    Green grape croffle

I tried their bingsu and it's especially worth it for the price. It's similar to other spots like Sul and Beans! The inside is really cute and clean and the photo op section is really well decorated. This location is perfect for groups of all sizes. My group of 3 was so full after, it would be better if we had one more person to share our order with.

    Blue unicorn latte

I had the blue unicorn drink and i had the one from boba guys when it was their seasonal drink. It was so flavorful but this one has a lychee sweetness to it and the milk helped with the creaminess.

    Brown sugar milk tea

I came here randomly to try it out since it replaced the previous tea joint? I simply picked a brown sugar boba milk tea..... there is nothing special about it? I even saw a short list of ingredients on the receipt and one of them is just "whole milk." So that's the secret? This place just gets a gallon of whole milk, adds brown sugar and some pearls? It doesn't help the pearls are harder to chew and clumped together? I won't mention the name but there is another waffle place that sells similar items for half the price. I find the assortment of waffles overpriced if we are just looking at the topping aspect.

Went on a Saturday just before 2pm. There was no wait. Ordered at the cashier but there's also a kiosk. Got the passion fruit, peach tea with crystal boba with least amount of sweetness. It still tasted like 50-70% sweetness, possibly from the crystal boba. Service was fast and friendly. Drink was refreshing.

Poor guy backed up on these orders 30 min before closing. He all by himself too

The Unicorn Pink Latte is so pretty and tasted good! I think people come here for the aesthetics. Missing one star because the wait time was long. There was only one guy working and he was backed up on a Wednesday night. Here is a picture of all the orders he had to do ALONE 30 min before closing. Sad... I'd come here again though.

Croffle 2/5 - this was not good. It was soggy. Even the parts without the syrup was not crispy so that was disappointing. This took forever for them to make too. Flavor of the apple cinnamon wasn't bad tho. Not too sweet Shaved ice 2/5 - the texture of the ice didn't taste like bingsoo. It was more mushy and milky. It was difficult to finish bc it was so big and not good. Hwachae 2/5 - this was okay. I didn't enjoy it as much as I thought. It also was not as pretty as the picture when we placed the order. I've been to HHD in LA and they had different dessert options and it was good but I won't be coming back to this location. There's also very few tables and seating here

I think place overall is very much instagram material. The food looks good and the place is pretty nice. There's a lot of space inside and very clean looking. The waffle itself was kinda hard and chewy. The toppings were great just not the waffle. Staff was really nice and overall the food came out pretty fast. It's quite pricy as well.

Unicorn and strawberry milk and strawberry banana croffle

I've seen HHD Heuk Hwa Dang all over social media and just had to try it out. Located in Milpitas, it's in a corner so you might not see it at first, but don't worry--parking is abundant, so you're good on that front. The inside is cute and roomy with plenty of seating and a fun photo area with props. We tried the Strawberry Milk and Unicorn drinks (the Unicorn tastes like Dippin' Dots Banana Split), and they were absolutely delicious. We also got the croffle, which was crispy, not too sweet, and simply delightful. The service was amazing. The staff was incredibly patient and helpful. If you're feeling shy, there's also a kiosk for ordering, which is very convenient. HHD Heuk Hwa Dang is definitely a new favorite place to go to. Highly recommend!

    Peach Lychee Large ($6.84)
    PinnPinn S.

Im sorry but I was not expecting canned peaches when I ordered Peach Lychee Fruit tea and nearly paid $7 for it ($6.84 incl. tax to be exact) Cute interior inside and all but my drink actually looked and tasted like they opened one of those canned peaches you buy from the grocery store with water added to it. You can see from the picture that the one peach slice in my drink is exactly that. Could not even taste the Lychee, just like diluted canned peach water. Over $6 for something like that in this economy should be a crime

Boba croffle and strawberry banana croffle
    Mary Y.

