulee and a chocolate pot de creme with Chantilly cream and berries- yum. Oh, and the bread and butter were the icing on the cake too 2025 #42

Always love eating at 315 while in Santa Fe. The outdoor patio is the best during summer months. There was a band playing across the street at the pink adobe and you could hear it all the way at the 315 patio and it wasn't too loud or too faint, just perfect. Service is always impeccable. 315 has one of the best wine selections in town, but the drinks are amazing too. I had the oysters in half shell, their minionet sauce is homemade and fabulous. Their menu changes seasonally, so be prepared to have to choose from a new menu all the time. Also had the spinach salad with local morel mushrooms and also the rack of lamb. The lamb was perfection. As a side, why not a plate full of more morels, just lightly pan fried with olive oil- so good. Always a pleasure to be able to eat here.

This beautiful, softly lit restaurant is so inviting and quiet, meaning you can carry on a conversation without hollering at each other across the table. The crab cake appetizer is the perfect marriage of flavors and textures. The French fried chicken is tender, flavorful, and juicy without being greasy. Dessert consisted of a classic champagne cocktail and a yummy molten chocolate cake with caramelized bananas. It's probably one of the best places in town!

A wonderful gem in Santa Fe. Close to the plaza/downtown Santa Fe. Delicious food, warm ambience, and a lively social scene!

Me and my sisters family dined at 315 on July 16, we were super excited to try it out - however we were quite disappointed with the service and the food. Our server couldn't understand the drink menu too well, we asked for the gimlet and sadly my sisters arrived in a glass that had a chip on it. When I placed the order for the foi gras, I asked for a side salad. I wish the server told me that the foi gras came with salad. Food was alright. My son ordered the salmon, it was a little too buttery. It didn't settle with his tummy. However the mussels were good, my nieces and daughter ordered the same thing. The food took a REALLY long time to arrive. In the mean time the waiter made sure our water was topped off every 10 min

I don't just recommend, I highly recommend. We had a wonderful experience tonight for my birthday dinner. The food, the service, the ambiance were all stellar. We were greeted by the manager who had impeccable manners and fantastic cocktail knowledge. We started with a cocktail. My husband had a Weller old fashioned. I had an Americano. There are good cocktails and there are perfect cocktails. Ours were both perfect. We both opted for the prix fixe menu because it was so tempting. The appetizers were delicious. The Bœuf Bourgogne was excellent. And the apple crisp tasted like Christmas. The wine list is excellent, so many great options at very reasonable prices. I had the Haut Medoc (delicious) my hubs had the Alsatian Pinot (even more delicious). The menu is innovative. The presentation is beautiful. The wine list is fantastic. I was very impressed

Visiting from Dubai with my family and sisters family. I chose to dine here reading the reviews, but we were disappointed with the service. I ordered a martini and the rim was chipped! Then we ordered food which took forever! Was quite a let down! Was expecting more!

Food wasn't bad but it was just average. We ordered salmon, Steak frites, Caesar Salad, and some French fried chicken. Let me just start off with charging $36 for fried chicken is outrageous. It didn't taste any different from fast food fried chicken. The New York strip steak was burnt on the outside which made the inside harder to chew than usual. The Caesar salad we chose to add $10 worth of grilled shrimp which turned out to be only 3 small pieces. Definitely not worth $10. Our waitress was nice to us though.

Stumbled on this place while walking around Santa Fe, and decided to come back for a drink in the evening. Glad we did! Cute little bistro type place, has a full menu, great bar area, outdoor heated seating and nice cozy indoor seating. We chose indoors as a little chilly outside! The daily specials menu had am amazing sounding entree on it that we ended up getting just out of curiosity because of the mushrooms and corn flan . Plus scallops are our thing. It was so interesting flavor wise and looked amazing, truffle corn flan was so rich with pieces of corn, but a creamy sauce around it, the chanterelle mushrooms were so different from anything I've eaten before. But just melt in your mouth, but still meaty. The sauce was amazing , buttery, great to swipe the bread through, well worth the price and glad we checked in on Yelp as it gave us a free dessert! We chose the apple cobbler, again wonderful rich buttery cobbler and lovely cinnamony apples, and delicious vanilla ice cream. Plus sliced strawberries. Great freebie! So went for a drink and came out pretty full! The Prosecco was delish too, 315 is a great spot for unusual dishes and a quite atmosphere. Great service too. Enjoyed every minute!

(Future manager I think) He let me sample some great wines 1) Signature Canyon Five ~ fruity. Unique 2) Heritage Cabernet Sauvignon ~ AMAZING ! GREAT but I did ask for a side of Green Chile. And Garlic Aioli for the potatoes Nicely cooked but I added some salt and chile to make it pop my taste buds. YES. I would order it again the same way The Pork Chop looked great as well Desert was also very good. We ordered flights of white and none of them were cold enough. I understand if they had been reds, but on a hot summer day, one just craves a cold glass of wine and/or bubbly. Once we were done tasting our wines and the food arrived, we had to ask a couple of times/people to remove the large glasses and apparatus they rested in from our table since there wasn't room for everything. The hummus and pita with hot honey and feta was pretty good, and our son loved his pasta dish from the kids menu, but that was the extent of the magic here. The paninis the rest of our party ordered were again, just ok. When I went to the restroom I was appalled. There was some really gross stuff sticking to the wall next to the toilet; I couldn't tell if it was barf or poop, but it really turned me off. Good thing we were already on our way out. The atmosphere is kind of a New Orleans vibe with a high ceiling and covered terrace upstairs with plants that you can see from the downstairs area. That was nice. The day before when I was walking around the Plaza, they had a big carafe of fruit-infused ice water outside the restaurant with plastic cups for people to help themselves to, and it was super refreshing. That was the best thing about this place.

The first time we came, we had a delicious cheese & charcuterie plate with all the fixins, including a spicy jam I asked to take to-go when we were done. Evan thoughtfully topped it off and put it in a small container. Wines were delicious--the hubs and I each ordered a flight, he a "refreshing whites" flight and I a mix n match situation (also whites, but with bubbly selections as well). The grandparents got their drinks by the glass and the kiddo was happy to have water and snacks. The ambiance is cool, both literally and figuratively....it was so pleasant to come in from the summer heat into this stylish and AC'd spot featuring local artists' work on the walls, and the hand soap in the bathroom also felt artisan and special. Individual hand towels to dry off hands after washing as well. The second time we came in it was just my husband and myself, and Evan gave us the royal treatment once again. There were other patrons and he graced every party with the same attentiveness and expertise. We each ordered a flight, and when Evan was knowledgeably explaining the wines we selected, it made me crave and decide to ask for a glass of bubbly. He went above and beyond to bring us a sampling of bubbles on the house! What?! Definitely will be back if we are ever in the area again and we highly recommend this place. When I arrived, I originally wanted to visit the restaurant, which was closed for the week due to a family emergency. So I presented to the open seating bar. Was ignored a long time. Got up to go to the bar and someone else stole my table. Took a long time to be acknowledged by the bar tender and finally made an order. Took quite a while to get it. Things got better when a bar seat opened up and I moved to the bar. But keep in mind, a different bar tender pretty much took over and kept my drinks flowing. That first bar tender could not hang, demonstrating poor time management skills and appeared to be moving slowly. The second bar tender, I think his name is Hector, really turned things around for me. I visited Secreto (another hotel based outfit, in the Hotel St. Francis) because they are supposed to be a "cocktail experience," boasting "garden to glass" cocktails.