I had croffles before but nothing like the ones here! My friend and I ordered the boba croffle and the strawberry banana croffle to share. Which filled us UP. The cream was nice and light and also not too sweet. While the toppings were a nice addition to the crispy waffle. The cafe has a self ordering machine with pictures of the menu items which made ordering a breeze. They had an assortment of drinks from milk tea, fruit tea and their special drinks that all looked delicious. Even had shaved ice to enjoy! I'd love to come again to try more of their menu items. The cafe also has multiple tables to sit to enjoy your food. This made it a good "after dinner" spot to catch up with friends. Service was quick and staff were nice. After enjoying your dessert, customers bus their own tables and leave their trays on the counter. They even had a photo op area at the back of the cafe with props to take photos with. I will definitely try to come again!

New hidden gem! Came here on a Sunday as my friend saw it on Yelp, and I thought it was a great find. They have amazing croissant desserts and savory options as well. We got the berry and strawberry & banana one and they were both delicious. They weren't too sweet either. I will say, the cooler it got, the more hard it was to cut through with our plastic knifes but I guess you can just grab it and eat it whole. We also got drinks and I got their strawberry match with 50% sugar and it was delicious! Perfect sweetness and goodness. Service was pretty good but it got pretty busy after we ordered and there were only two people working so I can def see why people are complaining about service. I personally didn't have too big of an issue but it'll depend on the day. They have a kiosk where you can order but not too many tables. I'll be back!

    Kevin P.

Social media overhype. Parking can be disastrous or a breeze, it depends on what day and time you go. Ordering using the kiosk, super easy or head straight to the counter for a live person. Right next to them you can see the croffle offerings. Interior is extremely spacious with not enough seatings, lots of open space that can be of use. They even have an area in the back designated for selfies. Service was fast, got our order within 10 minutes. Lychee milk drink: 1/5, awful. Not sure what I was drinking. It tasted like regular milk mixed with canned lychee juice. Regular croffle: 3.5/5, it was too chewy for my liking but everyone has preference. ($5.50 as of Q2 2024). Strawberry and bananas croffle: ($10.50 as of Q2 2024), the price discrepancy here with 1/4 banana and four pieces of strawberries and some whipped cream is odd. Just like the regular croffle, it's too chewy. Maybe it has been sitting out too long? 2.5/5

    Lena T.

They have a kiosk to the side or you can order at the counter. Their menu screens are a bit hard to read and a lot of their drinks have nondescript names so you don't even know what's inside it. They are super slow at making drinks. Surprisingly the milk tea with boba took the longest but that should be the simplest thing to make at a boba shop? One thing that really bugged me was one worker finished making the last drink in my order and just put it on the counter and didn't even call out the number. The drinks themselves were ok. The aurora sunset was really artificial tasting. Nothing special about it. Their boba texture was good though. The place is pretty big and has a lot of seating. Overall wouldn't come back or recommend this place as the service is slow and drinks are overpriced for what you get.

Hi, I recently started the KETO diet and I was wondering if you can make Dalgona Coffee Latte in a KETO version? I've been using Stevia or Monk fruit as sweetners and almond milk and heavy whipping cream.

The shop is clean and stylish, and the drinks come in reusable glasses and mugs, rather than defaulting to plastic cups. There is not a dedicated parking lot (it is stationed beside an apartment complex), but there is some street parking available in easy walking distance. The servers are friendly and quick, and there is a wide but not overwhelming variety of drink (mostly coffee/espresso and some matcha) and food (cake slices, waffles, and dessert toasts) options available. You can also preorder whole cakes from them. The coffee is decent, but I find that $7 is a little steep for a latte that doesn't really stand out. I can sort of justify it by thinking that I'm also paying for the lovely space to work as well. The desserts are also a bit pricy, at around $10 per piece (and the pieces aren't huge). Overall, I had a pleasant experience here and would absolutely recommend it if you're looking for a place to sit down for a while to read, study, or relax, despite the somewhat pricy menu.

Since every drink is freshly brewed to order, I decided to give it a try--and I was completely blown away. The jasmine tea was incredibly rich and flavorful, perfectly balanced with the creamy A2 milk. As someone who's extremely picky about boba tea, I have to say they got everything exactly right. So many places make their jasmine tea taste overly floral or perfume-like, but here the flavor was delicate, smooth, and just the right intensity. And let's talk about the boba--it was cooked perfectly! Soft, fresh, and delightfully chewy, exactly how boba should be. Beyond the drinks, the atmosphere is absolutely charming. The décor is beautiful, warm, and thoughtfully designed. It feels like stepping into a little fairyland rather than a typical grab-your-drink-and-go boba shop. Every detail--from the chairs and tables to the decorations--comes together to create an elegant, high-end experience that makes you want to stay and relax. The prices are very reasonable for the quality you receive. Easily the best pistachio latte I've ever had. The pistachio flavor tastes rich and legit without being overly sweet or covering up the coffee. A lot of pistachio drinks at other spots taste like artificial syrup, but this one is smooth, balanced, and actually complements the espresso. I also love seeing that deep green color in the clear cups--it just looks so aesthetic and makes the drink feel even more authentic. Honestly, 9 out of 10 times, this is what I'm ordering. If it's your first time here, PLEASE get it. Thankfully my husband is always down to be adventurous and order something different so we can still guarantee at least one pistachio latte on the table lol. His go-to is the Qamaria Latte with oatmilk, sometimes with cold foam. It sounds simple--espresso, steamed milk, cardamom, and cinnamon-but it tastes like comfort in a cup. The cardamom and cinnamon make it feel warm, cozy, and layered without punching you in the face with sugar. Nothing tastes artificial here. Everything feels intentional and made with care. Also, whether you dine in or take it to-go, the drinks always look cute. I LOVE the dine-in presentation though. The iced drinks come in clear glass cups so you can see all the layers, and the hot drinks come in these thick ceramic mugs that make the experience feel extra cozy. And I'm such a sucker for their tray setup too--everything matches the aesthetic so well and makes coffee dates here feel extra special. And don't even get me started on the milk cakes because they are dangerously good. My fave is the Biscoff milk cake. It's super soft, creamy, rich, and has the perfect caramelized cookie flavor without being too sweet. It paired sooo well with the warm spices in the coffee. _______________________________________________________ --- S E R V I C E --- Each barista I ever had was kind and super chill. I never felt rushed and they took their time answering questions. It sounds pretty simple but I feel like even with how busy it can get, they pace themselves accordingly behind the counter so that they are intentional and patient with their customers, and work in a consistent pace that gets drinks done in time and hands them off with care. Very contrast to a cafe where baristas are working so fast-paced that their interactions are short and it feels like that they just want to get the drink over with and passed off to the customer. It all goes back to Qamaria's baristas being intentional with the way that they work. Keep doin' your thing y'all. Love the flow. _______________________________________________________ --- A M B I A N C E -- It's funny because the first time my husband and I pulled up was after dinner on a Friday night. He was feenin' for coffee and was like, "What's even open this late?" Yoooo, finding out Qamaria Yemeni Coffee was open until 1 AM on Fridays and Saturdays instantly made us happy because now we got a late-night spot whenever the cravings hit. Most nights they're open until midnight too, which is dangerous lol. And let me tell you... this place gets CRACKIN'. We came around 10:30 PM and the line was out the door, but I'm so glad we stayed because the drinks changed our life. Even on a random weekday when I met up with a homegirl, we looked up from yappin' for hours and suddenly the line was wrapped outside again. Trust--it's worth the wait. The inside is warm, modern, and culturally rich without feeling forced or overly trendy. The arches, lighting, patterned seating, earthy tones, and artwork make the whole space feel cozy and intentional. Even when it's packed, it still feels welcoming and communal--honestly just proof this is THE spot to be no matter the time of day. People are studying, catching up with friends and fam, working, or just vibing over coffee, and it somehow all works together perfectly. It's the type of café that makes you want to slow down and stay awhile instead of grabbing your drink and leaving. P.S. Keep an ear out for some Arabic covers of hip hop and pop songs! So much fun to come across as you're doin' ya thang.
